The food is fresh and delicious.
The Mexican fritters is very good! The sausage is a bit spice and delicious the mix of eggs avocado and corn is just right!
The building outside looks a bit run down but inside is beautiful fresh with lots of plants...
Went here for a nice Brekky with my friend. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The vibe of the space is awesome and very cute. Great Instagram aesthetic if you’re after that! You can also have a lovely view of the water!
The food was also really nice along with the drinks.

Amazing and fresh menu options, friendly staff and a great view of West Lakes while you’re eating. The decor is fresh and inviting too.
The food was a little slow to come out so don’t be in a rush.
Will be coming back to try the other dishes.
Had brunch here and was probably the best brunch I've had in ages! I got the ricotta pancakes and have never tasted something so good! Everything on the plate tasted good together and the presentation was exceptional

Brunch menu was full of the things I love. Hard to choose and the prices were good too. All my friends are getting in on this out of the way gem!
Had a variety of foods all great for this time of year. A number of tables by window. A firer place lit. Green plants 🌿 🪴 in corner of room lovely colour. Nicely decorated. Lots of natural light. Wooden floors.. nice by the lake. Where the rowing club is.
Had brunch yesterday (26/2). I understand it was busier than usual due to to the rowing competition but the staff who took my order ( young lady with jet black hair ) at around 2.40 pm was shockingly rude! There was absolutely no need for that, as I just wanted to pay and order my food!
