I came today to KFC West Lakes 8th June at 3.40pm, ordered 3 Hot and Spicy Chicken (specifically asked for 3 thighs as we don’t eat breasts), and 6 wicked wings. Very simple order! We got 2 breasts and 1 thigh plus only 3 wicked wings not 6. So we came back and asked for 2 thighs instead of breasts. The tall blonde girl with glasses (who was training a new staff at the time) said “we don’t have more thighs “ which i thought weird because she should have at least checked first. Anyway…then i asked for 2 drumsticks instead. She looked unhappy, threw away the 2 pieces of chicken in front of us, and gave us the bag rudely without saying sorry or look apologetic! Seriously that is such a horrible customer service and she shouldn’t be training anyone. She should be the one who is trained for a good manner and attitude. It is definitely their fault for giving us the wrong order, but no apology?! Then… we got home and checked, she gave us 2 small drumsticks which almost look like wicked wings. Very horrible service! Not surprised by so many 1 star given!

Just waited 20 minutes for a tenders box! My number was 264 and they were still taking orders above 290 when I got mine. Those people are in for a wait! Didn't like it when I complained either.

Located inside Westfield West Lakes, this KFC varies greatly in the quality of food. The staff are friendly and offer good customer service. There is a wait at peak meal times though.

Definitely would’ve failed on ROCC if they were there today! A girl on register today had her hair in a pony tail when it definitely should’ve at least been in a bun considering uniform policy strictly says hair can’t touch the collar of your shirt. Not to mention her wearing a glove which apparently grants the rights to touch her hair, face and nose piercing every few seconds? Although she sanitised her hands every 3rd or so time after touching her face, the glove should’ve been changed regardless. Shocking to be honest considering this is a food industry… I know today was a quiet day but these are basics that managers should never overlook.

Really disappointed about these portion size, it not about the name of SNACK, it’s about your attitude and service level.

The busiest food outlet in the Westlakes mall. Possibly because it doesn't hike it's prices like the others do. Of course it's KFC, so you know what you'll get. The best fast food chain chips, second best nuggets. Sometimes a serviette or a moist wipe.

Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour as my friend went to order with a smile on his face because he was hungry only to get yelled at and discriminated against after taking time to view the menu and decide on his order and was called an annoying little before she calmed herself and said rudely to hurry up because she didn’t get paid enough for these annoying kids

Come on Westlakes, the boom gates are truely useless. With no footy at AAMI how many people would even pay for parking? Yet yesterday afternoon there was once again a bloody traffic jam trying to get out of the place! Only went there to use a gift voucher. Will give it a wide berth from now on. Sort it out!

Just wondering why one of the staff car parks has been taken? The paid parking in itself is enough but now you have decided to make staff park a 10 minuet walk away from the centre.. Extremely unfair

I usually shop at Tea Tree Plaza as I live in the area. Went to West Lakes with a friend. Do not like the car parking situation. I lived at Osborne up until 11 years ago and always went to West Lakes. You restrict parking to 3 hours and people will go elsewhere to shop. Worst thing you ever did.

1. Parking boom gates are annoying, doesn't normally affect us as we're there less than 3 hours usually.. 2. The empty shop in the food court doesn't look good.. surely you can relocate another food serving tenant or find *somebody* to rent it.. over 6 months vacant.. 3. What's happening upstairs.. it's like a ghost town.. except for Jb hifi and the kids playground.. maybe make a bigger playground and bigger cafe.. more inviting and there's tons of space.

it's ok but too many rich women's clothing stores needs more variety stores like a beds or cheap as chips. as the reject shop is the only one. and honestly why bother with David Jones only rich people go there could have a big w there. and get rid of that honey birdette shop. perverted.

Here with my daughter to meet Scooby Doo... no signs or posters about it anywhere. I had to ask Concierge where it was going to held. So disorganised! Not at all like Westfield Marion where they had a massive Trolls banner and waiting queue for people to line up to meet them and take photo with them! Disappointed!

Extremely unsafe carpark. Constant break ins and vehicles being stolen. Management unsympathetic and unprofessional towards the matter. After so many cases of this happening why has the security not been upped?

Car park is utter shit. Trying to get into the god damned place is a challenge almost as much as trying to get to either maccas or HJ's. The boom gates are just fucking stupid.

Paid $15 for two drinks from the idiots who work in that wannabe restaurant at David Jones. The milk in the smoothie was warm and the coffee was burnt. Returned the drinks to the counter and they offered fresh ones.. declined because they have no idea how to make coffee. They then proceeded to offer a refund but after standing around for 5 minutes they said they didn't know how to do a refund yet and they'll need to contact a manager. I ended up leaving with nothing because it was a disgrace. What an absolute joke.

I am so impressed with west lakes and how great it is for Children. I live no where near there but regularly travel there as they have great kids play areas and regular activities on. You can grab a coffee and do some shopping knowing that the change rooms and facilities are brilliant.

It was my first time here in years and i was very pleasantly surprised how huge it is. Great vibe. Lovely shop assistants and great service. Will definitely be back here soon

very poor performance by WWLakes today, not observing the 1 minutes silence for Remembrance Day. Shame on you

Have been shopping there for years, I think they should have lifted the boom gates this Xmas to allow people to shop longer= more trade

How about not parking Westfields ute and golf cart in the only two loading zones outside the front enterance. �
