Absolutely the most filthy McDonald’s I have ever been to. I felt disgusted even the child’s play area was allowed to be in a state of filth.

I'm waiting more than 20mins for just a cheese burger, and is not even busy, apparently they forget my meal, but never get their apologies, their staff just throw meal on table without said anything. And The chip box is covered with oil!!!!! Very bad experience

Unfortunately I have to write the bad review. Spend over $40 for a take away meal and highly disappointed!!! First of all fries how you can serve this kind of food? The fries were dry and old really bad and served by team leader, seriously mate chuck the old staff you don’t have to serve it - keep the quality control!!! Second burger Angus the worst! Bacon in it was old tough and dry could bite it. Thirdly hamburgers how you can mess with that simple sandwich?! I don’t know maybe because it was Sunday evening and they try to finish all staff what they cooked during the day but seriously??! I understand it’s fast food but I ate many time in MCD and this was the worst ever, I was even thinking that I will bring this food back and will make big mess there but it was not worth it!!! All order placed in the bin!!!! Stop selling, change the staff or I don’t know! Pity

Worst Maccas I've ever been to. My order was 1 Angus Bbq which came all disassembled inside the box and the other one was this chicken and cheese and as you can see, look at this miserable half slice of cheese they put in. I'm very disappointed!

Used to be the best maccas nearest to me so became our go to.. it has since gone absolutely down hill. Almost every single time we get food from here we are nothing short of disappointed.. today I was made to go to the waiting bay (no one in front of me). I can only assume it’s because they’re waiting on fries?? Well I received my food and my fries were cold (after being made to wait) so sure enough, i lapped back around and went back through and asked for fresh fries.. well I didn’t bother checking them this time because surely theyd get it right..boy was I wrong.. so obviously because I asked for fresh fries, we had an extra 2.. well in both of my partners chips (the cold and the “fresh” ones) there were 2 hairs… We never ever eat any sort of takeaway meal without checking it with our phone torch first for hair etc.. and well, this is why.. Please check your food with your phone torch before eating people!! Safe to say, we have to resort to something else for dinner now 👏🏼👏🏼

Just went through drive through for dessert after a movie, big line-up that moved super slow, definitely not fast food here!! Had preordered, yet still had to wait for them to get our food when we finally got to the front of the line. Not even a "sorry for the wait" or "thanks for your patience "

No atmosphere or dine in, as other McDonalds do have done in. Also waited around 10 minutes for counter service and watched staff pass me by. I did get one persons attention and was told politely will be with me shortly. Didn't happen.

Waited 15 mins to get an order at the drive through when it wasn’t even busy , then part of the order missing so went back through but then got home to see no syrup or cream was in there for hotcakes, rang up and was only offered to come back to get it .. food would’ve been cold by the time I got back .. this isn’t the 1st time they’ve messed up my orders 🤬
