Located in West Wyalong, New South Wales, it’s a good bakery with great meat pies especially the potato pie and sausage rolls. Also they have a range of custard tarts and slices as well as donuts. Fresh made sandwiches and rolls, coffee and hot chocolate and other drinks.
Pro; modern shop, friendly, chunky pie ($6.50) was nice.
Con; expensive, sausage roll ($4) was not nice and felt cheaply made, tomato sauce is 50c
Recommendations; lower prices and increase quality for sausage rolls.
Recommended? Not sure. 50/50
Best Chicken Pie I have ever tasted.
Hubbie had Steak & onion pie & loved it.
Vanilla slice & Apple slice were yummo.
Unable to dine in as Painting & Reno's..... but we will be back.
Recommend grabbing a pie or sandwich or coffee or cake or all of the above. Girls are lovely, food is served quickly and is yummy and prices are good. Hence it is quite busy.
Great that they're open at 6am on a weekday morning. Sausage roll is the perfect start to the morning for a long drive back to Adelaide
Apple pies disappointing.
Dad: pastry good but thin. Overall too sweet for me
Son: pastry soggy, apple not very discernible, too much sugar
Stopped in for a pie and drink.
Lucky there was a steak cheese and bacon on left...very nice with room inside or out to eat
Very ordinary compared to most. Coffee was burnt and food was not what was expected. Pie was very plain and bacon and egg roll soggy. Left disappointed.
