Review Kusina - Weston

After spending $25 in the store which included an ADDITIONAL Piece of chicken, the chicken piece I received was no bigger then a pair of Apple AirPods. I called the store to raise my concerns and the person was more concerned with making excuses to justify the glorified nugget and asking me to return back to store this allowing my food to get cold. Contacted kingslys via email however customer service is not their strong point. I just hope their hygiene is better. Won’t be going back to Kingslys again.

We went to the Weston creek Kingsley chicken for a lunch. we had 3 piece's of the fried chicken and a large chips with the gravy. As an extra we got the chicken wings buy 2 get2 extra we got 2 of these. the chicken was fresh and moist and the taste was brilliant. the chips where crunchy and delicious and the gravy was very good. the wings we saved for lunch the next day. Great service and great food all served in a very happy way. Definitely Will be going back

I really don't want to be a Karen here, but honestly, if you advertise that you close at 9:30pm, be open for business at 9:28pm. And if it was a slow night so you rang up the till at 9:25, but a hungry customer has walked through the rain to grab a couple of wings for dinner because they just got off their late shift, maybe just give them a piece of chicken gratis because you *should* have still been open for business, because your website says so. Sincerely, Hungry.

This store is a rip off when you order 10 piece southern fry, they always give you 4 very small pieces, however; before ordering 10 pieces, i asked di you have wings deal available and they say no, but when you order 10, they put 3 pieces of wings and two drumsticks. Happened to me few times. Time to move on to a new kingsley

I know it's hard to tell, but under this pile of lettuce there's a burger. Still gave them 4 stars though because their chicken tastes good.

Delivery is in excess of 40min! Uber eats dominos crust or any experienced delivery service is 20min at most when ordered locally. I love Kingsley's and the fact it's a local business but farrrrrrrrrrrrrrr out get the deliveries out quicker!

Chips were great but the family serve must be for a very small family... plus the family bag was only 2/3 filled.

I gave this star so i could leave a review, but our meal was not worth even that. A wrapper full of lettuce, some even made it onto the bun with the tiny piece of chicken. But what really made the burger was the 1/2 slice of tomatoe. The order was messed up and even had items cancelled because they could not work it out. I wont waste your time describing the wrap, it came with a complimentary bone.
