We have had breakfast here quite a few times and have always loved the food, atmosphere and service. The cakes are delicious too ��. Really like going here for a coffee/ meal.

This place is unreal - the food is sensational plus all the treats and gluten free range is above the rest ! All still at a honest and fair price. But what sends it above and beyond is the friendly service and funky creative decor and finishes !! I wanted to eat everything so instead I took enough takeaway to also eat at home to feed a small country !!! Wow

The staff were super friendly and the service very efficient. The crolato was heavenly.. will defintely go back. As far parking if you undertake a 5min walk, I would suggest parking in the Officeworks complex.
Truly amazing... And what's on offer are foods and items not found anywhere else that I can see? The place is incredible, well worth a visit just to see it.
Religiously visit for the Ricotta cannolis.
Have converted every single person in my life to stray away from Papas and come here for the fresh gooey goodness that is the ricotta sweet filling in your mouth... or you can just not visit, it just means there’s more for me🕺🏽
Visited here on a Sunday afternoon. The interior is really nice with a rustic feel. Good selection of cakes and desserts. I ordered a latte which was very good and a ricotta cheesecake which was delicious.
Staff were also very friendly. Would recommend
The Factoria, located in an industrial area in Wetherill Park is a retro little cafe and small goods store with offerings of imported cheese, oil and condiments. With a cute shop front, high ceilings, an outdoor garden setting and retro furnishings – the Factoria gives quite a rustic vibe similar to their sister restaurant Grano next door.
Super friendly staff, great selection of Papa’s patisserie and pretty good food which, depending on what you get, can actually come served on a tiny shovel!

I love this cafe ! It’s quirky and different. They have quite generous servings so go in on an empty stomach. Their own homemade gelato is a must try. They use these beauties to make their milkshakes and they are soo good ! 100% coming back without fail.
Love this little tucked away cafe, location wise its a little to get to and parking is limited but let me tell you it is well worth it! They do great brunch food, have a wide variety of desserts and drinks to satisfy your sweet tooth. Staff are very friendly and warm, you can see this through their wall behind the counter they have their regulars names and orders up there showing the care they put into the people. Ambience is an old timey milkbar cafe and you feel transported into another time when visiting here. Highly recommend!
Gotta check this place out, would not believe it's there, very unique and original the ladies were great and very friendly but if you have choice of the guy serving you or the ladies go with the ladies he was nice enough but felt pressured to quickly choose and order he was little in our face but worth the check out just for the decor
Found a hidden gem in Wetherill Park the other day so took the Lil Miss for brunch. @thefactoria_ was no niche - its menu was phenomenal!

This is a sweet one! But the thick bacon and cheese off set it nicely. The waffles held together amazing considering the duress too. Would smash again. Thanks guy 👏

Our first time here with the kids and hubby for coffee and breakfast and the only thing I'm disappointed in was that I wasted the last year not knowing this was here!! The second we walked through the door we were greeted with warmth. There is so much to look at, it really is one of a kind. The cake display was out of this world but what made it perfect was the service. The owner/manager immediately made sure we were comfortable on the lounges and offered seating next door if we wished for and was just so lovely with my kids, took the time to ask there names and what they wanted to eat and my son just loved the attention. When it was time to choose gelato the other lovely lady was so patient and friendly, very smiley. The coffee was just fantastic, and the barista was under the pump as we watched but looked so calm. I don't normally write such long reviews but when it's the day after and we are still talking about how relaxing it was and felt like our kids were welcome Rathar than a nuisance and my son still asking for the nice ladies, it's worth the time. Well done the Factoria!

I have been here twice and can just say I love the rustic decor and the variety of desserts. It's finally nice to see a quality cafe out west and hopefully more like this to come. I had coffee previously and this visit I enjoyed a Picnic Cronut (pictured). Just be aware that with Grano next door, parking can be a hassle at dinner time.

Drove out to Wetherill Park with every intention of dining at Grano, however, when we got there, little did we realize that all the cars were actually for all their patrons - totally booked

Absolutely love this new addition to Grano, The Factoria is a cute little dessert place that offers traditional gelato and desserts, beautiful coffee, and a gourmet grocery store with fine foods and ingredients.

As you approach, you are immediately impressed with the colour and charm of the garden setting.Rustic outdoor seating with umbrellas and pots of leafy plants and flowers adorn the entry and a gorgeous old bicycle tops it all off. Factoria has an awesome array of counter goodies, especially cakes and pastries.
Have popped in a couple times now for coffee and cake. It's set up is adorable and it offers some gourmet food shopping as well.
The offering is cakes, Ice creams and coffees. They use Will & co and coffee is spot on!
We have enjoyed it and will continue to visit :)
This place is so very cute and has a great selection of cake and treats to choose from. The coffee is from Will & Co and is very pleasant to drink. Parking is easy right out the front and the customer service is lovely. I highly recommend a Cannoli and a piccolo outside in the sun.
The Grounds of the West they say. I had no idea this place (next to Grano) existed. I will definitely be back to check out more (this place is only minutes away from home!!!) . Bring out more cool cafes and restaurants out West. . The atmosphere is very different to normal restaurants. It has a rustic feel and I'm loving the unique choice of decor. Can you spot the tin cans on the table? Doesn't this place remind you of the Grounds of Alexandria? It sure does to me!
Such a great place to come grab a bite to eat, there sweet range is also good. Cakes from papas 👌☕ coffee is great. The decoration is so nicely done and thought out well. Using old style fridges, tvs, and unused kitchen cupboards. Good way it's all been recycled and re-used. Good customer service. Great coffee and food.
From the moment I stepped into The Factoria I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff, whom were quick to assist me, and ensure I found what I needed.
The ambience of the cafe was like walking into a 50s home, with the household paraphernalia one might see in a museum showcasing our household history.
I had a flat white there, served Will&Co, which in all honesty isn’t my favourite blend, however made well, lovely mug and enjoyable to sit and listen to a podcast whilst journaling.
Will definitely be back!!
Lovely place, tends to get quite busy but still nice regardless. Come here to grab the crema di caffe always great service. The pastries are very well sourced too for those that have discerning palettes.
I highly recommend coming here for dessert coffee of an evening with their fine range of sweets.
Good home style and delicious Italian meals. Cooked to perfection and well priced. Definitely a place to return to.

I have lunch at The Factoria (almost daily) because:
1. The food is delicious;
2. The meals are as good as a homemade lunch so you don't feel unhealthy;
3. The service is fantastic and ALL the staff are super wonderful; AND
4. I absolutely love seeing Cathy and Rose daily because they always cheer me up and put a smile on my face (literally the nicest ladies in Wetherill Park).
