It’s the salad bar that does it. A franchisee that is healthy for shoppers to grab that quick bite or take away.
Although if you turn up around lunch and you want a coffee, the quality of service will drop, the staff focuses on serving the people wanting to eat something from the salad bar or sandwiches so the coffee customers do not get quality coffee or service, although they’ll give that to you after 2pm when they’ve served all their “other customers”.
Some of the staff members are rude but your not there to buy their service. The choices are the same at any of their franchise just a dap of different services.

They have bad service. They took my sandwich from the toaster and leave it on the side. She served me after another two new orders. It was cold again....

I bought a chicken and pasta salad. One it was left over from the day before and it had a blue stick note with the time that the need to sell it, second when I asked to get something that was fresh but the answer to that was it’s fresh. I’m sorry but this place needs new works that don’t lie will looking inside your eye, and can be able to give something that was fresh to get more customers instead of losing customers.

Whoever in charge of hiring, I give him 10 star. The girls there are so nice to me, they give me reason to eat salad. I come back everyday to see them. The new young one is very nice, so funny to see her because she always laugh.

I ordered chicken snitchzel pasta with steamed veggies and chicken.
It was cold. Not even warm. Steamed veggies is steamed veggies, which means it should be at least warm. The chicken and the pasta were also cold. This resulted in making me feel more cold and full quicker.
This is meant to be nice hot food.

And it's expensive too, I don't think that was worthwhile.

Invited my uncle and his fam for brunch two days ago. He had a chicken roll with salad. Literally after three hours from eating it he got sick. He’s been on the toilet since then. Now for almost two days. Getting better. Rest of familly was ok. We didn’t have their chicken I guess. Just beware.

Good latte and pasta lunch. The place is really packed here. There is plenty of staff. There is so much food they offer from sandwiches, pasta, banana bread.
