Review Manorian Garden Chinese Restaurant - Whittlesea

Pretty average Australian style Chinese restaurant. You'd know what you are in for when there are two candy dispenser machines next to the till. A hand full of M&Ms while you wait? The entrees were disappointing with the spring rolls coming out looking like the size of toothpicks. The main courses were fresh but not inspired apart from my Pork in Chilli and Lemongrass which had a lovely unique flavour spoiled only by the fact a portion of the pork strips were a little on the fatty side. The young lady who served us was friendly, attentive and efficient.

Have eaten here twice, once dine-in and once takeaway and both times have been good. Little bit expensive but nice food. Try the salt and pepper squid - it's great.

An average Chinese restaurant. Pleasant and helpful staff. Food was nice but nothing special.

I ordered the honey and sesame prawns and satay chicken they were both fantastic, great service and value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Have been about 5 times and every time the food has been fantastic , yes place is a little dated , but I’d rather have great food than eat in a palace !!!!!! Staff are all lovely too .

The worst spring rolls i have ever tasted got 4 for 6.80 they were so thin i pulled them apart and i could you see not much filling it was all pastry and tasted like eating rolled up pastry very very disappointed could not eat them went in the bin waste of money also had chicken dim sims payed 6.50 for 3 again have had better and bigger cost 2.15 for one size was small and chicken inside was pinkish so not cooked properly they went in the bin as well. I never really complain but so had to course I couldn't believe what i got.
