Dionysios Kolyvas
My wife and I have been coming here for coffee and cake and it has always been excellent, until now we never had breakfast or lunch here, today we decided to make the time to come and try out the breakfast. the coffee and customer service has always been excellent, now i can say I will be making this place my number one place for brunch.

You must have the orange almond cake. Just awesome. You won’t be disappointed. Everything else is great too, the orange almond cake is the star!

ZERO STARS! Not even worth 1! Absolutely terrible ! I have attached photos of baby wipes I used to clean the table as I had my son with me!! The tables were filthy !!!!!! We moved to another table which was just as bad. The excuse I got from the owner was that it was a outside table and that’s why it was dirty ! What??? Really ! What excuse is that ! With all this covid , where are your hygiene skills ????so so disappointed !!!!! They also sat / stood at the back of the shop near our table talking while we were trying to consume the food that was just as bad! Maybe they could have cleaned tables instead!

Great coffee and interesting selection of cakes. Really great vibes and the place has a nice cozy atmosphere.

Tick Tok is usually such a great choice. Wasn't too impressed when a staff member sprayed the table next to me & the cleaner fluid went onto me. The food was bland, I had to go hunting for salt. I did ask for 'crispy' bacon, so the fact that burnt bacon made it onto my plate & out to me was really unfortunate. I wasn't asked how the food was, considering how much was left on my plate I expected to, so I told the waitress as she cleared the plates. She did come back & offer a complimentary cake, but we declined. Nice offer though. Still, won't be back.

Nice place, great selection of sweets. It can get a bit cramped in there especially trying to order while waiting in line. The food was nice and plentiful but my sour dough toast for breakfast was hard as a rock, in fact it seemed stale. Otherwise friendly staff and good food.
Katie Thurling
The drinks and cakes were lovely, however the big breakfast and wagyu burger were both very disappointing. The burger was dry and tasteless and the brekky was just bland and the potato hash was undercooked.
Olivia Jack
Very slow service. we waited 20 minutes to be served and another hour and a half to receive our drinks and already made toasted sandwich’s. Food was good
Joel Rocco
Great Milkshake and great service despite how busy they were! Must try.
Patrick Hong
Definitely come for the mussels! You get a very generous amount (14 of them!) which are full of flavour. And best of all you get two lovely pieces of bread to dip into the sauce. 5 stars babeyy

We were just nearby and randomly walked in this cafe at lunch time on a Saturday. Got a table straight away. The cafe is much bigger that what I thought from outside. We sat the back garden with natural light.

Food menu wasn't very impressed, ordered egg Benedict with salmon and big breakfastvery. Taste just ok, very average. With this price, I could find many other places serving better quality food. I don't think I would come back.

Food is not bad but doesn’t worth 1 hr 10 mins wait for the food. Lucky that we r not in a rush. Staff were apologetic and polite but still.....
Lyonee Dang
Staff were attentive and friendly, very accommodating for the kids. Breakfast dishes were delicious. Didn’t realised their was so much space inside to dine in. A beautiful brunch place with friends and family.

My friends and I drove from the Eastern suburbs to try Tick Tok but we were disappointed that it was just average. Maybe cos it was New Year's Day and it was busy.

I ordered the mussels, and my friends ordered the calamari salad, omelette and the Mexican hotpot.

Although the portion size of my mussels were good, it was lacking flavour. The sauce was bland. My friend's calamari salad only had like 6 strips of calamari in it. The omelette was too dry.

Service was slow. Had waited more than 10 mins for the table to be cleared so we could sit. In the end, we had to sort of stack up the plates ourselves so they could just take them away.

Despite the busy day, I must say that the staff were friendly. Perhaps we have to give Tick Tok another chance on a less busy day. Hope the food could be better then.

One of our staple brunch cafes here in Williamstown. Always bustling with friendly faces and locals stopping by for coffee. The owners are always so kind to us and we have been dining here for over a year now. Food comes beautiful presented, perfectly seasoned and made with the freshest produce. Here we had the eggs Benedict and pea fritters.

Came here for dessert and coffee. Coffee are good. Tiramisu is nice... just a bit heavy... but the flavours are good.

Tick Tok is in a convenient location in Williamstown and is a really good spot to stop for coffee. It's a good size, and has a nice, comfortable interior and super friendly staff.

We ordered coffee and cakes from the large array of desserts on display, and they were absolutely delicious. The cheesecake was creamy and rich and the lemon meringue tart was nice and zingy. Everything tasted fresh, and I loved the little owls on top of my coffee. For a nice place in Williamstown, Tick Tok ticks all the boxes with yummy food and great service in a friendly atmosphere.
Gee
Williamstown on a bright, sunny day - it’s beautiful! We needed a coffee and Tick Tok had the highest rating within 900 metres. My cappuccino was decent enough, strong as I asked for, although a little milky.

Wow! Came here today for the first time and was so impressed. As a diabetic I find it hard to order meals I actually enjoy and most of the time just settle for a meal I am not excited about but is low in carbs and sugar. Today I ordered the Baked Cauliflower Breakfast with added mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious! The service was also very friendly. Will be bringing hubby here.

Good service , decent price , great location but average coffee and hot chocolate . Was hoping that the hot chocolate can be more chocolate-y and thick

Went here on a cold winter night with the family and grabbed dessert/coffee. Very nice ambience and staff are friendly. Nice range of cakes and good prices. Will return soon

Great location - perfect for an afternoon coffee catch up!

Located on the iconic Nelson Place - you can travel by car, ferry or train to get to Tick Tock.

I have been here on multiple occasions and it’s been exactly what I needed, each time.
For an afternoon coffee or an after dinner treat - Tick Tock has you covered.

They have a large range of delicious desserts, cakes and sweets.

The prices are fairly reasonable and the staff are friendly.

I have never complained about my coffee when I go here ever, tonight I went and ordered a soy piccolo. What I got was just clumpy milk, I’ve never seen anything like it, the lady then proceeded to tell me that it was fine. Never had an experience like this and the way they handled the situation was not too great. Working in a cafe myself I would never allow a coffee to go out if it was clumped milk, looked and tasted as if it was off.

It’s open early, but the staff have an issue with communication. If you aren’t a regular then they ignore you. Waiting 15 minutes of the waitress walking back & forth past me, avoiding eye contact. I was sitting in front of the coffee machine - to then be told you have to come up and order. I read the menu again, doesn’t say that anywhere. Looked around the shop - doesn’t say order here anywhere. the vibe from staff is they are better than anyone else that’s walks through the door...no welcoming at all.

Leave the crazy of Sunday’s in the CBD and drive to Williamstown. Free on street parking, friendly people and loads of places to choose from.
We opted to try Tick Tok, there’s seating on the footpath, inside and out the back in the courtyard.
We sat in the courtyard- it’s bright and completely weather proof... a bit warm but a giant fan fixed that.
Good menu options, lovely friendly staff and a cake/dessert cabinet that I’m still dreaming about!
Coffee was good, food freshly cooked and portions good.
Very relaxing atmosphere, you can eat, talk and linger.
Loved it!
Johnny
Great cafe. Relaxed and friendly vibe. Coffee was super, my chai latte was perhaps the best latte I've ever had! Food we tried was tasty, will be back to try more.

Every time I go to Willie this is my goto place for coffee and cake (the review is purely on that basis). Went again today and ordered two flourless orange cakes to go with a Latte and Cap:
Coffee - always a tick 4.5/5
Cakes - range, price and quality excellent 5/5
Service - excellent: Cakes came in a box and with a smile 5/5
Overall 5/5 for coffee and cake; looking forward to eating there soon.

Being a cafe smack in the middle of Williamstown, Tick Tok is a lively little cafe brimming with locals who want a decent brunch, coffee or simply relax next to Williamstown Pier. My partner and I tried their Strawberry milkshake and Cappucino. The milkshake came in a gigantic metal glass and my partner's cappucino was served in a huge mug with a very adorable Owl shape chocolate sprinkling!
Needless to say, the drinks portion were huge and yet, the coffee is warrants a nod - great value for money and not compromising in their food quality.

The cafe's service was good - staff members were relatively attentive and easygoing. If anyone is in the area, Tick Tok cafe is a good place to head to for good coffee, chill hangs and satisfactory brunch / lunch :)

Delish simple breakfast. Always reliable and the service is always friendly. Cakes are always yummy too :) plenty of space out the front and in the back garden area.

Sunday afternoon, winter, it’s cold but the sun is out and so everybody is out walking around the bay. My sister and I came in Tick Tok to share a slice of cake and have some coffee. We watched as everybody got their coffees before us.. then we checked the time and realised we had waited 40 minutes. My sister asked them nicely when order 38 would be up and they said “yours is up next”. Ten minutes later I walked up and said “we ordered cake and 2 coffees 45 minutes ago”. They got our stuff quickly, but gave us skim milk instead of soy milk. Then our soy lattes came out and they were burnt. Props to the young waitress. She was the only good thing about this place. 👎🏻

Such a nice place! Milkshake is huge and cheap for it's size. Also they have this coffee deal with a gigantic piece of cake. Just for 8 dollars. It's awesome!

Unfortunately, we came in after 3 pm and just missed their brunch menu but lunch was far from disappointing. Their crumb friend chicken wrap (as simple as it sounds) is PACKED with flavour. Extremely filling as well!
It was worth the drive to Williamstown!

Really loved this place. Great place for breakfast and amazing variety of cakes. Had the Tick Tok breakfast board which was great value for money with a variety of options. My wife had the brioche burger which was a decent size and very tasty. Very good service too despite it being quite busy on a saturday morning.
A cool summer morning with imminent winds and rain forcasted, I headed in to get some breakfast on a Thursday morning. Initial google searches had shown that the menu had something pork belly for breakfast, but I was saddened to find it was not on their summer menu.

The ladies in the cafe were friendly and energetic for the 7am, and I ordered an Irish Breakfast Tea and a Coconut Bircher Museli. It came quickly, and I attached it with vigour.

The tea was loose leaf in a pot, without enough tea for 2 cups, though the tiny milk bottle of milk was only just on half-full, certainly enough to have a splash for each of the two cups, but if you prefer milkier tea, it would have only been enough for one. They probably could have filled the milk bottle up without it costing them terribly much. The tea pot also could have done with a bit more hot water right up to the lid (as I am accustomed to say in Chinese tea pots), but it was certainly enough anyway, just an 'additional'.

The museli came out and it looked small, but that was deceptive. With the scattering of the various fresh fruit, it was actually a very good portion. The museli was soft but not total mush texture, and the coconut in it was very distinctive. If anything as a complaint, it was that it was a bit on the too sweet side for my preference. So much so that I didn't add any sugar to my tea which I normally would have.

For the price and service, it was well balanced, and the atmosphere was nice and cosy. Would definitely go again next time I am required to be in the area for work. Points were really lost in so much that there wasn't a full gambit for me to score against.

Intagram pictures - www[dot]instagram[dot]com/p/BfKsLXphrmS/?taken-by=donaldchiou

This bustling cafe in Williamstown is a must visit if you are in the area. Tick Tok caters for all dietary requirements, with their super nourishing menu, and is open til late. The dishes are beautifully presented and taste just as good as they look! Located right on the Williamstown foreshore, there is a lot to see and do once you have indulged in a lovely meal. There is a lovely reserve nearby for the kids to explore, or you can take a nice stroll along the foreshore with the pram. @plantbasedmum_

I was stoked to have found a great place to brunch at on a Sunday morning. Had the lemon pancakes and they were so delicious! The cotton candy was a neat little sweet addition. Coffee was great and service was on point! Will certainly be back!

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff that provided good service. Had the trout dish - it was beautifully cooked (crispy skin and tender) served with creamy mustard salad of spinach, potatoes and capers. My partner had the pumpkin couscous pearls dish with whipped goat cheese. Very tasty dishes, however trout skin was over salted.

I had the cold drip coffee, was very average (low in flavor) was served with too much ice so it ended up to be watery. My partner had a cappuccino which was good.

Overall was happy with the experience

Immediately felt unwelcome in this cafe. The coffee tasted like dishwater and the food is overpriced for the quality and portion size. All the young staff were friendly but whoever the older woman was who served me at the counter didn’t want a bar of me, super rude. My friend and I felt like we were a burden the whole time. This cafe is honestly shit, has a real food court vibe to it. Avoid at all costs.

Great vegetarian options and friendly service. We ordered 4 different breakfast meals and all enjoyed them. The pumpkin and zucchini fritters were a highlight.

Pretty nice cafe in Williamstown, food and coffee are generally good. Their chocolate pancake is my favourite, taste good and looks great! It's a bit too much for one person, as I got sick of the flavour at the end, excellent to share.
Rosie Raiti
How cute is the Tick Tok hot chocolate, full of yummy marshmallows and delish chocolate, a must try, compliment with a huge range of sweets and cakes to choose from.

I recommend having the tiramisu slice. It was definitely worth the calories.
Unfortunate for my friend, he ordered the Reuben Club sandwich & we were not impressed. There were 3 layers of bread! That’s way too much for a sandwich with little filling. He said it was 70% Bread 30% Filling.
Daniel Hill
Only a short walk from the pier, Tick Tok has outdoor seating on the shop front, indoor seating as well as a courtyard. It would be a decent cafe for larger groups. My girlfriend and I sat inside (out of the heat), I ordered a Latte and the Summer Fruits Special - $15 for a range of fruits with coconut yoghurt. Coffee was great, meal was also a winner. The only negative was that it took about 30 min to arrive, which felt like a long time to wait for some fruit and a dollop of yoghurt.

It's a nice place, coffee is decent and they have a nice strip lane outdoor area in the back. We go for brunch and it's once of the better places at Williamstown. Yummy food too. It's out go-to place when we want something familiar. Recommended.

I had brunch here once, didn't mind it at all. However my meal was average and a bit dry but I will give a higher rating as my friend's orders looked great. 4 stars.
Don Djoe
This is a pretty decent place to have brunch. We ordered chicken schnitzel with ciabatta which came out huge. Unfortunately the taste was so so. The slaw was somehow too bitter for my taste. The chips that came with it was awesome though. We also ordered scrambled egg with chorizo which tasted pretty good. Coffee wise, the owl cappucino was pretty but the coffee was just okay. The ice chocolate tasted much better in comparison.
Krystal Cameron
The ambiance of this place is really cool, it's a place I can take anybody to for coffee and it's reliable. The iced drinks in jars is a standout for ~aesthetic~. The back outdoor area is really nice to relax in. Coffees taste great, haven't tried much food yet but I've heard good things from trusted friends.

Tip top

I haven't tried the food yet so
Gonna give this place a yes/no
Yes to the espresso
Not the best though
Late night coffee al fresco
Heaters that can't be beat
Heating my feet from the get go
Nice seats and upbeat staff is yes yo
Watch this space cause I'll be back
Tasting their cakes and rating the snacks

Service here is horrible and rude staff. Staff bumped into me causing my bag to fall. Not even an apology. Ordered carrot cake and it was very dry. Waited for water but it never came. Don't think I'll come back. Not worth the stress.

Great coffee and cake selection. Did I say great coffee?? Perfect place for Sunday breakfast, we sat in courtyard which was beautiful! Menu had a fantastic selection which varied to suit everyone I visited with. Special mention to thier delicious hashbrowns and mild spicy chutney!

A Good Spot in a pretty town.

I had a friend visit so decided to pop down to Williamstown to see the docks and we came across Tick Tock, being brunch time we though we would stop for a bite to eat.

To start I opted for my usual flat white, it was flat with no volume or flavour and no Latte art on the top either I did not go for a second as I offer do, My friend decided on a Mocha and for her it was great, good flavour and with the added extra of an owl on top making it a very pretty cup.

Food was the next thing, I went to the avocado Crush, this was a great dish tasting as good as it looks and lots of Dukah which is great as I do the combination of them, it was finished off with a soft and fresh sour dough and a runny poached egg.

My dining friend went for the large breakfast, everything was good and tasty full of flavour, he is not a fan of sauces so I added the tomato relish to my plate and it really lifted the dish so I'd recommend this in the side.

We had some chips on the side too they were hot and fresh.

Service was ok but not the best, I think having at order out the counter system doesn't help here because it's a great spot with a great looking interior.

Restaurant Type: Brunch / Cafe
Maddy Ford
It's rare that I don't want to finish a meal but today I certainly didn't want to....
With a fairly good rating, reviews and the cafe being quite busy - I expected much better!
I ordered the vegetarian - presentation was poor, bread wasn't toasted, mushroom looked like a slab of meat???? Big turn off for a vego ! However Beetroot Relish was nice.
Partner ordered omelette which was super bland and stuck to the pan. The bread was stale and suppose to be toasted.
Ice chocolate was forgotten.

Waiters not interested either...

Really disappointing.
Camrika
Got the bruschetta with char grilled sourdough and asked for no dairy. Not char grilled and came with dairy.

Aso got the vegetarian breakfast, the bread was very bland and did not taste fresh, very mediocre breakfast overall.

Coffee was average at best
Caroline Beaney
For dessert today we tried Tick Tok. I really loved the owl pattern they put on the coffee... I don't drink (or like) coffee but my friend ordered it and I could still appreciate the design!

Some of the desserts were delicious... while others weren't so nice :( I really didn't like the dessert jar... The chocolate caramel cake was a highlight though!
M-brams
We popped in for a coffee and cake and I was very pleased by this gorgeous little spot down up the water. The range of sweets in the cabinets were absolutely mouthwatering!! I will definitely be returning to sample the rest...
Bella
Have had coffee here a few times and have been impressed with the smoothness and yummy caramel undertones.
Eventually tried the brunch and was pleasantly surprised. Was used to the quality and consistency of the General Food Co up the road, and found this was just as good.
Great spot sitting on the pavement and the back courtyard us also worth checking out.
Only thing inconsistent I found is the service. Counter staff either extremely friendly our extremely grumpy. I try to look past it as we all have bad days, but also aware if you work in service industry you need to do so much better to cover those bad days up in front of customers...
Lee
I'm not one to normally go to the effort of writing a review, but I had such a great meal here today that I felt like I should let everyone know what a fantastic place this is.
Friendly service, a great spot to sit in the sun, fabulous coffee and the food was some of the best I have tried. I had the smashed avocado, the size of the serving was huge, and it was not your standard avo on toast, lots of yummy extras on the plate, this was a well thought out dish. The only downside was not having any room left to try their cakes, which look amazing.
Thanks Tick Tok, I will be back, even though I live over the other side of the city, this place is well worth the 30min drive for a great breakfast.
Inostram
The food is delicious and the service pleasant... mid week is best to get the right seat, in the window watching the world pass by... stopped here for lunch and had the full assortment... the seasonal salad, nachos and the burger... all of it a treat... come and enjoy

Tick Tok cafe located in Nelsons place Williams town, is a great spot to have a bite to eat in the sun with a view of the water under the comfort of a shaded seating area out the front. The cafe has ample seating out the front with only a few tables located inside yet there is more seating out the back to reveal a small courtyard with only one side offering seating down a narrow walkway.
After exploring what the relaxing spot of Williamstown has on offer we where in need of a nice feed in the sun with a good coffee and a view of the water. Walking around Nelsons place, Tick Tok cafe caught our eye due to the not to busy seating area out the front that had a view of the bay as well as empty seats under umbrellas.

Upon entering the cafe, it is rather small with only a few tables inside but the first thing that catches ones eye is the large glass cabinet next to the register displaying all sorts of sweet treats.
After explaining to the waitress that we where out the front she gave us menus and told us to order inside when we where ready.

After determining what out palates desired on such a perfect sunny day we opted for rather lighter bites to eat from there large appealing menu. Once we where ready I ordered a long black and a cascade light beer as well as two poached eggs on organic sourdough with added sides of avocado and smoked salmon along with the salmon bagel breakfast.

Our drinks arrived by a very kind waitress who also presented us with cutlery. The long black was hot, dark and acidic with good texture yet sadly was slightly too watery for my personal preference. The beer was a beer, not much to say but it could have come with a beer glass and been served much colder than what it was.

The meals arrived after a short wait and as they where placed in front of us the shear size of the plates of food was very impressing. The poached eggs on organic sourdough with added smoked salmon and avocado served with a refreshing wedge of lemon was presented with care and respect to the fresh produce. The eggs where cooked to perfection, oozing there yolk with the slightest prick of the folk. The bread was nice and crusty on the outside and soft in the centre soaking up the egg well complementing its lovely sour, bitter taste. The generous serving of pretty much a whole avocado was perfectly and creamy and married well with the fresh squeeze of lemon. The smoked salmon was fishy and moist although was a tad on the salty side but the presence of avocado and lemon ensured the dish was excellent.

The salmon breakfast bagel consisting of smoked salmon, avocado, soft poached egg, beetroot relish, rocket and hollandaise sauce served on a New York 7 seeded bagel was equally as magnificent. The egg was also cooked well running through the content of the bagel that was stacked high. The bagel itself was not doughy and absorbed the flavoursome hollandaise sauce that did not had a glue like texture as it usually does. The beetroot relish was a great addition adding a subtle sweetness and kick to the salty salmon. The avocado was yet again on point overall making for another delicious and very filling meal.

Tick Tok cafe serves large portions of food in a pleasant environment at a very affordable price. The food is fresh and vibrant with the only complaint being that they need to up there coffee game, but one can not complain when sipping on a brew whilst looking out across the water.
Debby Palti
Nice menu, very interesting and varied. Issue was the hot chocolate was tepid and the actual service was not that great. However, the food itself was very tasty and turnaround was efficient and timely, and will have no issue going again as on the whole it was a nice place.
Abb
Very average. Coffee took forever to come out and it came out with the meals. Had the ham hock breakfast. Advertised to have truffle oil in the hollandaise but couldn't taste it at all. Meal was very well presented, looked beautiful. But the ham hock was dry and mine was extremely grissly which ruined the breakfast.

Let me start out by saying this place has loads of potential - it's in a great spot on the Nelson Place corner & it feels like it could become another "Crowded House" type of venue for the area.

Went for lunch and ordered the Turkey Club Sandwich and Wagyu Burgers. If you're not overly hungry, look out! The sizes of these sandwiches/burgers were huge (tall), and I couldn't get through it. They lacked a little bit of seasoning, though, and the chips were a touch bland.

The first coffee I ordered tasted very weak and watery, but we got another one served up which was a lot better. One lady didn't seem too impressed by that, but the actual barista was great about it. Service could do with a bit more warmth to make guests feel welcome. With a few improvements here and there, this place could become the new place to be for breakky and lunch. I'd be prepared to give it another shot, that's for sure!
Lexie
Best cakes and best coffee in Willy. Hands down.
The only place we go to when we need a sugar hit now.
The staff are always friendly as well
Regina Tutai
The venue is quite cosy and very pleasing to the eyes. Our food didn't come out til an hour later. The burgers were over priced and there was nothing spectacular about the food too. After being served our burgers and chips it took another 15 minutes for our tomato sauce to be served up. Simply poor customer service.
GlassOfMalbec
I would call this place a nice mainstream cafe.
Two lovely ladies serving at the counter, offering good service and chatter to the people that come in.
The place is in a nice location.
I had The Vegetarian. Nothing spectacular in itself. I'd say it was good enough but I've eaten simple menu options with a bit more sparkle before and this didn't really satisfy the tastebuds enough. The serving size was quite decent but I am a person who prefers quality over quantity.
I liked that they have a signature owl that they do as coffee art however the coffee itself was average.
Overall the place is a nice average mainstream cafe.
I drove 25 mins to try this place out. There's nothing about it that would make me go back again, however if your a local, it's not a bad place to have brunch.
I'll be trying out other places around Williamstown when I can to find the best coffee and breakfast. This one unfortunately hasn't made the cut.
Dave
First time at this funky little cafe, went in there after going out for dinner cause saw some nice looking cakes through the window! Had lots to choose from, well priced as well! Picked up a couple of items, all very good, nice portion size, friendly staff and service as well, will be going back to try the menu, very impressed!
Giorgio Barcaiolo Battaglini
Lovely cafe located just in front of the walk on the bay. We had a pulled pork focaccia and a minestrone soup. The focaccia was superlative, with the Apple sauce going perfectly along the other ingredients. Minestrone was very good. They also have a great selection of sweets. The coffee was extremely good. We'll sure visit again in summer.
Rachel Brown
Wasn't impressed. Having to pay before you eat at counter is always no fun. My beef burger was very average , and brioche bun was more just a stale plain bread bun plus it was made impossible to eat . I rather not eat my burger in parts what a knife and fork, they should be made to eat with hands . Plus pet pev of Mine is chips with no sauce . Everyone likes a sauce !!!!
My partner wasn't impressed with his vegetarian breakfast . Room for improvement
Bella
This place has great coffee! They also have a wide selection of cakes too :) ... Modern interior, plenty of seating. Love that they open late, there aren't many cafes that do!
Jane Newcombe
Love to come here for breakfast or brunch on the weekend. Friendly and helpful staff. We often get the banana bread for the kids. The menu has unique flavours.
Electra
I love searching zomato for new places to eat brunch, and this week it was time to check out Tick Tok!
Food was amazing and also has a great selection of food which made it hard for me to decide what id like!
I like the outdoor seating at the back, every table has its own heater so it's great for the frosty mornings in winter!
Sarah Mitchell David
Every time we go to Willy, we always have a coffee and cake at Tick Tok. Love this place..coffee is delicious ask for extra hot - they don't judge you - and make it extra hot! The cakes are yummy - too hard to choose, so many yummy options. The teas are pretty good too.

If you are looking for a good quality coffee/ lunch in the heart of Nelsons Place, Tick Tock is the place to go. I have been here on many occasions over the last 2 years and have always been impressed with the service and presentation and quality of the food.
My favourite on the menu is the vanilla slice, and the coffees with the owls are a winner, especially for those who are a sucker for Instagram/ snapchat pictures
Vallia Dahdouh Meseiha
Coffee was average, food was average nothing special. Staff were very accommodating and friendly... Had to return a dish because they got the order wrong but they did so with a smile and didn't end up charging me for the dish at the end. I really wish the food was of better quality because I think the service was great!!!
Aaron
Had breakfast here for the first time after refusing to put up with the rude service at Carter Smith Devlin. Was very happy to have smiling and friendly staff when we walked in. The food was great! And the coffee very good.
Rhys DeRee
Got the big breakfast. Was good service and a reasonable price but what wasn't good was the 1/2 5c poece sized piece of egg shell still on my one of my two poached eggs. Lucky I seen the piece before I dug in. All in all if was a delicious breakfast. The soy milk chocolate thick shake was also very tasty!

One of the busiest and the newest addition to Williamstown dining venues, Tick Tock is refreshing and modern. Unlike the other breakfast places in the area, the cafe follows Melbourne's dining trend which serves modern Australian food presented 'instagram worthy' well. We ordered the burger and the bacon benedict. Everything tasted great, service was prompt and the bill didn't hurt us too much which is a good sign. Highly recommend it when you're in the bay side!

Visited for the first time yesterday. Adults and kids really enjoyed the food, milkshake was great value. We'll be making his a regular spot from now on 😀

Not great customer service at all! When someone who can't eat eggs asks to have the eggs taken off and a price taken off OR substituted with another option and one staff member refuses and what looks like the manager (who was present) or owner doesn't step in.... unprofessional! Really not worth the money... I'm not sure if people understand the way customer service works. I wish i wasn't so hungry so i could've walked off to find another place! Just sad how they didn't apologies or offer an alternative! Definitely won't be going back this place had so much potential!

Fantastic food and what a great menu! Service was great on such a busy day. Wagyu burger was awesome and my partner had the brioche breakfast. We ate the whole lot!! Coffee and herbal teas were perfect. Nice setting outside, clean and friendly service with a smile. Would defiantly go back for more 😊. We were so hungry we forgot to take a photo 😢.

Good Sunday breakfast, apart from the coffee. Had the corn salsa and sour dough with a side of bacon. Really nice and fresh, would order again, creamy cheese and well balanced flavours. Only complaint was the coffee, had to return to have remade but 2nd cup was fine. Long black was weak but OK. Eggs a little over but only just. Overall nice and fresh. Also must make comment that it was a really pleasant surprise to find a cafe that is actually clean. Good work, would return.
Byron's Vanilla Slice Blog
I have to say that I had a most pleasurable visit to Tick Tok in the beautiful Williamstown, and chose well with my orders. Although the lattes were very average I have to say that my eggs benedict was superb, my partners Atlantic salad was knockout and the traditional vanilla slice was excellent. Tick Tok offer a huge variety of cakes, sponges and pastries (not baked on-site by their own admission, however!). Within the selection were three kinds of vanilla slice; a passionfruit topped (slightly old looking), French vanilla (with neon jam, half custard and half cream stack) and the traditional variety that looked beautifully fresh and glossy. Having selected the traditional slice I quickly cut it into pieces to share and was welcomed with a delicate cracking of the pastry and a smooth gliding through of the creamy custard filling. Textures were bang on as were the flavours. The custard was smooth, whipped and full of vanilla, with a slight hint of egg. The pastry was thinly layered and resembled a Greek style puff pastry. The icing was neatly presented, thin and glossy and not overbearingly sweet. A great specimen, but points deducted for not baking themselves! I would also question the freshness of the other two slices.

We came to try out their desserts which looks good on display as that what seems to be the primary showcase. Upon arriving no welcome, customer service seems to lack in the place, tried a few of the desserts wasn't as great in comparisons to other bakery we have been to. Wasn't impressed with the service and quality of the desserts.

Great food and friendly staff.
We went for breaky had I the eggs Benedict which was a great feed.
Easy with children with the use of high chairs however probably not big enough to be able to take strollers.
Pricing on the higher end however expected in Williamstown.
Will return as the food was great..

Great place to eat the food never dissapoints although the staff can be a tad rude sometimes. The hot chocolates and cappuccinos are consistently great. Best brunch place in Williamstown for sure!

We had brunch here today. It was breezy and a bit chilly in the back lane and we asked our waiter if we could have our heater on, which we weren't able to. We waited over an hour for our breakfast. I had the potato hash which was quite yummy albeit small and the hash was cold by the time it came out. We also had a mushroom and egg dish which was good but not enough toast. The coffee was lovely but the wait too long.

Good food. Eggs were perfectly poached. Salmon was really tasty. Generous portion of bacon. Nice ambiance. The service was not great but overall it was a good meal. I would eat here again

Terrible service had to tell them 3 times what I ordered and took forever just for a sandwhich and coffee and then overcharged me. Food is ok.but would never go back with service like that

Absolutely sensational food and coffee! They really know how to pair flavours and provide great service. Highly recommend the arancini and pumpkin focaccia :D

I had a late lunch here today. I got the ricotta pancakes which had mixed berries, banana, flaked almonds and white chocolate sauce. The burger is the Wagyu beef burger and the drink is an iced chai. The pancakes were nice but not amazing, it just lacked flavor but it was very filling. I quite liked the iced chai, it's not something that is found everywhere too. My boyfriend said the Niger was great and again extremely filling. The chips were average though. The service good, the foods didn't take too long to come out, even though it very busy.

Good reliable coffee on the Esplanade. The cakes are a treat, especially the red velvet cupcakes. Nice space. It can be very busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait.

Lovely staff, but food took ages and my coffee never came and my brothers order was wrong twice and when it arrived it looked all rushed. Won't be coming back here

Had the chicken & quinoa salad at Tick Tok, the food was good, though slightly on the expensive side. The orange juice came in a jar and presentation-wise looked nice, but was from concentrate rather than freshly squeezed.

Strictly average. Had cheesecake. Woudnt recommend. Cup cakes were a bit dry. My friend had tiramisu which tasted fine and would have been the best choice out if the 3.

Thank you Tick Tok. We had the most scrumptious meal from the breakfast menu. It was called Atlantic..? Smoked salmon, avocado, feta, tiny tomatoes, poached eggs on whole grain sour dough toast with crisp asparagus spears. The service was very fast and the staff friendly.

Nice for coffee and sweet.. Went there for a quick coffee and a slice of cake.
I must say that the service is quite friendly .
If you like your Tiramisù in the traditional italian way- don't order it here.
Chris
The coffee and desserts are nothing to write home about but they still hit the sweet spot and are pretty tasty. And for the cheap prices and casual atmosphere, you can’t really complain.

Great food. We had lunch there yesterday. I had the lamb wrap & my friend had the roast vegie wrap. We also had a jar of lemon lime & bitters. We really enjoyed it. The service was great as well. No complaints.

I liked it!. Went here for breakfast, ordered the potato hash, which was just the right serving size. Very tasty. My partner had the ricotta pancake, which he also enjoyed. Service was good. Will be back here again.

Food was good, but then after a 40 minute wait, I was ready to eat the table leg.
