Food: Their wraps and that kinda stuff are overpriced, and not a big selection. However their main dishes are surprisingly nice. Service: Need training. The more experienced staff are nice though. Usually wait a while to get served, or wait a while to get table water. Ambience: Okay this is what you come for. Its by the beach, and friendly crowd. Definitely worth the visit. Value: On the outside it looks like a corner shop selling pies and ice cream. I hard ever leave paying less than $50 for a quick lunch for two.

location couldn't be more perfect, across the road from the williamstown beach. i believe it is now under new management - good service, not bad food. my friend had bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, red onions, persian feta and i had brioche breakfast bun of bacon, eggs, relish and swiss cheese. i felt the relish was a bit too sweet, but otherwise, good value, good food. coffee is old italian style coffee, quite acidic but not bad for the area.

Smiley friendly staff, informative about seating and ordering arrangements when they first see you. The Smashed avocado offered a large tasty Breakfast with a fresh pop from the pomegranate seeds! I added bacon to my meal which also tasted delicious.. if you are an asparagus lover than this is the Avo for you, however if you are not it might be a quite different experience for you.. but worth a try! Altogether the meal offers a filling bread, tasty eggs, and that delicious feta and avocado flavour you crave! My rating is a 7 out of 10!

Wonderful lunch at West Eightyone we had the hamburgers and fat boy chips,just delisous!The meat on the burger was chargrilled juicy and fresh.They also ask you what accompiants you would like on it,proper hamburger rolls well worth every cent.The fat boy chips yum!crisp on the outside fluffy white on the inside just right served with tomatoes sauce as well.Also a side of garlic bread fresh just out of the oven. Finished our lunch with an icecream just a great selection to choose from or Evan Gelatin. The staff were completely polite and very helpful a pleasure to see . Would totally recommend West Eightyone and finish off with a walk along the beach.

Lovely menu, fantastic family friendly atmosphere, welcoming and accommodating staff, all with a view of Williamstown beach. So glad we found this gem.

Nice view with an average food. Table wasn't too clean and the floor under it was very sticky. Table service is half way there as you have to order and pay at the counter. Have ordered pumpkin soup which was spicy and watery and with no salt and eggs Benedict, which were ok, without much taste. Coffee's were decent.

Fantastic space,location and view of Williamstown beach! Amazing food and the coffee is some of the best I've ever had, could not recommend this place enough, I will be back here very soon to try the whole menu. Great job guys.

We really enjoyed our first meal of fish & chips at West Eighty One and we decided to go back for seafood pizza the next evening. Both were delicious & very filling, barely had enough room to sample some of the icecream ;) Service was fantastic, thanks #weflyasone �

Great selection of cakes made it a hard choice to pick one great staff very friendly and great location we will be returning even if it's an hour drive to get there for us

First word that comes to mind is WOW! Great coffee, Great meals and very friendly staff.. Place has a great atmosphere and is very consistent in their service and quality of food and beverages.. A big thumbs up.. Fantastic guys keep it up....

Would have been a 5/5 had it not been for having bare bottoms staring right in your face when sat anywhere near food counter, really put me off my food. Perhaps a dress code for summer would help?

Beautiful food - lovely staff - the only thing I could falter would be their seating - it was rather uncomfortable - no cushioning - however would definitely go back!

Friends of mine suggested to try and it did not disappoint! I had poached eggs, bacon on toast with mushrooms and chorizo and it was beautiful. Service was friendly and great prices for Williamstown

Took my wife for breakfast and we loved it. Our favourite is Eggs Benedict and this one certainly did not disappoint. Great coffee too, and lovely sea views.

Waited 40 minutes after ordering, waiter asked if everything was alright, took out money but never cooked our food! Staff had no idea! Go elsewhere. Coffee was good at least.

What a beautiful restaurant! I was greeted by warm welcome from waiters on arrival, prompt service and terrific food. The new owners have done a marvellous job to turn this ice creamery into friendly venue serving breakfast and lunch! Can't wait to go back!

Great cafe, great menu . Affordable and well presented dishes. Never disappointed every time i go. Burgers and fries cooked to perfection, falafel salad is well made, we also had bacon and egg on Turkish rolls (this is the best roll I had.. ever!)

A lovely cafe overlooking the bay. No table service for ordering, have to order inside at the counter. <br/>Iced Coffee was really milky, could have been stronger on the coffee. <br/>Milkshake was served in a take away container. It hadn’t been mixed enough. The first taste was just milk, but after stirring it myself with a spoon & combining the milk with the syrup it was brilliant. They hadn’t gone easy on the flavouring, it was all just stuck to the bottom & sides.<br/>Food was really flavoursome. The Veggie Omelette had so much flavour I just wanted to keep eating. Nice big pieces of mushrooms & asparagus. <br/>Breakfast Roll was spot on.

Absolutely delicious!!! Most certainly would recommend and give a very solid 4.5/5...<br/>Right across the road from the beach, perfect location for a feed after big morning. Had the special Mexican Parma , traditional Parma and calamari, all were sensational. Can’t give a 5/5 because I don’t love creamy salad dressing but most people do! Will definitely return..

Dropped in with family - 5 of us & were provided with great service in moving tables & chairs to look after us. <br/>Brought the kids meals & drinks out first which was great. Food always good. <br/>Best location in Willy - we will be back.

Nice place to visit after a day at the beach. Ordered a snack box fish and chips - chips had a very nice crunch and fish was full of flavour. Would come back next time I'm at the beach!

I've ordered the smash ago with capsicum and poached eggs. The plate was really tasty with a cute presentation. I've also ordered a refresher juice, that wasn't at the same level of the plate. In general I think it is a good place in which have a good breakfast.
