Omg ! Amazing Staff and service! So I orginally picked another local cake company for my Wedding cake, and they were down right awful. So my Mum and I frantically searched other local options, and I thought I would go in store for a look. What can I say, Amazing! Straight away the lady (who was busy and on her own) sat us down with all their catalogs, made us a coffee. And even got her boss on the phone to answer our questions! We were sold! Ordered my cake, and even negotiated delievery, since they dont usually deliever. This has made the whole process carefree and stressfree! Thankyou Williamstown Fergus Plarre!
Customer Service at Williamstown store is just amazing. The staff are very polite, food is very fresh, the store is clean and tidy and coffee is absolutely amazing. I am a regular customer of Ferguson Plarre, Williamstown Store. The change in the management is very pleasant and the owner is very friendly and polite.

I am a regular customer at the Williamstown and Altona Store since these stores are the closest to my workplace. I have to say that the Customer experience is far great at the Williamstown store. The food is always fresh, the staff is polite. The new fresh look of the Williamstown store is a great change, I've had alot of people in my circle talking about the great service this store provides including good coffee.
