Review Hug A Mug Cafe - Williamstown

I had the best southern fried chicken burger here in over 2 years. Although from Queensland, would recommend all diners in and around WIlliamstown to come dine here. Beautiful people welcome you with a smile here even when under the pump. Quality of food and presentation is an A. Coffee is so potent and real. Love the vibe here as well. I came here at 11 in morning, had 2 coffees and my lunch and finished my project on my laptop sitting and enjoying the food and the view. Love to come back.

Was a really pleasant experience, especially after all that's gone on in the world. I'm assuming it was the owner who served us. He was very friendly, engaged us in conversation as he got drinks and menus. Excused himself to serve others and came back with our food which I enjoyed very much. Did not leave hungry and was satisfied. I'd happily go back and take others and am happily recommending.

Everything was yummy. Very humble staff. Best place for breakfast in Williamstown. Great service

Location is great. Food wasn’t great. We got two smashed avocado and they stuff up the order and only put through one. They made another one which is fine but because of them trying to make it fast they didn’t toast the bread and everything came out cold.

Ran over from Altona on a cold and windy day and just wanted a simple coffee and sandwich. Instead I got a great coffee, an Amazing chicken wrap and delicious brownie. Highly recommend. Friendly staff too.

Came in for a coffee and scones with Hubble and our little dog and everything was perfect! Owners are are very friendly and the coffee was great! Will definitely be coming back here.

Loved the location and the service. I had the Croquettes, so yummy and not overloaded with hollandaise sauce. The flavours were great and the coffee was fabulous.

I will not recommend their Ruben sandwich. The corn beef used was oily, dry and not tasty, didn't enjoy it. I was craving for a Ruben sandwich so I drove all the way from Broadmeadows to this spot, but was disappointed by the taste. Staff were however very very nice and polite with excellent customer service.
