Not only are the burgers great, the concrete mixers are an awesome dessert. Great flavours and mix-ins - some of the best frozen custard out.
Very solid burger! Went the double and it was a good size. Nice jucy patty which is slightly smashed and good amount of cheese and bacon. Just the right amount of greasiness you want in a burger. Chips fine and the special sauce for the chips was a big tick!
Had lunch here on a weekday. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Burger with a side of French Fries and Chocolate Peanut Butter Thickshake for the drink. Very satisfying burger experience with the chicken coming out crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Thickshake also tasted heavenly. Efficient and friendly staff too.
The waitstaff at the Windsor store are lovely! During what must have been a system glitch and therefore a delay in orders being brought out right before we got there, the waitress (tall with brown hair) went above and beyond to make sure our orders were correct and out on time during a period that was obviously very stressful for her and all other wait/kitchen staff. It was my first time at Betty’s Burgers ever and I’ll be back for sure!!
i came last night and i was served by Jess. She was friendly, nice and since i didn’t know what to get, she let me have time to think and helped me out on the best choices. The food was great and I will come her again with no doubt!!!!!
Teevah was very friendly and provided amazing service and the meal was delicious will definitely be back.

I just had the best burger of my life. Stumbled across this place after brief shop at Salvos. For $15 I had the softest bun, crispiest REAL bacon and delightful Angus burger with a hint of sauce and not drowning in mayo or salt. I literally put down my phone and organiser and just inhaled that burger! It was filling, flavourful and NOT salty or drenched in sauce.
I was attracted to drop in because of the gorgeous decor, circa 1950's housewife pastel, light wood finish...
You order from a CHEAP menu, grab a seat and a buzzer indicates you pick up your order. They have spent time on the cooking of real food, extreme cleanliness and exceptional atmosphere.

Puts every other burger place out of business if you ask me. Esp cf to the greasy and unhealthy size of major franchise burgers in Australia.
Food was nice but survive and vibe was amazing
