I came here for dinner w my partner and a friend. I’ve wanted to come here for ages now and I keep missing out so I was really excited.
Initially I started w a flight of 3 strong vodkas and whoa they certainly warmed me up. The first one was fine until a few mins later hahaha, happy days!
My partner and friend ordered a Vesper cocktail w Gin, Vodka, Vermouth and this took my breath away hahaha! Phew, it was strong.
Food wise we ordered cabbage rolls which were good, but the cabbage leaves were thick and tasted a little undercooked for me.
We shared some dumplings, one beef and chicken and the other one was Porcini Mushroom and sauerkraut and they were both delicious. They were really moorish and filling. They came w different sauces and this was a highlight.
The sticky cranberry vodka glazed pork belly was fantastic, the pork was cooked really well, it was juicy and the sticky sauce was like toffee. Yum!
We then shared a platter called a Farmers Zakuski which consisted of vodka cured kangaroo “tartare” and lamb croquette, venison & smoked duck terrine, devils on horseback (what was that? Lol), old fashioned salami,ham hock fritter and rich mans butter.
The Farmers Zakuski was delicious, I really enjoyed the different elements to this dish and the various flavours. Even the rich mans butter tasted good, it was almost like lard w meat pieces. I am not sure what the devils on horseback was but everything tasted really good hahaha.
This was a really fun night and this place is definitely worth a visit.
A beautiful baked pretzel with a generous helping of chicken, bacon and cheese as well as some delicious pickles. When you see Borsch, the first thing you’d expect is a vodka bar but trust me when I say that, start looking at their food instead 😛
Borsch’s Pretzel Club was phenomenal and for $13,it was one of the best value for money dishes I have ever eaten. The chicken was a good portion and cooked beautifully, the bacon and cheese went amazingly with the soft pretzel and it was just a really really good dish.
Borsch truly delivered with this dish and I would highly recommend their food to anyone in Windsor/Prahran because you’d be surprise that their polish food is definitely delish as well!
One of my favourite spots in south side, it's casual and cozy, love the vibe, comforting soup, crazy vodka menu, despite not a huge fan of vodka, still impressed by the cocktails and the infused vodka choice.
Came here on a Saturday night with my husband. Highly recommend trying this place out. Both food and service was great. We ordered 7 dishes to share and each of it was very tasty. Their starters especially was delicious. Will definitely come here again.
I had heard great things about this place so was quite excited to see what all the hype was about. It was dimly lit with warm red hues with quite an extensive bar menu. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Borsch, Vodka and Tears. The waitresses were personable and made us feel at ease. The food was fantastic and we were very comfortably full and definitely happy with our food choices. I am excited to go back to try their other dishes and maybe a tasting platter of vodka...or 2. It is definitely worth a visit to satisfy your Polish cravings or experience this cuisine for the first time.

The cocktails were delicious and the food was just amazing. We got the white borch, dumplings (cheese and potato and the meat one), beetroot balls and the gnocchi!

Thankfully the food was better than the service on a quiet Monday night. Never had Polish food before so I don't have much to compare to, however everything was enjoyable and hearty like a home cooked meal. Had the Polish borsch, vegan cabbage rolls, cheese & potato pierogi and lamb goulash. Pierogi definitely the favourite - can't go wrong with any form of dumpling from around the world! Needless to say the vodka list was impressive and the cocktails (particularly Passionfruit Mule) really good too!
A charming little place and something a little unusual even for Prahran. The Polish borscht with dumplings was moreish and blintzes are a must to have on the side. Shall be coming back to try to white Borscht & Vodka cocktails.
A nice place for drinks on a Saturday night. Not too crowded and a huge drinks selection to choose from. Cocktails are also not too pricy here. I really liked the Apple Pie cocktail 😊 tasted like apple pie and was a generous serving.

Polish food is one of my all time favourites and Borsch Vodka and Tears really satisfies the cravings
The peirogi here is divine and so was the truffle gnocchi which were soft and flavoursome !
We also ordered the cabbage rolls which is something I have recently learnt to appreciate !

I've wanted to try this place for so long. Not a vodka drinker but I able to sample the vodka and enjoy it. Complimented with chicken wings cooked well and a good sauce
We walked in during a quiet part of the Australia Day weekend and were instantly greeted with smiles and a choice of tables. Leafing through a big menu with a lot of vodka choices, we found the traditional fare we came for and placed our orders.
On a hot day we were more thirsty than hungry. My Polish Borsch was delightfully flavoured, a little tart as expected and contrasted harmoniously with the dill. A few dumplings helped make this a somewhat filling dish as the broth is thin and light. My friend enjoyed his Polish Pierogi dumplings with cheese and potato. I can totally imagine this comforting dish on a frosty winter's day.
Friendly, attentive service and very fast turnaround by the kitchen. The vintage decor was not all that comfortable but had a certain charm. Looking forward to trying more great traditional dishes in a different season.

We've eaten dinner here many times (always fabulous) but this is the first time we'd stopped in for brunch. The brekkie menu is concise but has everything you need including brunch cocktails! Vegan options available.
We ordered the Benny served on a cauliflower cheese croquette; and the Sweet potato & mozzarella waffles with greens and sauteed shrooms.
Both meals were fabulous, service was quick and friendly and the coffee is good. They don't serve almond milk - macadamia is milk alternative of choice.
We'll definitely be back again.

Came here for dinner today and loved it! This place has a great atmosphere and is very versatile that it’s a spot that can suit families, catch ups, groups or even intimate dates.
My group of three were quickly seated inside and shared the Farmer Platter (a variety of sausages/black pudding), bison wings, saganaki, dirty Reuben fries and beef/chicken pierogi. All the dishes were delicious - my favourite being the wings which had a tasty dry rub and lay on top this delicious mustard (almost curry-like) flavour which really worked!
Service was good too and I liked that all the dishes came out at the same time. I’ll definitely be back soon to try out the rest of the menu (and to sample some of their drinks- the vodka/cocktail menu is extensive!).
Food wise - the cheese and potato pierogi are a must order!! Honestly I could eat 50000 of these dumplings they are so delicious.
However the reason why I visit this place is for their vodka. Their drinks menu is an overwhelming selection of fantastic alcohol (my go to is the sex in Krakow) that you just simply must try.
The staff here are also incredibly welcoming and warm which makes it all even better!
Small portion, a bit expensive. But you don’t get to eat Polish food everywhere else. Very tasty

Definitely one of the few places that I know that serves Polish food. Upon first looks, it didn't seem so unique but I was really surprised to see how wrong I was. Ordering a variety of dishes to share eith friends, I was truly amazed, especially with the dumplings (pierogi) and goulash. Would recommend
I visited Borsch about a month ago for brunch and was greatly impressed.
Different sort of menu, with enough variety and option to please everyone. I thoroughly enjoyed mine, though my parter wasn’t AS impressed but I put that down to menu choice.
I would eagerly return to try their dinner menu!
Borsch is one of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne, weather I'm going to feast on their delicious food or to drink cocktails (and eat pierogi of course) it's always a winner! I just ordered their borsch on deliveroo and it was so perfect- it was still steaming hot & hit the spot! Seriously love this place
We booked a table for two at the last minute. The online booking form wouldn’t let us book. However, you should try calling the restaurant anyway since they still take phone bookings if there are tables available.

All were very nice and quite hearty. We were both extremely full but we couldn’t stop eating!
We also got 3 different cocktails and a mulled wine between us. The cocktails were fantastic but the mulled wine was average at best so probably skip that.
Not much to complain about here. A couple of the dishes were a quite slow to come out, to be expected on a busy night I guess. And it can be a little bit loud sitting inside.
Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area. You cannot go wrong here.

Such a cool place! Very fun and makes you feel like you're in Europe. I had the Apple Pie cocktail which was DELICIOUS! I could have had a lot more than I had! The Polish Gnocchi was a real highlight for us - sooo flavoursome and perfect little balls of deliciousness! The beetroot and cheese balls were also amazing, as was the Farmer's Zakuski, what a great plate with plenty of variety. Waitress was lovely and had a fun personality! Excellent restaurant.
A lovely restaurant! A place that serves really delicious food, a mix from Eastern Europe, polish and Ukrainien specialities. We chose a few appetisers and Perogis. I must recommend the sauerkraut ones and the haloumi paddies! We also ordered some top cocktails, dirty martine and an extra olive was beautiful.
The only down fall for me were the prices, be prepared to spend a bit if you want a three course dinner with alcohol. Although I highly recommend! 😊🍸
Went here on the weekend with the boyfriend. I’ve never had Polish cuisine before but the food here has converted me. The highlight was the Spicy Beef Goulash. The beef was mildly spicy and very tender. We also shared the vegetarian platter which came with an amazing assortment of mini bites. The food was great value for money and of great quality ingredients. The only dish we were not a fan of was the Saganaki cheese and it wasn’t as crispy as it should be and we didn’t find the fig to go well with it (but that’s just our personal preference). The chocolate gingerbread tart with Messina ice cream was another winner! The service was on point and the ambience was very warm and cosy. Looking forward to our next visit!
One of my faves! Always yummy with amazing, different options. I always feel satisfied after eating here, nothing is overly greasy, always fresh. Great vegan options, great vodka! What else can you need in life?! 😄

Although i'd like to think i'm a tequila girl, this place gave me an appreciation for vodka.
Food was a stand out. I don't think i've had polish food before, but their baltic sea platter had a good variety and was good to start with the vodka tasters. I would have loved to re-order a few bits and pieces from the platter but they didn't serve them separately.
The polish Borsch was different, in a nice way and the dumplings were devine.
We did order a bit too much - saganaki, zucchini flowers, chicken wings, pork belly. Only disappointment was the pork belly which was drier than what i'm used to. i would recommend having the saganaki to start, as i forgot how quick it gets cold and rubbery-especially when you have other dishes you're trying to get to. Unlimited pickles with the platter were a bonus!
Overall service was friendly, accomodating and helpful. Venue was quaint - a little dark (expected) with good ambiance that doesn't get too loud. A good spot for date night or even a small group of friends. Price points were fair, suited to the portions and quality.

Ever since our visit to the sister bar - After the Tears in Elsternwick, we were so impressed that we had to come to Borsch, Vodka & Tears to enjoy some more authentic Polish food and sip on something from their never ending drinks menu (it is actually 10 times longer than their food menu!!).
Of course we couldn’t go past their Pierogi’s. This time, we decided to order 6- and the lady was kind enough to let us choose 2 different flavours. The potato and cheese pierogi was by far my favourite. The dumpling skin and filling was soft and went together so nicely with the fried onion and sour cream on top- quite the perfect combination!
The highlight of the night was the Crispy Beetroot Rice Balls - absolutely sensational! They’re pretty much like arancini balls, super crispy on the outside, but the arborio melts in your mouth as you bite into it.
The menu is slightly different to their sister bar, as After the Tears has a larger menu focused on the food. We ended up trying several entrees and only 1 main from Borsch Vodka and Tears as their food menu wasn’t as extensive.
Overall, an evening well spent at Borsch Vodka & Tears as we thoroughly enjoyed our food. It is a bar, so you would expect it to be quite loud inside.
We were amazed by the wide selection of vodka on the menu! We tried the Hawthorne berry and black currant shots as well as a couple of cocktails. All the drinks were delicious! We had the bison wings, pierogi and ice cream sandwich. These were also very delicious and we ended up ordering a second round of the wings and pierogi.
I had the Borscht - a classic polish beetroot soup. Didn’t like the soup itself but the dumplings in there were super yum. It comes with amazing fresh bread and butter on the side, my personal favourite (and I know good bread - I’m German haha). Apart from that the dessert cocktails here are to die for! All of them. Trust me you’ll want to lick the glass. Probably a great dessert substitute or more for people with a very sweet tooth.

Hearty Polish food in a trendy setting with tons of different Vodkas. Went here as a group of five and we had a really nice meal, sharing some of the starters, having a main each followed by some ace flavoured Vodka shots. The highlights for me were the meat Pierog (dumpling) and my Walnut Coffee Cream dessert cocktail (think nutty Bailey’s with vodka)! Service was ok, the vibe of the place is nice and chilled. Overall - would definitely recommend to all the vodka lovers out there! 🍸
Visited on a Saturday night and enjoyed the ambience and people watching on Chapel St. The drinks list is HUGE and leaves you wondering where to start. The food was brilliant, with the cheese and potato pierogi leaving us wanting more. Wish I had the stomach space to try this borscht. Finished off the night with a hazelnut vodka martini which topped off a fantastic night. Make sure you book!
Great service and drinks. I do really enjoy the venue, food for me is not exactly perfect due to my expectations of what was cooked at home but that doesn't mean it isn't good, I just would expect some differences.
Staff are always extremely polite and attentive, drinks menu is amazing and of course vodka is high priority.

I went here with a Meetup group last night. I used to go to After the Tears 😭 in Elsternwick with friends years ago. I remember I always enjoyed it but for some reason tonight seemed even better. Maybe Borsch Vodka & Tears is a better branch or the food has improved, either way I won't complain. When I walked in I saw our group was squishy, maybe it would have been better to have our Meetup at After the Tears because it's got more space.
We ordered a lot of share plates and we thought we ordered too much food but we got through it anyway. I ordered the cabbage rolls which were in a nice tomatoey sauce with meat, these were just as delicious as I thought they'd be. We also had chicken wings which were amazing especially when dipped in the yummy dill mayo sauce. The gnocchi with mushrooms was nice and pillowy and the mushrooms were delicious. I enjoyed the croquettes even though I'm not normally a big fan. The three surprising standouts were the chips, the beef goulash and the pork schnitzel. The chips were perfect, they were perfectly cooked with a nice herb salt and they were served with tomato sauce and mayo. The goulash was tender bits of beef in a beautiful potato blini. The pork schnitzel was yummy but I enjoyed red cabbage sauerkraut even more, it had a bit of sweetness which I liked. The Polish sausage was also good. The only dish I didn't really like was the seafood platter, I thought there was too much sour cream flavour.
For drinks I ordered the mixed bag vodka tasting which came with a small shots of vodka, I love the cute glasses they came in. My favourite one was the hazelnut. When I went to After the Tears with friends I would order the Andy Warhol dessert cocktail which had passion fruit and white chocolate flavours, this was my favourite ever cocktail. They no longer have the Andy Warhol but they had The Crime of Passion which also had white chocolate and passion fruit, unfortunately it wasn't as good as the Andy Warhol but it was still ok.
I tried all the desserts my friends ordered. Both the ice cream sandwich and the gingerbread tart were very rich. In fact we could only have one or two bites of the tart, it was that sweet. The pana cotta was perfectly wobbly but I didn't like the vodka flavour. I prefer my vodka in drink form hahahaha. I would stick to dessert in alcoholic liquid form next time. The staff here were very friendly and attentive, especially the man serving is tonight. I would definitely love to come back here.
Incredible bar set up to feel like a small restaurant. Amazing choice of different vodkas. Staff were able to help select some different ones to try depending on the taste we were more inclined to go for. Pricey, but very worth it.
Food is alright drinks are decent but every old school. One of the better chapel st hang outs! Certainly recomend checking out if you are from out of town.

Very impressed with this spot, great food, good service and amazing drinks! Rice balls were a treat whilst the gnocchi was delish with the truffle oil and the pierogi was also quite good but next time ill go the cheesey one 😋 As for the drinks, the hot tea was a real body warmer and the apple pie cocktail was a nice little dessert drink 😄
On a busy Saturday night on Chapel st., we were looking for a place the offers food and drinks.
I always heard good things about this place, and we got seats on the bar.
Service was very friendly, but a bit confused. But we got some vodkas and got confused as well so all good :).
Food was brilliant. Small dishes, on the expensive side, but very high quality. In particular, I loved the gnocchi and the zucchini flowers. Pierogies were great as well.

Ventured here last night knowing I had work early this morning. I tantalized with the idea that it possibly wasn't the best choice to be here on a work night. This was confirmed by my order of (a few) beautifully spicy and fragrant mulled wines; secrets and regrets aptly named as ingredients. Secrets and regrets indeed. At work, hungover and sad, trying to write Zomato reviews to pass the time.
However, the mulled wine was great and I would definitely recommend it before the winter months are over. Also very handsome staff members. 5/5
Fantastic selection of vodka, including some great Polish ones. I also tried pierogi for the first time here (potato and cheese) and was very impressed. There's also a great atmosphere and the place is open late. Very unique bar and I would highly recommend if you're a vodka fan.
Yummo. Another review suggested serving sizes were small, in my opinion, they are certainly not small. Had heaps of delicious food, tried an array of vodka and had a great evening. Food, drink and atmosphere were wonderful.

Enjoyed the farmer's zakuski and pierogi. The zakuski was a great way to taste an array of polish flavours, whilst the pierogi left everyone longing for more. Also indulged in a vodka tasting plate, which is definitely something you should only hazard if you're fearless, crazy and/or really enjoy the taste of vodka. A great way to experience Polish cuisine nonetheless!

My mum talked of this place back when it was run by the original Polish couple. She's been coming here for almost 30 years for what she calls 'fab famous borscht'. We decided to return and see what it's like now for Mother's Day last weekend.
We ordered the Polish Borsch and the Krok Madame which was absolutely beautiful. The Brie was melted perfectly into the waffle topped with a perfectly poached egg. I would highly recommended. The beetroot soup was authentic, flavoursome and just how my mum remembers it 25 years ago while the dumplings were absolutely delicious with a wonderful combination of herbs.
We also decided to do the three vodka tasters, we selected:
- Sobieski Karmel (smooth and butterscotch-y)
- Zozworówka Ginger
- Wiśniówka Nisskosher (dark cherry)
The best by far was the smooth and butterscotch-y which is a must try for any people wanting to try the vodkas here (which you should). The three types in taster glasses was a great way to try a few of the extensive range of vodkas on offer.
It's an amazing place, the design, the food, the drink, the service.

Walking in on a cold Saturday night to a cozy mood lit restaurant we were greeted by friendly staff who took us straight to our seats. Despite us being 1 of 3 tables there, it took about 10 minutes for our waitress to bring menu's, which was my only criticism. For there out the experience was great. Our waitress explained the menu (read: vodka selections) as it can be quite overwhelming for a first time. The food was brought out quickly (gnocchi, lamb croquettes and polish borsch) and was plenty for the two of us. The vodka is very much up to personal preference so go by the bar staffs recommendation. I will definitely be back

I had been meaning to eat here for some time and after finally going I was very happy that it lived up to my expectations!
The service was very attentive at the start of our meal, but dropped off a little as the restaurant got busier. The staff were very friendly and accomodating throughout though.
We ordered the Stuffed Zucchini Flowers which were delicious with the combination of crispy batter, creamy filling and spicy sauce.
The Cevapcici was also good as the meat was nice and juicy, but the Ajvar dip served with it was a little too sour.
My main reason for dining here though were the
Pierogies! We were able to order a mixed plate to taste all the flavours; this wasn't stipulated on the menu, but the restaurant was happy oblige!
The Beef and Chicken was my favourite, with the Cheese and Potato coming in second. Both had delicious, hearty flavours with perfectly paired toppings.
My least favourite was the Porcini Mushroom and Sauerkraut, which was a bit too sour for my taste, but if you like sauerkraut you'd probably enjoy it.
I also asked for a mocktail to made up as there were none listed on the menu and was given a Passionfruit Mule which was absolutely delicious, and we were offered complimentary vodka shots to taste!
Would definitely recommend and return here happily!
Surprisingly they have breakfast here and the breakfast is pretty interesting too. Not my usual breakfast place but can tell the chef is awesome! Mushroom ragout gnocchi is magnificent and we also tried the borsch. Every taste, every texture and every presentation is very homely. Even the butter is silky smooth. The only let down is the Benedict missed out the pulled pork and was replaced with bacon without advance notice. Luckily the bacon was cooked well. Coffee is ordinary. I guess coffee is not the main beverage here..... 3.5 for the breakfast but will be back for its dinner.

Their polish vodka collection is unrivalled! Some great cocktail options available as well including some delicious absinthe varieties. Didn't pay attention to the food menu this time but will have to try in the future.

All the desserts and all the dumplings. The hot chocolate pudding and the apple pancakes are divine. Ensure you book because it's quite small and always very busy. Cocktails are absolutely delicious but clearly the speciality is vodka. There's about 400 varieties and quite an extensive list of fruit vodkas which is more my bag but you can also go for tasting options to try out a few. Something a bit different and very cool and while Polish food is not my favourite it's always nice to mix it up and you will definitely have a fun unique night out here
I have been here a few nights ago and I come here twice a months. l love this place. Very friendly staff. Every single vodka is delicious and if you don't know which vodka you wanna try, you can ask!

Wow. My partner and I went here for dinner tonight and loved it! We ordered (to share) the polish dumplings (pierogies), the cevapcici (polish sausages) and the lamb ragout. We genuinely couldn't decide what our favourite thing was because they were all SO delicious! Our meal was not too expensive, either - especially given we both had wine! No vodka for us, unfortunately, on a work night! I Definitely recommend this one.

Really love borsch, vodka and tears. Everything they do here is with care and quality - from the delicious little plates of food to their interesting vodka-driven twists on all sorts of cocktails. Beautiful decor too!

Wasn't expecting much from here. Absolutely loved every moment. It is VERY loud (expected with all popular destinations. INCREDIBLE FOOD AND COCKTAILS. Ordered the zephyr, sunburn, for your health, Charlie Chaplin ( cocktail) all extremely complex and delicious.

Really good meal and good service. We ordered two entrees and a main for the two of us and we were stuffed. Wish they had more gluten free options though.
A great place for a delicious cocktail and some good vibes! This vodka bar has a huge drinks menu- each one creative and tasty. The food is decent too. The Apple pie cocktail is one of our favourites and so reasonably priced!

White borsch and vodka. Plenty of potato to dunk in the borsch. Extensive vodka list. Really can't go wrong with that! The only negative is that the kitchen is really visible from the table in the back left corner, which ruins the ambience if you're unlucky enough to score that table.
Could not have been happier today. A simple late lunch quickly evolved into a memorable dining experience. Service was A-grade, variety of drinks beyond belief ... and that's before we even got to the authentic, nostalgic, heartwarming food that sent my dining buddy back to his childhood.
After about 14 pages of vodka menu we finally reached the food menu and chose the meat pierogi & cheese & potato. Russian salad and sausages good, gnocchi & mushrooms, cauliflower as a chicken substitute for vegans, fries with mayonnaise were all good. Friendly service but gets a bit too noisy when busy. A great venue but I was bursting so unfortunately couldn't fit in dessert but would have liked to try the Polish cheesecake.
BVT is always bustling with people day and night. I can see why. The ambience is great, they obviously serve good drinks, and the food is not too bad. Never knew Polish people ate dumplings but I must say the Chinese do them better (no biasness here). The pork chops were a bit dry (probably overcooked) and although I love the generosity of the coleslaw it seemed a bit too much and I couldn't taste the vodka in it (need more pls :)). The fish pastries with mint were quite tasty but I wished the pastry was crispy!
So overall the food could have been done better but it was still an interesting polish experience.
Excellent service, great ambience and amazing food! Try their sausages and dumplings!! This is one the best places I have been on Chapel Street, and is one of the few where I remember to return.
I love this place and I come here all the time for the past year! Reasonable prices, good coffee, love the pancakes! The late opening hours are very convenient.
Great place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The big breakfast is especially good (with the sausage and potato rosti), as well as the paprika fries. Lots of vodka on the menu - the Lemonade 20c cocktail is a refreshing favourite. Great, friendly service too.
I spend way too much time and money sitting out the front of this place drinking their amazing cocktails. Definitely one of the best drinking places on chapel.
Love everything about this place. The food, the drinks, the staff!! Nothing can be faulted. Been going for over 10 years and will continue to do so.
What a wonderful place! The food was just fantastic- platters of delicious salads, meats, fish and pickles, dumplings to make your tastebuds sing, and a perfect combination of vegetarian and meat options to please everyone. The vegan (cauliflower) "chicken" is a great example of the fresh, creative and interesting menu. You won't leave hungry! The drinks are another highlight- such variety and made with love. I will never see vodka in the same way after drinking here! The setting is cosy, relaxed and has a beautiful ambiance. Staff are professional, friendly and very welcoming. I can't wait to come back here. Definitely one of Melbourne's best places to eat.

Neither tears nor fears. BV&T is a Chapel St classic, serving up a mix of Polish/Russian/Jewish favourites, including an extensive list of vodka. And by that l mean the food menu is only found about 40 pages into the thick order book guests are presented with.
Three of us crammed into the last free table on a cold night, starting with a good prosecco, served in a large empty pickles tin. A smart example of recycling and a distinctive touch. But it did take up a lot of room on a small table about to be packed with food.
There are so many delicious options that is hard to choose. We went for the crunchy school prawns, the signature pierogi, some unexpected stuffed zucchini flowers, as well as share plates of pastrami and pickles / seafood delicacies, the latter with the local shout out name of Carlisle & Westbury, in nearby Balaclava. It's all scrumptious, in a gorgeous and romantic setting.
Service was a little sporadic, but we had lots to talk about and plenty to eat to keep us occupied. No need for tears, unless you miss out on a table 😊
Such a great place for drinks! We enjoyed trying different cocktails and vodka. Good atmosphere, friendly staff and superb drinks. Made our night!
Extremely busy and loud restaurant, quite a small place, waiters very conscious of time and getting you out the door when you've outstayed your welcome to get the next sitting in but still they have decent food, extensive list of drinks staff friendly despite being a bit pushy
Went there last night for a drink, and also order their salmon platter, their drinks are good, lychee martini, capriosca, street tea, all yummy! Salmon platter was just okay, ill definitely order the meat platter, white borsch and pierogi for next time. Service was fast and friendly.
