Review Eat'aliano By Pino - Windsor

Rando PROFNASTA
Worst pizza ever. Horrible tomato sauce. Mozzarella was not even melted. Wired ameboid shape, not even a nice round one. Last but not least, it was burnt! Service: ZERO stars. Drinks came out one by one....(and there were just five of us). Waitress took away plates with almost half pizzas still left and did not ask any feedback (the gluten free one)... We were not asked about any desserts, or if everything was ok at the end of the bill. Last time I came here it was beautiful. Quality has literally gone nuts. It's a pitty, but this time everything was not looking the right way. I hope this is not read as a complaint, rather as a constructive criticism. The pizza dough was very good actually, but the quality of the toppings and the service, needs some urgent uplift. The attached picture is to show the mozzarella stripes... Finally, I would suggest to switch the fresh tomato dices with the cherry tomatoes, as italian tradition dictates.

Recommend for a relaxed event where the focus is on the food and people! We had our wedding at Eataliano by Pino in February 2022 because we love the food - and the food did not disappoint, it was outstanding! We had comments from many guests on how good the food was, and there was plenty to go around. Eataliano was very accommodating of all of our requests, including the type of food and drinks served, and an agreement to serve cake and to have some small decorations set up at the venue. Although they didn't have a formal function package when we organised our event, they organised everything bespoke for us and provided an invoice and detailed event plan. Recommended for people who are relaxed about their wedding/event and happy to go with the flow on the day! Being a restaurant, we had to be ready to rock up on the day and be happy with the restaurant as it was (beautifully decorated naturally with plants and decorations hanging from the roof), with our family helping to set up some minor things on the day, including the cake table and some signs and flowers. The restaurant had meal services either side of the event which meant everything needed to be set up and packed up that day. The organisation of the event was also very relaxed, which you need to be comfortable with if it is a big event like a wedding. If this is your style, we highly recommend Eataliano by Pino as the food, warmth of the staff and environment were fantastic and created a unique venue for a special event!

Warning: Having consistently supported this restaurant during Covid I’m bitterly disappointed to say that I will NEVER return to this place. Last Sunday I spent $63.00 on a pizza and pasta only to get the wrong pizza, I was then told it would not be replaced and upon my return I was angrily approached by the chef outside and yelled at and humiliated in front of a table of people. . . . . . . The guy at the front desk seemed embarrassed and did refund me while the chef sat down and had a smoke out the front. Just goes to show they have no regard for their loyal customers.

The food is fantastic. We had the pizza, lamb ragu and croquettes. All delicious, generous sizes and reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend. Real authentic Italian, no bs.

This place was great, the service was very friendly, the food was brought out very quickly even though they were busy,. Not sure if it is always busy but I suggest making a booking. The food was well priced for the quality and portion sizes with reasonable drink prices. The Polenta fries serving was a little small and they did have a wine we were after, we'll be back for sure.

pizzeria close to chapel st. Food is nice. Cannoli and tiramisù were good. But there are many italian restaurants in the area and, honestly, i would choose somewhere else (price, quality, customer service wise)

Italian place away from the hustle and bustle of chapel street. Kind of your neighbourhood Italian place with a touch of class. The pizza is thin and Abit doughy towards the crust. The pasta was Al dente but lacking enough strong flavours in our opinion. Food - 7 Service - 7 Vibe - 8 Price - $$$

Really really tasty gnocchi and pizza! Very friendly staff 😊 and lovely cozy atmosphere

Really nice authentic Italian food! Pizza dough was super thin on the base, very fluffy crust. Pasta serving sizes were generous. Cosy atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone.
Citra Aprilia
Authentic, delish, legit Neapolitan pizze. their dough and crust are perfection definitely better than DOC to my experience....would certainly recommend

Came here early for dinner and sure enough it got busy real quick. As well as items on their menu they've chalked up a few specials on their board, so check that out before committing.

Starting off (asides from their house wine) we got Italian sausage which had been coiled and grilled. It was okay, if anything I could have been more juicy. The fried potatoes on the bottom were stellar, crispy and buttery. We also got their bombette pugliesi which were barbecued skewered pork neck. Very lean and firm with a squeeze of lemon to dress it. Again decent but fat is where the flavour is at.

Their pizzas are large, our Linda consisted of the popular combination of prosciutto, rocket and mozzarella. The dough was satisfyingly chewy, my main criticism is that it was a bit limp in the middle. Two hands required here to avoid ingredient spillage.

For pasta we got their pappardelle con agnello which were wide sheets of pasta which were cooked al dente and the lamb ragu was really tender. Their special of ravioli which contained a combination of minced filing and a herbed butter sauce didn't hit the high notes as the ragu however, a tad dry and not enough sauce. Personally I'd think a squash filing would have paired better with the sauce.

For dessert we got their passion fruit panna cotta, very small and priced accordingly. It was creamy and delicate, the syrup was sweet but lacked any resemblance of any tartness. The tiramisu however is a safe bet, smooth mascarpone with coffee soaked biscuits.

Not a bad Italian fare, get their salumi and cheese board if you want assurance, you can never go wrong with that. Service was great despite it getting quite hectic during peak times.

This was probably one of the best and most authentic Pizzas I’ve ever had in Melbourne. Not doughy, not too much cheese and just the right amount of toppings.

This place is ideal for a casual dinner and the pizza does not disappoint.

This Italian restaurant is a hidden gem. The pizza is amazing, definitely my favourite pizza place in Windsor! I always get the Bufala pizza and add the San Daniele prosciutto, which is my favourite prosciutto. Such authentic Italian ingredients and flavours. There lamb ragu is also amazing. On Tuesday they do a pizza or pasta meal special and it’s seriously worth a look. MUST TRY!

Whilst not being Italian myself I have been married in to a pretty quintessential Italian family of Calabrian origin with a mother in law and a husband who both make their own pasta and sauces from scratch. I also, for the last 23 years, have lived in regional NSW where excellent Italian food is one of our claims to fame so I like to think that I have a mature and well developed taste for good quality, staple Italian food.

I went to Eat'aliano with friends of mine who just live around the corner from the restaurant. I ordered the Pappardelle con L’Agnello (homemade pappardelle with slow cook lamb ragu) and I have to say it blew me away. The pasta was silky and al dente and the lamb ragu was rich, full of flavor and I enjoyed every mouthful. The serving size was just right so I didn’t end up feeling overfull.

The service was excellent and the character of the restaurant was warm and welcoming. Whilst I cannot remember what my friends had they both raved about their meals.

I am excited to come back and try something new on the menu.

Pizza was some of the best I've had, bit pricy (25-29) but it was really good. Had the capricciosa and cotto e funghi, both were very tasty. Pizzas were also a very good serving (size) Would happily recommend and return with family and friends.
Food Food Food
The restaurant is nice and clean. Food was good and most of the dishes tasted like the original Italian food. The service was fast. I ordered beef carpaccio, gnocchi and some pasta dishes. The gnocchi was soft and smooth but the sauce was a little bit rich, no garnishes on my gnocchi dish. Pasta was a little over cook, but the beef carpaccio was very good. Food price was average Italian food.

This restaurant was spacious so great for large groups.
I had the bruschetta (sorry I forgot to take photo of it) & cavatelli pasta. Both dishes were ordinary. Pizza looked good so I might come back for that. Service was fast & friendly.
Ralena
Very nice venue, pizza was great, soft crust and thin base, nicely done. The service was great too, definitely coming back to try the pasta next time! Their deal for pizza and wine on Tuesdays is awesome.

Awesome pizza, fresh ingredients, balance taste and not too salty. Friendly staff and services. love this place, not many pizza shop done so well in melbourne and they definitely one of the best. Recommended and will definitely go back again.

Got onto this restaurant by the Melbourne Victory football club and I cannot fault the place. We had both pasta and pizza and they were absolutely delicious. Really fresh ingredients, great balance of flavours and variety to suit anyone's preferences. Great decor, service was great and it was really lovely to see such authenticity in all aspects of this restaurant. It has become my new favourite place to eat!

I cannot give this pizza experience enough stars. $20 pizza and beer last night was absolutely brilliant!!! We will be back for the pizza but to try the pasta too. So very pleased to have you local.

Freezing Saturday night in Melbourne and we had just had drinks at Wonderland near the train station. We stumbled upon an Italian restaurant and decide pizza would be perfect on a night so cold. Starting with drinks- prosecutors and a soft drink. We then shared calamari and vegetables fried. Both ordered pizza- his was margarita and mine was eggplant and ricotta. The topping was great- very tasty but the pizzas were Napoli style. My dining companion finished his and had some of mine. I’m not a fan of this style- too sloppy and the toppings slide off when you’re trying to eat the slice in your hand. The pizzas here were very popular and the place was busy... it’s just a personal preference of mine... prefer pizzas with a thin but firm base. The service was good - very quick and efficient. Prices were reasonable too and most importantly- it was warm inside. If you like the Napoli style pizza then try this venue.

Casual family friendly vibe, friendly staff and quick service. The pizzas are good - authentic Italian style with a light dough base and fresh ingredients. We also ordered and gnocchi and the tiramusu and were pleased with everything.

We used the Eatclub app and got 20% off the whole bill!
Li Lisa
Ordered two pastas and some side dishes.
The rocket salad and polenta chips tastes good. However the pasta are a bit disappointing... the seafood pasta is a bit undercooked. The gnocchi Is well cooked but lacks flavour - waited too long for the dishes to come. overall average experience.
Billy Gats
I order the homemade pappardelle with slow cooked lamb ragu. The pasta was nice and silky and the lamb was so soft that it melted in my mouth. The tiramisu was heaven. So delicious.
Steve Levon
Came here with my family and we were blown away by how quick the food came out. The food was nice and very typically Italian. Happy with the service and the ambience is very warm and homely.
Quince And Cheese
I've passed this place a million times but had never stopped in until I saw it on Liven. Never would've guessed it's so good! The pizza crust is delightfully soft- just wish there was a bit more cheese on the buffala (maybe a light FDL base?) I also had the rucola salad and the arancini special, both delicious. Nice to see vegan cheese on the menu too! The prices here are a bit high but not totally unreasonable, especially compared to other Italian restaurants of a similar caliber. I would definitely go back thanks to the friendly staff and quality of dishes I tried.

La dolce vita ...

I picked the wrong night to go here :-( ... Valentine's Day and it was crowded
, so we waited for our table :-)

We started with a Margarita pizza, a few glasses of vino and worked our way to desserts, it was worth the wait.

It was genuine, authentic Italian food and atmosphere, must come back ... la dolce vita. If wood fire pizza is your thing, then you should give this place a try. Pizzas have a very thin base with a doughy/bread crust but if its too much, you can always not eat them. Pastas are hand made and personal favourite is parpadelle. They also do nutella pizza if dessert pizza floats your boat, because it definitely floats mine. Overall, a big fan of this place!
Maddy Horne
Amazing pizza and amazing cheese dishes, no matter what you order it's going to taste great. My opinion better food than 38 chairs if you want that cheesy dish but if you're going more for south italian go to 38 chairs. Any pizza will be high class and it is food porn in your mouth.
Steph Giles
Nice pizza, tasty doughy crust was the highlight for me. We got ubereats from here so by the time it got to us the cheese had hardened and base was thin/soggy and fell apart when you pick up a slice, but possibly just a take away issue and may be fine in store. Flavours were nice, good prosciutto, though the piccante had hardly any salami and it was more what I would call pepperoni as it was small and thick slices.
Zoe
I had higher expectations given what I'd heard, it was a small serve and lack lustre flavour of gnocchi for the price. Wouldn't say it was bad but there are better in the area. Never mind, you live and learn. The staff were friendly!
Simmyeats.Melb
A very lovely restaurant with nice interior and attentive staff. The pizza looked great when it arrived but unfortunately it was not very nice. The base was soggy and messy and the crust dough chewy. Not a great pizza and for this I won't be back. Perhaps the pasta is a better option for this restaurant.
Vaya Giagtzis
Delicious authentic style wood oven pizzas, pasta made on the premises and lovely staff. This is one of my favourite casual Italian restaurants in melbourne.
Pasta Of Melbourne
A pasta smorgasbord was in order when we visited the buzzing Eat'aliano by Pino in Windsor. The pastas were tasty all round (especially the daily special of homemade ham and potato ravioli), but they may have been just upstaged by the "La Montanara" we enjoyed for entree: deep-fried pizza dough topped with napoli sauce, DOP grana padano cheese and fresh basil. It's a pizza-y, hot pocket-y ball of goodness that's not to be missed. 👌

Pictured: Gnoccho alla Romana (homemade Roman semolina gnocchi with a four cheese sauce and walnuts), Lo gnoccho alla Sorrentina (homemade gnocchi with napoli sauce topped with mozzarella and DOP grana padano cheese), Homemade ham and potato ravioli with cherry tomatoes
Jpolinkos
Although pizza toppings were good quality the base was terrible.
Quite well cooked and coloured on the outside, but uncooked dough inside.
I would suggest that the oven was too hot, cooking the pizza on the outside too quickly and leaving the inside rather raw. Leaving it in any longer to fully cook through would have burned the outside.
Napoletana sauce on pasta was not fully cooked, lacking taste and flavour.
Service was good and the place is nice enough.
FoodforThought
Restaurant name has a nice play on words and the experience was enjoyable too. Staff was extremely friendly and authentic, and we were very impressed that one of the guys took great lengths to go through the lists of specials with every customer who came in - not just in brief but great detail. The ragu pappardelle was delicious. The pizza with mushroom cream, sausages, shaved parmigiano and truffle oil was huge and fragrant but I found the base quite soft and lacking the crisp I enjoy with pizzas.
Otherwise, it was overall a pleasant dining experience!

Just ordered Deliveroo from this place. Food tasted okay but portions were pathetically small and food was lukewarm. Definitely not worth the exorbitant price we paid. I've had better Italian from food halls.
Amanda Davis
Not great. Maybe I expect too much. Understaffed. Crappy atmosphere. Average pasta, non Italian staff. Won't be going back. Too many other great Italian places to bother with this average barn.
Lucy Feng
Excellent food, reasonably priced, what more could you ask for. Used my Liven App and got myself a cool $50 bonus! Highly recommend this place! It's fab and if I ever go back to Melbourne, will definitely eat here again.

I have been meaning to come here for a while purely based on their Instagram photos. Finally made it here tonight and it didn't disappoint. Friendly, attentive staff provided prompt service throughout the night. We started with the arancini. I have eaten arancini all my life and this was excellent. The sauce in particular had great flavour. I then had the Tartufata pizza. It was huge but I finished it and wanted more. The salsiccia had a nice spiciness and the two cheeses were full of flavour. My partner had the codfish guazzetto which was a special. She really enjoyed the meal. At the end of the meal our waitress offered us some bread to mop up the sauce from the cod dish. I took up the offer and the warm, crusty bread helped me clean the plate. Excellent restaurant - can't wait to come back!

Whoah, WHERE did this place come from?!! I'm a lover of pizza, but I'm FUSSY as hell. Greeted with smiles? YEP. Prompt, friendly service? Hell yeah, from everybody! The food? The 'La Montarana' (not sure on spelling, but it's their Panzerotti, 'fried pizza dough') was delicious (but perhaps a touch expensive), the gnocchi was on point (cooked in their lovely pizza oven!) and their pizza... is, as you'd hope, the star. I always test a new pizza place by its Margherita and their 'Bufala' did not disappoint. The dough is tasty, it holds its topping (many places fall down here), the ingredients taste fresh and it's just delicious. This place should be rated higher. Will return!

There's something to say about a place that's serves authentic Italian food and the servers and hosts are Italian!!! The restaurant is very casual and quaint. It can be perfect for a family or a dinner date with your loved one. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and the host was very accommodating. The food was simple and delicious, we had an entree of burrata with prosciutto, this was absolutely delicious!!! I would come back just to eat the burrata. Hubby had the bolognese which was also a great dish. I had the gnocchi with a cream sauce, it was nice but the Parmesan melted on top was a bit too salty for my taste. It came served in a hot plate which was awesome because it kept my food warm. We also had a pizza that was perfectly done. Crust was nice and thin and toppings full of flavour.
Bec Ivanyi
Authentic Italian and brilliant service! The pizza and pasta are fresh and delicious. Just as good as visiting Italy. We loved it so much that we came back 3 weeks in a row!!
Good Food Good Mood
Came here for a double date recently and all four of us were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The mysterious 'Pino' is the part owner of La Svolta in Hampton another favourite of ours for their thin wood fired pizzas. The pizza oven at Eat'aliano was imported from Naples and cooks your circular joy at 450 degrees in less than a minute, amazing! I had the eggplant pizza and my partner the Bufala (the exact same thing we order at La Svolta, why are we so boring), a friend ordered the gnocchi (which was phenomenal) and the healthy one among us got the caprese. We shared calamari and deep fried pizza dough studded with cheese and tomato for entree washed down with delicious wine (the cheese is improved from Italy by the way). Revelling in the on trend interiors and vibrant atmosphere we then decided to share a super decadent Nutella pizza for dessert which of course was delicious, you can't go wrong with Nutella- and you can't go wrong visiting this place either
Dmitriy Logunkov
We ordered margherita pizza, lo gnocco alla sorrentina and le pappardalle con l'agnello pastas. The pizza was perfect, however both pastas were tastless without much flavour, dissapointing for the price payed. Coming back for pizza, but not for pasta.
Dorian Bregu
Very nice place to take family around
Must try the pizzas very yumm
So is the rest of the menu
Nice chef and very nice waitress
Deserve 5*****

Great pizza they have here, we ordered the bufala pizza and calamari pasta with a side of rocket salad. Rose was amazing as well and not forgetting about the service - they were very friendly! Def pay a visit here
Laura Beckett
The pizza here is so good you'll even eat the crust. So happy they opened up, saves my boyfriend and I trekking to Hampton to go to their other restaurant, La Svolta. Can't beat their Tuesday pizza and beer deal.
Emily
Average food and overpriced. The service is nonexistent, just asking for water (after the bottle had been empty for 15+ mins) made the waiters act like it was a huge inconvenience.

Pizzas were very wet and soggy in the middle which wasn't very nice. Calamari entree was quite rubbery and lacking flavour. Highlight was the cannolo for dessert. The pannacotta of the day had a very runny texture and didn't taste very nice.
The City Lane
Eatalian by Pino is an authentic Italian restaurant located in the food and drink hub of Windsor, a stone throw from bustling Chapel Street. All of the restaurants’ recipes have been carefully developed by co-owners Alessio Alia and Head Chef Pino Russo. With a focus on fresh flavours, Eat’aliano’s philosophy is to ‘eat Italian cuisine in an Italian setting, prepared and served by Italians.
Theycallmemaggie
No stranger to producing good pizza and Italiano fare, Pino Russo (La Svolta, Hampton and also previously in Prahran) has hit the burgeoning dining landscape of Prahran with another Italiano eatery. Aptly and wittily named Eat’aliano by Pino (I do love my puns!), the new eatery embodies the homey comforts of a traditional Italian spread created through Russo’s family recipes and techniques passed on through the generations.
Bruce Collins
Had a meal there this evening service very good a good also good had ravioli and calamari would defiantly eat there again
Italian wines reasonably priced and good wine the food
Price a bit on the high side but good quality
Jonathan Loo
Great service, very friendly staff who let us stay till 1 am. Food was good as well, enjoyed nice variety of pizzas and antipasto. Would definitely recommend.
Zhitian Zhang
I went there because I have read some intriguing reviews. Ordered ossobuco risotto, pumpkin gnocchi, lamb pappardelle, and to share with a substantial serve of pizza Verde. Pizza was the best among all. Good texture, and good toppings. um, I think i have better pizza and better pasta somewhere else.
Service was very warm and friendly and attentive, and I have noticed most of staff are true italiano. So one might say this could be true 'homey' italian taste - but didn't fit my appetite perfect.

就……很一般的意大利餐厅而已。面煮的过熟,味道没有什么层次, 服务态度很好(毕竟是新开的)。总得来说不推荐。
JZY
服务超级超级好!!食物就很普通很普通,跟『美味』不太沾边,意粉没有质感,pizza咸死人。
Super friendly people. Middle level food.
Eat Play Love Travel
Despite the fact that this new Italian restaurant is technically across the border in the Melbourne suburb of Windsor, with its al foil industrial roof, hanging planter boxes and bulb lighting, Eat’aliano by Pino screams Prahran. Yet, there’s enough little nods to mother Italy, like the traditional Italian café chairs and Italian house music, to ensure that you won’t fool yourself into thinking you’re in a Chinese restaurant, trying to order Peking duck.
The Plus Ones
A great north south divide exists in Melbourne. My boyfriend (and plus one for this event) proudly claims ‘Brunswick till I die’ and feigns feeling physically sick any time we have to cross the river. I’m definitely not quite so dramatic, especially since one of my closest friends lives in South Yarra, and was eagerly anticipating the launch night of new Windsor Italian restaurant Eat’aliano by Pino, regardless of its location.
DaniB @eatmystreet.net
There is nothing more perfect than beautiful Italian food on a cold Wintery night, so last week I was very excited to be invited to the opening of Eat’aliano by Pino. I painted my nails and put my high heels on and headed out for some beautiful Italian food. Eat’aliano by Pino is a newly opened Italian restaurant in High Street Windsor serving traditional Italian antipasti, pizza, pasta, salad and desserts all accompanied by a killer drinks list.
A Chronicle Of Gastronomy
Eat’aliano by Pino is a casual eatery serving traditional Italian fare. Hanging planter boxes, exposed globes and timber tables brings a modern touch to the restaurant. Owner Pino Russo, also co-owner of La Svolta in Hampton, had a vision to bring the regional flavours of Italy to our doorstep. Only a short walk from Chapel Street, Eat’aliano by Pino uses produce from the Prahran markets to create their dishes, which might hail from the Piedmont region, or be prepared in the Naples cooking style.
Eat And Be Merry Crew
Eat'aliano by Pino delivers fantastic authentic Italian food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There were many star dishes on our visit to the launch of this new Prahran eatery, including the octopus and potato salad, fried calamari, and pumpkin gnocchi, as well as superb thin crust pizzas produced in just 50 seconds from Eat'aliano's amazing pizza oven. And with one of Italy's ten best bartenders, the ingredients are all there for a great evening.
Delly
Keeping it simple and fresh. Pasta is not drowning in sauce and the pizza has just a few toppings. Sounds boring but because they use fresh ingredients it's brilliant Italian food.
The New Fave
Authentic Italian eatery, Eat'aliano by Pino, has recently opened its doors to Windsor. With its exposed ceiling, hanging plant boxes, open kitchen and wines and meats on display, the décor is chic modern, meet authentic Italian, with a setting so trendy it could easily belong in an episode of The Block.

Italian dining at its finest..!
Traditional Italian cuisine made simply just the way it always has been. I sampled so many dishes that I cannot remember them all, but a few standout memories are.. The smoked buffalo mozzarella, fragrant, creamy, smoky, heaven. The flavour of the pizza dough is straight out of Italy, it took me back to the days of 10hrs of waking the streets of Rome, briefly stopping for a caprese salad and sneaky piece of pizza. The gnocchi were so light and fluffy they melted in my mouth like sweet little yellow clouds 💖
Cannot wait to return to try more from their extensive menu. Thank you so much Pino for your hospitality and the happy Italian nostalgia.
Brilliant fit out, knowledgeable m, accommodating staff. Delightful cocktails and wine, amazing..!!
Giovanni Moschen
Really good pizza!! I'm Italian and the pizza is one of the best I've tried this side of town. The negroni (cocktail) was just like home

Amazing authentic pizza, great friendly staff who are always happy! delicious cocktails, would recommend if you are willing to try somewhere different off chapel street for sit in or take away 😄

What an amazing night I had at Eat'aliano. I went there with my friends. We were 6 of us and we will definitely come back. Giovanni, the bar tender made us his "espresso why not?!" Version 2.0 of the espresso Martini with a homemade pistachios liquor.. so delicious. Then we started with few antipasti to share, with their fresh burrata, kind of mozzarella really creamy and some prosciutto. I highly recommend their octopus and potato salad. They even did it as a main for one of my friend.
Then we shared 2 pasta dishes , 2 mains and 2 pizzas; pappardelle with lamb ragu are fabulous. We had the traditional osso buco with a saffron risotto, my favorite dish! And I highly recommend the vesuviana pizza with the italian broccoli and sausages, so good!
They have a really good selection of italian wines as well.
The atmosphere was so cosy, with good music and best service ever. Thank you Eat'aliano's team for this wonderful night.

Nice to get a quality pizza for a change. Had take away, so can't comment on the place itself, but I loved the pizza! Quality toppings and a seriously good base with the perfect amount of chew. Waited too long to eat it, it was cold, but still delicious. One can only wonder why they don't put the menu on their website?

5/5 For an amazing dinner. The decor in here is truly spectacular, has a very homely feel, chic and loved the meats on display.

Our favourite waitress from an old restaurant is here and CC always has the best service. Food wise, wow! They have a very diverse menu that will suit everyone.

We started with olives, which was a huge serve of fresh olives - the Bresaola was really delicious and top quality.

Gnocchi special was pumpkin, amaretti and it was delicious. Gnocchi was perfectly cooked, very good serve. Next was the salami pizza, and it was epic huge! Wood fired, fresh tomato Sugo and amazing spicy salami (we added Gorgonzola as we are a fan and went perfectly)

Wine list was impressive and we had a few Italian wines, finished off the night with the Nutella pizza and Tiramisu - what can I say? But WOW. So beautifully presented and again a huge serve. We rolled out and thankfully we walked home to burn it all off!! Met Pino, top guy with a fabulous restaurant.
The World Loves Melbourne
Eat'aliano by Pino is a compelling restaurant that brings the best of Italy. We loved the wood oven fired pizza, the antipasto including an extraordinary smoked buffalo mozzarella, and the first class cocktails by a champion bar tender from Italy. But the highlight was the chunky fish soup which was full of quality seafood and a stunning prawn bisque base.
Missk Kristie
The food was absolutely delicious and very authentic. Perhaps the best wood fired pizza in Melbourne and the toppings are all so interesting. The staff were great and the ambience nice and relaxed. Will definitely come again.
Elise Keen
Had such a fun night here with friends. Great atmosphere, great Italian service, and delicious food. We shared some of the antipasti to start, then had tasty authentic wood fire pizzas, and home made pasta that was so light and delicious. Only complaint was I didn't have room for the awesome looking Nutella pizza. Will definitely be back.
Dave Howard
I just love this place! Great authentic Italian service and food. They have the best pizzas in town, wood fired and with the tastiest chewy crust. The tiramisu for dessert was a great way to finish our evening.
Fleurelsieharris
The crust on the pizza is next level delicious. Great service, good vibes, eclectic and nicely done fit out with some really smart details. Would come back here for a dose of authentic Italian anytime.
Michael
Hands down the best pizza in prahran and amazing home made pasta - loved the eggplant torteloni. Proper Italian fare, proper Italian service, can't go wrong.
Katia
Absolutely brilliant. Such a wonderful restaurant. Staff are friendly. The food was delicious, and atmosphere was great. I had big expectations and you totally delivered. Thank you for bringing not just a bit of Italy to the food but also to the service. A massive thank you to the chef and Pino, you are such an asset to the restaurant. I totally recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal or anyone wanting to celebrate a special event.🇮🇹♥️

Delicious food, friendly staff and good service. So glad this new Italian has opened up to give the pizza shops on Chapel St a run for their money! Will certainly go again, and soon!
