Review Gourmet Cupcakes And Donuts - Windsor

We drove quite a long way to get here but were disappointed, sorry. Bacon & egg rolls were underwhelming - for $6.50 all you get is ONE eye of bacon on a soft roll with a small egg and barely any sauce. We could see why the table next to us kept saying they were hungry and going inside to get more food. B&E rolls are supposed to be juicy and messy, this was dry as a bone and took 25 min to come out and were cold. The pies look good but there is 2TBS of filling at max and way too much pastry (although nice pastry). The cheese and bacon pie was dry. We did try to approach someone but were dismissed.

Hardly ever open do good bacon and egg rolls but that's it! Cakes and pies sadly usually stale would not even take home for dog food. Highly not recommended.

This was a great experience. I went here for lunch, I ordered a chicken salad it was already premade from the fridge but it was delicious and fresh. The store layout was very pleasant, neat and clean. They sell pies, sausage rolls, cakes, drinks, milkshakes, thickshakes even some smoothies. They even have food gift packages. The food presentation behind the glass cabinets which were cakes were fresh and very well presented to die for. The three ladies were very friendly and should be commended for their customer service. It is small inside but they have table and chairs on the outside to cater for eating diners. Very quaint and the decorations were lovely and excellent showing the town (Windsor) history. I just loved it and the way they decorated the bakehouse. On the tables inside which were two showed photos of it's town history such as the goal, courthouse and other historic buildings very well organised in the making of this Bakehouse. They also have coffee which was well made. A well organised menu also. I recommend this place to anyone! A lovely and delightful experience. Well done ladies two thumbs up! 👍👍

Thanks for the wonderful lemon slices (lemon mum), coffee and mineral water yesterday. The hazelnut syrup was perfect in the coffee. Great location, service and food overall.

Got the signature pie, pastry lack the crunch, pie was shallow mostly filled with gravy and some traces of chunks of beef. Armond croissant and the milk shake was good. Service was nice, staff was friendly. Pricing is a bit too much for the quality of good you get.

Good quality pies with a large variety, including vegetarian options. Friendly customer service. The bakery is located historical part of Windsor and is am ideal stop for those wanting to pick up some lunch and walk down the river. There is also seating I'm premises if you prefer.

Very average sausage roll, at $5 quite the rip off. An Aldi microwave sausage roll tastes better. **FOR THE PERSON WHO REPLIED TO MY REVIEW**. There was no humour in my review, I was dead serious when I said an Aldi microwave sausage roll was better, I eat those a lot. Please take the feedback on board that your prices are too high and your product was sub par for that cost.
