Worst drive through I’ve ever experienced. At least 15minutes waiting at the speaker before someone took my order. Cars behind me were parking (as drive through not moving at all) and getting service inside store before drive through. I can only assume poor training of staff. Won’t go back here agai

The Indian looking guy at the register is not a good person, he is very disgusting and disrespectful. He needs to learn how to talk to customers. No recommend at all due to disgusting customer service.

I don't normally complain - but I ordered chips and a coke zero and they were the most stale, cold, depressed looking chips I've ever had. Tred to order 4 chickens and two large chips. was told anything over two chickens requires a catering pre order. Then ordered two chickens and was told they don't have any. very poor form from a fast food retailer.

We ordered a very large catering pack online 3 days prior to pick up today however the store never received the order , the manager at the time got out the catering pack within 10minutes from us getting there and they did an amazing job ... Thanks to the team and manager

Most of the time the food is good chips are nice when fresh and salted but the chicken rolls are not fresh hardly any chicken or mayo and are soggy and no date on the bag when they were made up as they used to be so you can't tell there is room for improvement
