Review Pizza Hut Windsor Dine In - Windsor

Kara C Lewis
It’s not like the 90’s anymore. Honestly this place is absolutely rank. Everything looks dirty. The pizzas are just so low quality. The pasta is unbelievably soft and rinsed. The salads are limp and tasteless. The ice cream is okay but the dessert bar is sadly lacking in flavour and all of it is somehow too dry? Took my kid here so excited to show him the Pizza Hut fun and had instant regret as soon as we sat down. It was just gross. Never again. Am hoping another dine in Pizza Hut elsewhere will be better but not counting my chickens. Better off going to a pub and spending extra to get a decent meal.

So sad to see, looks like they've just given up on the whole dine-in concept. I've given them two chances in recent times, but both times walked out so disappointed, thinking how did something that was once so great in the 90s turn into this disaster? The staff were nice, but that's where the positives end. Both times they were empty inside, no-one else there. Which meant so many foods missing in the buffet and barely any pizzas out. The ones there were old and stale, looked like cardboard. They tell you to just order what you want, which is great, but they don't give you any menu, apparently you're just supposed to know each and every pizza on the menu. When they did bring out our requests, they were so bad, drenched in sauce to the point they were dripping and inedible. It's a real shame. How do they not realise they are sitting on a goldmine with such a strong nostalgic advantage, just needs better management and advertising to bring it back to the glory days. People will flock to visit one of the very last dine-in stores left, as long as you give us the great experience we all remember back in the good old days. RIP Pizza Hut dine-in.

Would absolutely recommend you don't go here expecting to have a nice feed of pizza, pasta, salad. The pasta looked like it had been sitting all day in the warmer. Because it was relatively empty, the pizza wasn't freshly cooked and had been sitting for goodness knows how long. You wouldn't even go near the salad bar which they started to unpack after confirming we wouldn't be having any (3 hours before closing time!) and the dessert bar was another sight. Can't fault the service of the (I assume) owners though as they were super friendly. Did offer to make any pizza we wanted that wasn't already sitting out but I didn't wanna stick around. The $70 it cost for 2 ppl and 2 drinks could have been MUCH better spent elsewhere!

My husband and I love taking the drive to this Pizza Hut from Sydney to reminisce and have the buffet-the only one we know of that still exists in the Greater Sydney area! The restaurant is a little tired (it’s like a step back in time which has its charms) but the owners are very friendly and the food is good, we tend to get here early (5pm) for dinner on a Sunday and the food is always fresh and we’re always asked if there are certain pizzas we would like out.

My first time but great experience. Food was same standard pizza hut. But because of buffet service you could control what you like compare to standard servings. This makes it a good experience Service from staff was really great.

I don't know how people go here. Bought back memories but the food was gross dry and the salad bar well nothing not to mention the desert looked like it was sitting there for 5 years. If it gets an upgrade and is cleaner id go back for a review but would not recommend if you want cockoroaches at your feet while eating.

I went there after I heard the story of another dine in closing down. I wanted my kids to experience what I experienced when I was young. I paid $87 for me and my wife and two kids. The experience was average. The ambience was poor. The owner was nice and tried to make it a pleasant experience by offering to make any pizza we want. There is no music so it's deafeningly quiet. You really should have some music playing to create some feel because it felt dead. The pizza was dry but if you only have 3 customers in the store your really not gonna make to many pizzas, the pizzas were all classic crust, another reason they were dry. They should make deep pan as they would stay moist. The marinara sauce for the pizza was good. I used this for my pizza aswell to break up the dry crustly pizza. Garlic bread was average. The desserts were alright. And to be honest this is what my 3 year old daughters just ate. I don't see this store lasting much longer as its too big. I think they should close the dine in to lower there costs signicantly and just do pickup and delivery. Probably a contractual agreement that Pizza hut has them bound to. The 87 I paid I could have just ordered whatever I wanted and eat that. Instead of eating only what was in the dine in area. Also a note that they don't do the scntizzaa pizza in all you can eat. Just regular pizza. I wish the owner well but this is a dying business for a reason. If you keep your expectations very low you want be dissapointed.

The owner is absolutely amazing. He caters to every customers need by hand which no owner does in my experience. It's so good I'm coming back tomorrow for a birthday party

Amazing experience! So nice to have a pizza hut restaurant as opposed to a take away shop. Great food but the best part was the incredible customer service. Felt like we were in a proper 5 star restaurant with great customer attention and care. Highly recommend this place for family dinners, casual dining or just a feed with friends!!

Never been to a dine-in all you can eat pizza restaurant so thought it'd be a good idea to have for dinner on a Sunday night. Called the restaurant and enquired about price per person and closing time etc. was given the answer "We close at 10 o'clock." Arrived at the restaurant at approximately 8:45 and was told that dine-in closes at 9pm. Very frustrating as we travelled quite a long distance. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional by all means. Would not recommend visiting this restaurant at all.

We have had great experiences at Dine in Pizza Hut Windsor in previous times.

On both occasions recently we were the only people in the dining room meaning the staff were coming to us and asking what pizza's we were wanting to be cooked.

Every time we've been here we've had delicious pizza, garlic bread and desserts. Personally I wouldn't go to Pizza Hut for pasta or salad so this isn't something I have tried. My favourite pizza's here include the Cheese, Margarita and Supreme. No worries about consistency as they are delicious every time.

I recommend the dine in setting for birthday parties or other social events and being to so many here over the years, I have definitely not been disappointed.

Worst experience... Food was absolutely awful, service was even worst...
I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place, I would rather prefer having food at home.

That previous comment is a complete lie! I have been going to this restaurant many years and have seen many different owners. The current management and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and also a large variety of pizza and salad is on offer. and as for the weeds in the concrete omg seriously find something better to complain about..and for ur car getting broken into is nonsense as u sit right in front of the window and watch ur car! 10/10 and a big thumbs up!!!!!!!

The worst dinning experience. My grandson had his birthday celebration at Pizza Hut Windsor NSW tonight and I have to say it was the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. The food looked and tasted disgusting. The pizza was dry and the salad well it was just terrible. The place was filthy and stinking hot with no air conditioner working. I would never recommend this place at all. The outside of the place was filthy with weeds and crap all over the cement. My sons car was broken into in the adjacent car park.
