Ordered, (very clearly), a Bacon and Beef pie with sauce, this morning. After dismantling the crust, it’s an Onion and Beef pie. So I very quietly mentioned the mistake to the young waitress. Coffee is always good! Sadly, last time I visited, there was one girl on her own & run off her feet. No hot food available at the time due to a large group prior to our arrival & a fair wait expected for anything else. Hopefully, this might encourage management to have more than one person on duty

I'll be one of few who go out of their way to write the good review. I love love LOVE valentines, they're all about customer service and great coffee and the best sneaky treats. Cant go without the daily coffee, thank you guys <3
