Was blown away by this place. Food was amazing, you could tell the work that went into it but the coffee I had was next level good. Really appreciate the experience you gave me. Will be back for sure!

My favourite here is the matcha croissant hands down. Not my favorite croissant texture (a little more on the doughy side rather than flakey fluffy that I prefer but the custard fillings are to die for. Limited edition thai milk tea version was a little on the expensive side but worth it just for the taste of the filling. The filled croissants do not disappoint! Service is fast and staff are friendly. Their other bakery items are quite good also.

Everyone’s here raving about matcha croissant, but I’m here to tell you about the amazingness that is the blueberry cream cheese bun! So soft and pillowy, so perfectly filled with cream cheese and blueberry purée, wonderfully light but also substantial. I wish I’d tried this at the start of our holiday so we could have eaten one every day.
We liked everything else we got but the bun was the star. We got a chocolate nut croissant and it was delicious, but very rich. I really enjoyed the caprese danish, the mushroom one was a bit strong on the onion flavour but my husband really enjoyed it. The coffee was really good too.
Got recommendation by my friend that this bakery has one of the best croissant in Sydney. Beside plain croissant, they also offered fusion croissant ie matcha, taro, almond, chocolate nuts, ferrero etc and also other pastries and breads. I tried ferrero and croissant with white chocolate and petal coating. Both were good, it has perfect layer and fluffy even not really buttery. Hubby had ham&cheese bread and peach danish, ham&cheese bread tasted okay but i dont like the peach danish, the peach tasted funny. For drinks we had cappucino and hot chocolate.
No resistance to praise! Saturday morning, after 9 o 'clock, I just got the last matcha, then I got the taro and today's special is durian. After ordering flat white, I will sit outside and eat it. I like the taro most. The flavor is just right. All right, except sitting outside with the wind blowing.

Their croissants are highly recommended, they're crispy, flakey, and tasty. Sausage bread and custard bread are also recommended.Unfortunately their coffee is just average.
Love this place for the famous matcha crossiants. The crossiants are always flakey and matcha filling is not to sweet. Portion size is good given the price. Also try the matcha crepe cake as well if available.

The outside pastry is so crunchy and you can see the layers inside. Highly recommend their limited edition croissant - mango pomelo sago. It’s just taste like the mango pomelo sago dessert. This weekend is the last weekend can have this one.
The taro flavour and matcha flavour are also tasty. Love the cream inside and big portion as well.
The matcha croissant is the best seller! I always buy the matcha ones and bring some for my friends. Recently they have new items! Mango pomelo sago is only available on this weekend! But you still have other choices like taro,nutella, chocolate nuts and white choc with pistachio. You must have a try of those crisp and crunchy croissants 🥐☕️

Luckily there were heaps of matcha croissants when I came here! The croissant part is great, and the custard actually does taste like matcha! There is a lot of custard inside which is good but also it kind of exploded in the paper bag when I bit into it.. but yeah good to try at least once!
Matcha croissant - Super flaky, crunchy and when you rip it open, you can see the generous smooth matcha custard filling in the middle! Reminds me of the filling in puffs, each bite was filled with crunchiness and custard - omg how am I going to go back to paste-like croissant fillings after this? Would be more awesome if it had a stronger matcha custard taste though :)
Great location, near the train station. We tried the most popular taro and matha croissant. Not too sweet. Croissants are quite big, I can only eat half of it. Try their matcha latte, it a bit bitter flavor but really smooth.
I bought this raisin and walnut plus matcha croissant, the croissant had rich flavour tho I enjoyed the raisin one, I would recommend to reheat the raisin for a “ crunchier “ taste
A nice Asian fusion patisserie. They sell both sweet & savoury pastries, including sandwiches. I went there for their famous Matcha croissant. It didn’t disappoint me, it was full of creamy luscious matcha custard and has the perfect sweetness. It has a good hint of a matcha flavour and not too overpowering. The croissant was crispy flaky even it was served cold. 🙂I also tried the Chocolate & chestnut bun. The chocolate bun was in rich & dense chocolate flavour dusted with cocoa powder. The chestnut custard cream inside was sweet enough to balance the bitterness of the bun. Very clever & perfect combination. 😃I would certainly return for their other breads & pastries. 😉
Passing by this nice cafe shop near train station. The bacon egg burger is great with mayo sauce. Multi flavour in the mouth. Worth to try. Recommended
Very friendly staff! Tried the matcha crossiant, the crossiant was crispy and fluffy. The match custard inside was very nice, not too sweet either! If you love matcha then you’ll love this.
We no more live in a Wollicreek but we always make sure whenever we visit we try their breads and croissant 🥐 .No doubt there coffee is very nice and they always serve fresh baked breads.
I tried their green tea croissant which unfortunately I didn't like much as it was too cold for my taste buds but Nutella croissant, plain croissant and chocolate infused croissant with an injection is super delicious and attractive.
I find the staff very welcoming and helpful and the cafe is just in front of the station so you can see people strolling which is kind of entertaining and lively for me.
I highly recommend adding few more outdoor seats as it normally gets busy on weekends and literally have to wait.

We are so lucky to try this amazing green tea milles crepes coz there is a limited quota for each day in the afternoon.
The texture of the cake is awesome as they use lots of green tea flakes to produce a rich green tea flavour on it. It is worth to try this dessert in the town if you love green tea a lot:)

Inside the croissant is fully packed with rich green tea cream. Outside is crunchy but inside is creamy. Really worth to try.

I had the matcha croissant and an ice matcha. Both were really good but the croissant is a bit messy to eat because of the custard filling. I wouldn't be able to have it on the go. I found the croissant to be soft, just the way I like my croissants and it wasn't overly sweet or empowering for me. If you go right in the morning you usually have to wait, so I'd suggest going around 8am if you want the first croissant. The iced matcha green tea was also really good, not too sweet as well. The cafe is right beside the train station so you can't miss it!
Headed to Top Impression Bakery Cafe to have pastries for breakfast. The most talked about item here is the matcha croissant. The inside of the matcha croissant is overflowing with matcha custard, which was slightly overpowering for me. I also had the coffee & chocolate ganache bun which was nicer. Washed down the pastries with matcha latte, another strong flavor.
This place satisfies my matcha craving. Only that, their matcha croissant still gets sold out on most days. One thing that I discovered was, if they run out of those croissants on display, you can ask the staff if they still have it on stock. If they do, they'll surely hand it to you freshly baked. 👌
Their matcha croissant was all the craze at the start of 2017 across social media. Now the hype has seem to decrease, which makes it a good time to try their goods without worrying about the crowds. $4.50 for their green tea croissant - crispy and filled with heaps of green tea custard. Not bad. Will come back.
I absolutely love this place for their matcha croissants which are very flakey and the centre is overflowing with awesome matcha custard. The taro one is pretty good too but I prefer the matcha more. I have also tried the pork floss bun, which was very soft and delicious, and the matcha red bean and cream cheese bun, which was also super soft and is another one of my favourites.
Easily accessible as it's just a few stops away from the airport, the matcha croissant is the bomb! Will come back on my last day to get this again, the others were decent but average!

Came here for the famous Matcha croissant but it was a 30 minutes wait so ended up getting a Nutella flavour crossaint which was too sweet for me, plus very limited seating areas, wasn't a good experience.
Went for a second time at an earlier time and finally got to try the Matcha croissant, it was as good as expected, best to share between two as eating too much may eventually get sick. It's usually 30 minutes wait until they bake a second batch once they run out.
Not bad. You can tell the bakers give a damn about their product. But would love a more European bakery and a less Asian one, food wise that is.
Finally I got to try their matcha croissant. The filling was nice but the croissant that I got was a bit burnt, the croissant itself was nice but not outstanding. Worth to try though👌🏼👌🏼
Whilst I can only comment and their croissant and its green tea rendition, i can honestly say that its wonderful. Its a croissant how it should be, flaky and buttery. Some say that the greentea custard is a lack luster, but in my opinion is its just right. I was happy that i was around the area and have given it a try, it was not disappointing at all. Is it worth the travel if perhaps i wanted another? Yes definitely i'd give it a go!

*牛角包本身的抹茶味並不重，表面加了些抹茶粉也是能加重了些抹茶味道。裡面的抹茶cream居然沒我想象中的甜，味道剛剛好。而且放了一會 包的外層還能保持到松脆，贊！只點了兩個當場吃加上杯抹茶拿鐵也是夠滿足了。
建議中午十一點左右過來買 店就在Wolli Creek station對面。

It only takes 2 train stops away from Central station, also pretty close to airport 🚈 (located right across Wolli Creek station). I was expecting a cafe, but it turns out to be an asian bakery 🍞 They have plenty of pastry selections and a few tables outside the store so it makes a good place to chill out for breakfast or grab a coffee and catch up with friends.

I went straight to order 2 MATCHA CROISSANTS ($4.50) 🍵🥐 and a PROK FLOSS BUN ($2.50) as savory. The croissant itself was fresh and flaky, filled with generous amount of matcha creme inside. And it wasn’t too sweet or bitter, just the way I like it 😘

Finally manage to try their matcha croissant. Its great. Definitely worth a try. Quite close to the airport. I had a friend coming from overseas who walk from the international terminal to this place without any issue. (20 mins walk by the way). Place is small. Be aware that you might not be able to sit there but to bring your food and eat somewhere else.
Nice place to take a nap. There are a few tables out side the store. the location is quite convenient, just opposite the train station.
Love the matcha croissant, but anything else is far normal.

Have heard a lot about this place with mixed feelings. Some love it, some don't so I was sceptical whether the goods will live up to expectations. I was not disappointed. The cafe is right opposite Wolli Creek station and has a few tables outside. Inside it's like an Asian bakery concept where you grab a tray and tongs and pick the goodies you'd like and pay for it. There are of course the infamous Matcha croissant but they also have quite a few other items as well as loaves of bread and premade items in the disaply. On this occasion I chose the matcha croissant, coffee bun filled with belgium chocolate & a blueberry & cream cheese bun. All to be washed down with a matcha latte. The latte was strong with matcha flavour, not sweetned which I prefer and delicious. The matcha croissant was crispy and filled generously with matcha custard. The custard, like the latte was not overly sweet and had a good hint if matcha flavour which was perfect for me as any stronger will probably be overpowering given that there is quite a lot of custard filling. The coffee bun was dense, dark and flavourful and loved the chocolate in the centre, only if there was more! On the contrary, the blueberry bun was super light and fluffy with a smear of cream cheese inside. The flavours were nice but it was a little disappointing compared with the others. Overall really delicious and fast and efficient service.
This place is for green tea lover, the green croissant was delicious, crispy from the outside, the hidden inside was green cream which was not sweet and brought a matcha after taste. Matcha latte was pleasant, the server would not put any sugar in, you need to help yourself if you wish your drink sweet. I could really taste the green tea flavour. Tiramisu was nicely made too, smooth and creamy topping with very good quality of coffee powder.
As expected the green tea croissant was not all that but still nice. Tasted quite buttery and also had a lot of filling, but the green tea flavour wasn't overwhelming.

everyone comes here for their matcha croissant and for the 5 of us, it didn't disappoint. we came around 9:30 and the matcha croissants were ready around 10:15 so when they came out, they were crispy and flakey. the matcha flavour wasn't too intense (which we preferred) as we weren't major fans of matcha so it matched out taste. unforutnatley, the other brunch menus (such as the breakfast platters) weren't being sold on the day we went so we didn't have the opportunity to try their other food but we did have their mini sandwiches which were just normal (not rlly worth). their fererro rocher and salted caramel croissant are also worth purchasing! (for only $4.50 it's not bad at all especially if it's your first time)i suggest coming around 10 (it's right oposite the station- you can't miss it) if ou want to get their matcha croissants freshly made (and before they run out) and seating is limited (there are 3-4 tables which are outdoors)
In a very convenient location, very close to the station. The croissants were delicious, however the bakery was quite small and there was very limited seating so decided to just do a take away.
Came around 11am, was fortunate that the croissant was 10mins away from being ready. Loved the texture of the croissant, crisp yet fluffy. But i didnt find the matcha custard to be strong enough. It wasnt sweet but the matcha flavour was slightly underwhelming. Would have brought back for friends in melbourne if the custard would last and not sour the flight back!

Top Impression Bakery has been trending or was a trend (we usually visit after the hype), famous for their Green Tea Croissant. We eventually checked out what the fuss was about! The store is conveniently located opposite Wolli Creek station. When we entered we were a little underwhelmed.. I guess we were expecting a cafe as opposed to a shop similarity designed like Breadtop, by which it operated more like a take-away shop than a cafe. There was limited seating, so if you visit be sure to keep this in mind!
Love this place! Their pastries and buns are so tasty. Their matcha and salted caramel croissants are a must to try when you go here. The female staff are also so friendly too!

This place is over an hour away from my place, but it was worth the trip! Their matcha croissant is obviously is top seller here, and is definitely worth trying. Crispy outer and strong matcha custard.. 👍👍👍

Dropped by here a couple times and I have to say this place is truly a treasure! Conveniently located opposite Wolli Creek Station, it is the home of a huge range of pastries from the typical sausage buns to their infamous green tea croissants. The green tea croissant was absolutely amazing with green tea custard filling oozing out as you cut into it. The texture is also soft and flaky, and is decently priced at $4.50. I have also tried their green tea and red bean bun ($2.40) and was mildly disappointed at the dull taste of the bun, however the red bean centre added a little more flavour to it. All in all, I love the modern look of the bakery as well as their wide selection of pastries and will definitely be going back for more ✨

Finally got to try the matcha croissant from Top Impression and it was absolutely delicious. The pastry is soft, buttery and flaky, and the matcha cream is full of flavour. I had come here last week and one of the waitstaff suggested for me to arrive before 12 to get my hands on the matcha croissants. I had arrived at 2pm and they were all gone.
We had a group of 8 today for breakfast. Arrived at 9.45am and found the matcha croissants staring at us through the bread display. Seating is only available outside and there are only 2 tables available to accommodate groups of 6-8 people. There are also another 4-5 small tables that could seat 2 people per table.
Food here is very decently priced! Matcha and ferrero croissants are $4.50 each, the avocado toast was at the $8ish mark and my breakfast platter was $14.50 - it was pretty big that I couldn't even finish it. The baked beans were also another hearty and tasty dish that was popular around the table. The matcha latte here is now my favourite that I've had so far in Sydney - I personally prefer a strong matcha with a decent amount of sugar syrup. For comparison, CreAsion and Blaq Piq's matcha latte is more a pure matcha with the bitter taste which some of my friends do prefer.
The main reason this place is not getting a 5 is due to their timing. We did arrive before 10am, and we all weren't eating until almost 11am. If you are going on a weekend you may expect a bit of a wait for food if it is busy.
Overall a very lovely spot in Wolli Creek, I'm definitely going to be popping by more often if I'm in the area!

After going to the top impression bakery today, I have to say this place is really lovely. It is quite close to wolli creek station as well, where you can spot it directly in front of you after coming out of the station. The staff were lovely and accommodating and my god the selection of pastries they had was amazing. Although i did come specifically for the matcha croissant I wanted to get everything else in there as well! I was lucky enough to grab a matcha croissant ($4.50) as soon as they were finished baking so the texture was absolutely beautiful. The croissant itself was nice and flaky, and the touch of matcha powder was endearing. Inside the croissant was a generous portion of green tea custard and although it was definitely delicious I personally found that towards the end of eating my croissant, I found it quite heavy due to the ratio of custard to pastry. Other than that there was nothing to fault with this croissant. And I did spot a ferrero rocher croissant in the display, so I will definitely be going back for more!

I tried few deserts and breads from these guys. Deserts were pretty good, average price wise. I also heart their crapes are pretty good, but I'm yet to thy them.
What is the best thing to do when it is 40+ degrees outside? Retreat inside and stay there for as long as possible... and that's exactly what my friend and I did. Oh also find a place that has food and cold drinks! Top Impression Bakery Cafe has been on my go-to list for awhile since I saw their Green Tea Croissant on Instagram. If you know me well you would know that I'm a huge fan of anything Matcha and if anything is Matcha related I've got to try it!
We tried the infamous Green Tea Croissant, and it was awesome! The texture of the pastry was good and the green tea custard would taste better if they added a stronger flavour of green tea :) We also ordered Bacon/egg roll (which I really love the soft bun), Green Tea Latte (love it) and Mocha (my friend said the mocha tasted weird bcs the coffee flavour wasn't balancing with the chocolate flavour).
The location is just in front of the station and it was not pricey at all.
Overall, we love it! 💖 Would definitely come back.
My friend just gave me some Green Tea Croissants to eat and they were delicious. Buttery pastry and deliciously creamy matcha custard inside.
Cakes look great...bread looks great...I like the fact they do small size loafs for $4 which would be great for people only eat a little bit of bread. All I've had is take away coffee and it's really good .

Was told to wait around 20 mins for a freshly baked croissant.. The texture was light, flaky and didn't have many layers but it's filled with generous green tea custard.. You could taste the matcha flavour but still quite subtle for my liking.. If they made it stronger, this'd definitely be my favorite croissant ever!

This cafe really gives a lovely impression with how they present their pastries. Matcha croissant is hands down my favorite —crumbly and has lots of filling inside. Pain au chocolat was rather dissapointing for me, especially after having the matcha croissant. The bread was more doughy and not much chocolate filling inside.
The coffee was not bad, but it takes longer than other cafes I usually go to. Until they've hired enough people, I don't think this is a good place for coffee when you're in a rush. I'd also prefer if they call by name instead of the order to pick up the coffee, as it could easily get mixed with someone else's order.
All in all, I'll still come back for the croissant🥐

Finally I visited @topimpressionbakerycafe and tried their famous Matcha Croissant. I like the shop interior and fit out, which reminds me Asian patisseries back in my country. It is interesting to see through little window how they bake and keep coming fill up the cabinet. So you can make sure you will get the freshly bakes from them.
