Stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading to Jervis Bay. Tried the spicy chicken roll & sweet potato fries.
Chicken roll was decent with a Turkish roll but got soggy at the end of it. Get the sweet potato fries! It’s so crispy!
Service was also fast & friendly. Only thing was the place smelt very strong of pee…..which I found very odd….so quickly ate & got out of there….

I used to like this place but it’s really gone downhill. I have had a couple of experiences of very slow service. On my most recent I waited about 40 minutes for a single burger and fries. The place was empty and I saw maybe two Uber drivers pick up food.
I wished I had gone to the supermarket, bought the ingredients and made my own burgers. Will do that next time because slow service just isn’t convenient. I spent over $20 for one person so it’s not cheap. And my fries were cold and soggy.

Normally we love jimmy’s, but tonight service was slow and the staff weren’t very engaging (except 1 star staff member who was friendly and made up for everyone else poor performance).
We joke that kfc staff are the McDonald’s rejects, well tonight there were some kfc rejects.
The burgers were great and we enjoyed them.

Had lunch today, ordered the beef deluxe. Bread was stale, chips under cooked. Waited 30/40 minutes for one burger.
Now down to the beef 🤦🏼♂️, very low quality beef patty, very grainy and full of gristle was near on In head able. The place just seemed very disorganised and dirty.

The instore music is catering to a younger hip crowd, if they dropped that, most likely attract more people.

Seeing so many good reviews was interested to try the place. Unfortunately I did not get that 5 star experience. I ordered the chicken schnitzel burger waited 30min for my order but that wasn’t the worst part. When I got my burger the burn was burnt, my schnitzel was 2 dry chicken tenders that looked liked they had sat in a hot box for half the day top that off with soggy chips. I will not be back… so disappointing.

Best burger I have had in a long time! Cheeseburger Deluxe and sweet potato fries are a must for anyone to try. We were passing through from Sydney and actually went out of our way on the trip back to Sydney to stop in at Jimmy's. We have a lot of burger joints in Sydney but this one just ticked all the boxes, on both visits! Burger heaven :) thx

Went there today and was shut for some reason and I also tried to order online. Came back past the shop 10mins later and had a sign up closed today open tomoz.
Would have been great if you had signs up yesterday stating you would be closed as I was really looking forward to a beef deluxe

It's a tough job being a vegetarian in Australia. When you want to go for a veggie burger, not a lot of places serve them. Within a handful of places that do serve a veggie burger, Jimmy's is hands down the best in the region. The patty is crisp and well cooked, the buns on the other hand are soft making it extremely good.

Waited 40 mins for a wrap, got back to work to find it wasn't even the wrap I ordered. I ordered a deluxe wrap and ended up with a chicken mayo and lettuce. Not impressed

To be fair, we went in early before the rush, so the service was super quick, the fries were crisp and tasty, the burger was simply awesome, maybe a pinch to much bbq sauce, but that’s easily adjusted by request on the next visit that is guaranteed to happen.
