This place is legendary. 6 stars out of 5. Friendly staff (volunteers) the most beautiful, authentic and over-sized meals. Amazing taste and brilliant value.
Food has always been great.
Only reason for not being 4-5 stars is charging for “large” and using 2x kids schnitzels (no more than the size of a hand) and 1hr 45min wait for food.
Previously have had great experiences, but the large schnitzel has been at least double the size of a hand.
Well done decor and ambient music gives off very German atmosphere and feel to the place. Schnitzels and the ham were amazing, and served in reasonably sized portions. Plenty of parking nearby. Great service from happy staff
A great evening on the Hungarian night. Would have been nice to have a mixed dinner plate which included a little chicken paprika and a little beef goulash. (That's feedback for the owner for the next Hungarian night.) The band, Backlash, was fantastic.
I've been there on multiple occasions. The food was good, massive portions, just be careful what you wish for. 😃

The pork knuckle is sensational! Probably because the owner makes it in house! Great service, great food and great drinks. My work friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our night last Friday.
A little on the expensive side but very generous servings and very friendly staff. An excellent place to stop on your way back from a day trip to the south coast.
