Came in today because I am an event florist and we have a job around the corner and everyone talks about San churro Wollongong And honestly I walked in and I was greeted with smiles as a foodie and being in the Industry for so long that makes anybodys experience so much better I highly recommend san churro Wollongong a must go 10/10 Service 10/10 customer service 10/10 Quality of food

My partner and I were craving some San Churro after an Oktoberfest celebration last night so we popped in while dressed in our lederhosen and dirndl. The LOVELY staff surprised us with some PRETZEL SHAPED CHURROS!! 🥨🥨🥨. The staff here are so friendly, creative and talented! Maybe pretzel churros could become a special occasion menu item around Oktoberfest? 🧐🤤🥨

I have been here three times and I have been impressed every time. I knew this shop by chance from the walk pass. From the outside, it looks warm and friendly, the inside is very classy, ​​the environment inside the shop is also nice, the staffs are friendly. As a chocolate and sweets lover, I can feel real chocolate in both drinks and desserts. There are many types of chocolate. We could choose the chocolate dip for the churros, the taste was a little too sweet for me, but I thought it was just right for most people. Highly recommended!

Waited over an hour last night for dessert and drinks. At a point there was no one in line waiting, plenty of people on tables frustrated as to where their order was. Staff were chatting and standing around instead of doing their job.

I’d say this is the most delicious dessert I’ve ever eaten in my life. The vibes world so fun and there was a lot of people so you know it’s popular. It’s loaded with sugar so I have two control myself or else I will be there twice a day. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute date idea.

Had to clear our own tables walls were dirty staff slow and inconsistent manager walking around doing nothing telling lazy staff what to do and walking off leaving us to clear our own tables. The menu is only available on a QR scan from the tables and is finicky and doesn't contain all of the items so we had to order twice so far not good!!!!

Came back to San Churro for the second time to hopefully enjoy quicker service - the last time a friend and I came, we waited over an hour for two hot chocolates… and then an additional 30mins (1.5hours) on top of that for our churros. In the meantime went up to enquire where it was. This time we went and ordered promptly when seated to ensure we got our food at a reasonable time, only order the two drinks and a mini churros. It’s not as busy tonight and there are 5 staff on, all socialising and not tending to tables that need to be cleared. We have been assured on the app that the food is ready - that was an hour ago … no one has come up to let us know about a longer wait time then told (bit of poor customer service) not apologise for the wait. Unfortunately this experience was not the best and will probably need to be looked by manager or owner of the branch for improvement.

Delicious food for sure. The shakes are awesome, the Churros...addictive. ha. But the pricing is too high for the product. Having not been here since the relocation, I was not expecting higher prices and smaller shakes....lol.
