Review The White Rabbit Cafe Keiraville - Wollongong

Nestled away in the Keiraville shopping village is The White Rabbit. Fresh out of lockdown and it’s the only cafe in the quaint Wollongong suburb that is welcoming customers back to eat in dining. There is limited indoor seating but the welcoming alfresco area is undercover and has plenty of space for locals and tourists alike. The service is friendly and attentive. To start cold water and menus were delivered to our table. After ordering the coffees and milkshakes for the kids came out first. Like a heat seeking missile to the sun these cups of liquid gold hit the spot and tasted fantastic. We ordered the loaded fries and Philly cheesesteak on Turkish. We shared the food between the group as it wasn’t quite lunch time. The meals were great value and well prepared. The loaded fries had an delicious pulled pork (I think it was pork?), guacamole, herb tomatoes and sour cream and were devoured quickly. The Philly cheesesteak had tender strips of beef marinated in a really nice sauce and accompanied by grilled capsicum and gooey melted cheese. A side of fries competed the dish. In conclusion it was our first time at The White Rabbit and definitely won’t be our last!! Check it out if you are in the area!

Sophia was genuinely nice and provides exceptional service. The other staff working there today (front house) could learn from her service levels, they fakely put on a smile when needed and it leaves their face as quickly as it comes. I would give 2 stars for the other staff. It was obvious they are not nice to work with either. Sophia made us feel comfortable and helped us enjoy our delicious breakfast, thank you Sophia 😊

Bustling little cafe, ate with a group of regulars. Food and service was good, but once our last mouthful was swallowed they were looking for the table. This did not impress our friends who are usually there every week, so perhaps a few more minutes of grace would have been good.

Nice cosy little cafe with a modest selection on the menu. Service is friendly and food is did comes out quick. Update: June 2020 Came here for brekkie and had an acai bowl. Portion size was good but it was way too watery. Check video for the consistency.

Busy little cafe with excellent service, friendly staff and delicious coffee. Even though they were very busy, they were able to get my takeaway coffee order done reasonably quickly. Coffee was just right and hit the spot.

Had lunch yesterday with two friends. I had the truly outstanding Thai Beef Salad and my two friends had a chilli pasta dish which both rated very highly. Excellent coffee and very good service too just to top things off. We will be back for sure. Have just recommended this place to a business colleague for our regular monthly get together. Very highly recommended!

So i really hope the barista who was on today/ guessing it was the manager reads this - you told a customer to 'get off social media' and that you'd been calling him for 5 minutes, my friend and I were there and it had been about 30 seconds, poor guy was mortified that you spoke to him in that way. Everyone felt extremely embarrassed, staff and customers exchanging awkward eye contact because you were being a total nutcase! You need to take a mental health day. Totally unacceptable.
