I was so lucky to have won dinner for 4 at Aaron's on Bourke and Wave FM's Facebook page. We had such a great dining experience from the time we walked into Aaron's. We were impressed with this newly renovated intimate, contemporary style restaurant, the staff, and the great food. Aaron came out to meet us and true to his word the meals were generous portions, beautifully presented and 5-star taste. Our starters were all tasty and well sized, delicious stuffed mushrooms and salt & pepper calamari. My steak was the best-cooked steak I have had in a long time, loved the potato bake. Looking at the 3 other mains at our table, I will be returning to give them a try . I finished off with an amazing pannacotta (new to the menu) and a great coffee while my husband and parents gave the cheesecake their thumbs up. Thanks so much for a wonderful dining experience, well worth a night out. We will be back to this hidden gem on Bourke St, North Wollongong.
If you are looking for a good selection of hearty mains in a casual, relaxed dining environment with friends or family, I would recommend this restaurant. I was lucky enough to have a taste of the steak, barramundi and garlic prawns, and all dishes were delicious and satisfying. The barramundi with lemon butter sauce was flavoursome and melt-in-the-mouth, the steak was expertly charred on the outside and tender inside, and the famous garlic prawns did not disappoint, with the prawns perfectly cooked and served with plenty of sauce, perfect for dipping with bread or polenta fries. I would suggest you come in and try for yourself 😋😋😋
This place is undoubtedly the best and I mean the BEST food I've ever eaten the atmosphere was classy yet comfortable and laid back waitresses were impeccable with their service and manner and the head chef personally asked everyone how their meal was I really had a great time and definitely recommend every person whether they be young or old they cater to all thanks again Aaron and the staff
This place was amazing. Now I know alot of people dont agree with well done steak but its the only way I eat it and I never get it cooked the way I like but yep Chef Aaron cooked ut perfect and wad still so tender. The rest of food waa amazing and staff were so professional . Already planning another night out. Thank you soo much

Great food, great service and a nice new decor. Aaron has done a great job in the renovation but an absolutely awesome job in the cooking department. 3 of us had meat, each cooked different, but to perfection. The last person had the barramundi, rating it the best she’s had. We will definitely be back
Sensational Garlic prawns!!! One of the best I've had in a long time. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you, this is a very cool place!!

Just had dinner at Aaron’s on Burke. The meal was lovely. Cooked well if a tad too large for us. That reflects on us and not the restaurant. I liked that Aaron bought his apprentice out and introduced him to everyone in the restaurant. Good service, good food, nice atmosphere. We’ll go again.
