Prosciutto and cheese were of good quality. However, the mass was far from good, and the staff wasn’t too friendly.

If I am going to leave you a tip I will, we gave them a $100 for our bill and we get asked point blank "did you want your change" WhoTF! asks if you want your change, just rude and my wife was very disgusted and did not wish to ruin our night, had a chip on his shoulder.The wine was watered down, they took 15-20min to place order not very busy for a Wednesday, and then asked when we would like our main dinner to come out after a further 20min from the entree. So disappointed with service with this place.. Authentic Italian cuisine, but very arrogant would not go back.Sorry.

This place makes you feel as if you have been transported to a little town in Italy. There is a real sense of authenticity. We ordered far too much food but it was all super delicious. Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and you have the choice to take your own wine otherwise it is fully licensed. We wait in anticipation for our next visit.

Excellent, traditional Italian food. Made me think of my travels in Italy. Friendly and accommodating service. And not expensive.

The woman who greeted us was rude and distainful when I told her the group was celebrating my daughter's 16th Birthday. The waiter was also rude to the girls and told one of them she couldn't handle the spicy food when she placed her order.She did enjoy it. We won't be returning.

The food was absolutely delicious! Service is amazing. Can't recommend Terra Mia highly enough.

This restaurant has amazing servers and the best food I have ever tasted and was like my Nonna made it. I will never go anywhere else for Italian food 🤩

The women at the counter was so horrible and we were treated so badly. (Assuming she is the owner or manager) the waiters were very nice but. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone and that’s saying a lot by me. I’ve never had to write a review but I feel this is needed.

Absolutely horrific experience!! From the start to finish our server was extremely rude! The rudest customer service we have ever experienced! From the moment we walked in she was arrogant, disrespectful and spoke to us like shit. Once we were actually seated (there were 6 people max in the Entire restaurant) we needed to order one GF meal asking her what to order was horrific she was huffing, saying “just hurry up and pick something” not helping at all with what was GF and suggested an entre for a main meal that was not acceptable. The meat tasted off and the meals were not fresh. We had a 8 month old and my partner was walking her around the restaurant, she didn’t realise we were behind the counter and was bitching and swearing about our table in ear distance!! What the hell! It was my birthday and I am absolutely mortified with the experience we had!! Well below par absolutely terrible

Soup Nazi?<br/><br/>Had a meal here recently The food was OK. Not great, but OK. The problem is with the owner/chef. He gave the impression that he is truly mad. He was aggressive, agitated and menacing in his behaviour. A petulant child may be a good description. <br/><br/>We had a problem paying the bill because they wouldn't accept our cards and we didn't have any cash. Their response to solving the problem was to become highly agitated, run around the restaurant and shout loudly and aggressively in Italian and try to involve random customers in the issue. This doesn't portray a very good image to a paying customer and other dinners.<br/><br/>The owner refused to listen to valid solutions or compromise at all and wouldn't accept any criticism over their refusal to allow each dinner to pay separately (even though they don't advertise they won't do this). All that was required was some common sense but the owner was simply too stubborn to realise the harm that his behaviour was doing to his business.<br/><br/>Just don't dine here is my advice. It isn't worth the agro you'll get from the owner. He seriously needs some counselling and lessons in customer service.
