Comments about masks are quite funny seeing as the staff have no idea how to wear one themselves. Touching it constantly and loose around the mouth only is as useful as not wearing one. The person at the till that I have encountered a few times now is a the worst. Rude. Unpleasant. With other options not too far from this business, I don’t think I’ll bother going back for an over priced meal with a side of attitude. (And you won’t likely have to wait so long either.) All this place has going for it is location. Absolutely not the service. If you can even call it that.
With all the reviews on here I have seen that are positive I can tell you that these are not for north kiosk but for the pavilion slightly further along.

I purchased a simple egg and bacon roll, and it was disgusting, the cardboard box in which it was served looked as though it was retrieved from the recycle bin. The bread itself was barely a roll, and the egg and bacon had been thrown in between the bread and was hanging out of the burger.... Stay away from this place, go elsewhere, so many other nice places close by.

When I asked for a lid for my piccolo I was met with the most sarcastic response from the barista. “You can finish that in two seconds, you’re just wasting plastic” she remarked. I was walking my dog at the time and also heading back to my car, so who is she to determine whether I needed a lid or not. Customer service definitely isn’t her forte and someone like that should not be on the front line dealing with customers. It shouldn’t be the customers responsibility to provide environmentally friendly lids. Or perhaps she is just trying to save a few cents on stock. Either way, pretty appalling behaviour.

Waited for more than an hour for full order. Good, but not great food. One star because a staff member bad mouthed a customer to another customer. Not family friendly.

Very tasty fresh food. Chips. Fish. Calamari and burger. They have takeaway beers. Food did take a while but it was worth the wait
