Review Hot Chilli Food House - Wollongong

Beautiful food and their chilli isn't the usual mass produced sauce you would find in any ordinary kebab. Its hot and full of flavor. Nice guys running the place too. I will absolutely be back for more! Thanks lads.

Probably as good as it's going to get in regards to "Pide". This place has been opened for a long time, a and is in its second ownership. Kebabs are good. Pizza not quite to Italian standard, but the Pide is a Turkish favourite, and they do a good job at it. Original owner Mehmet, opened this joint up at around the time of 2001 or 2002. He had passion, in what he did and that's why his pide was good. I hope the standards, will always stay the same!

A few months ago my girlfriend got food poisoning from their chicken kebab. Worst ever. This time, my turn. Although we appreciated the later night delivery they're chicken supreme pizza may have just ruined Christmas.

Update Dec 18 Unfortunately due to change of owner the savoury mince pide isnt what it use to be, the mince used is drier and you have to pay extra for the toppings. The serving size is still quite generous and they still have great service but something is missing. Definitely miss the old owner's charm 😔 ............................................................................. The best pides in australia hands down. If you haven't tried then i'd advise you make the trip. The owner is an incredibly nice guy that is always providing service with a smile. Savoury mince pide (lachuman) is on another level. Try this place !!!

The two Pide we had were amazing good. I mucked up my order and the staff there were super helpful. I will ensure that I eat there again when I am next in Wollongong. Absolutely superb service and quality food.

The worst kebab store I have ever eaten at. I have lived in Wollongong for a few years now and occasionally get delivery from Hot Chilli Food House, as often it is the only place which delivers late at night. I can say without fail, that every single snack-pack which has been delivered has been incorrectly made. Shame on me for continuing to order from them, but I will not make this mistake again. This is probably the 10th time that I have ordered from this store and the 10th time my order was made incorrectly. I ONLY order CHICKEN snackpacks, yet have literally never received a chicken snackpack to my door - always doner (which I hate). Last night my doner snackpack (which should have been chicken) was also BLASTED with garlic sauce, to the point where the box was falling apart from being too soggy. Never again.

Super delicious spicy wonderful foods. They cook your pide right before your eyes. Be careful, spicy there really does mean spicy! Yum!

Delicious food, especially the Pide, along with friendly staff and quality service. Will definitely go there again.
