Looking for a place to socialise with a great vibe and exceptionally food then this is your go to. The atmosphere is amazing and a true credit to the owner. The food was mouth watering and I literally cannot wait to go back and try all the other items on the menu we didn't quite get to.

Walked in for our booking and didn’t get acknowledged even though the venue wasn’t busy, sat down to wait 30+ minutes to even get first drinks order at which point we considered going to another venue. Service wasn’t very friendly, despite being the customers we felt like we were an inconvenience to the host. Coffee in the espresso martini tasted bitter and burnt despite the fact I love Delano’s coffee.
Have always heard great things so I was keen to try this place out but it was pretty disappointing.

Disappointed as previously has been a terrific experience.
On this occasion we were not acknowledged when we walked in, awkwardly seated ourselves after waiting in the middle of the bar and then told to move as it was not our booking (nobody showed up for this table and multiple were free).
It then took 30 mins to be served, and this seemed like it only occured reluctantly after we discussed finding another venue. We tried to maintain a light and bubbly energy, but it felt like we were an iconvenience.

The food is terrible and over priced. The clam dish with noodles was too salty and the sauce could've come from a packet. It was supposed to come with noodles and for $30 you'd expect a hearty serve but you could literally count the 5 noodles swimming in the salty sauce once you got to the bottom of the dish. I felt ripped off. The service only so so. The waiters didn't want to engage in any conversation about the menu when asked.

Unfortunately my friend and I had a disappointing experience. The service and lack of attentiveness by the staff was appalling. In all respects, the food was overpriced and it was unpleasant having wait staff and customers constantly brushing up against you. I do feel that the waiter was doing his best considering they could have been understaffed however, at times he was still rude. It didn’t meet our expectations and did not exceed its portrayal and reputation.

Love the food. Tasty Sashimi, spatchcock and clam! Clam is a bit salty, but it would rather having a bit salty seafood than unnecessarily putting sugar in every dishes.
