Review Julianna's Buffet - Wollongong

We first sat in one of the bars for a pre-dinner drink, the staff were friendly and efficient. The buffet provided a good variety of dishes and the food was delicious, the dirty dishes were removed in a timely manner after each serving. As an all you can eat buffet the food was replaced rather quickly and it never ran out. I enjoyed my meal, taking small portions each time I was able to sample all of the dishes. I would suggest the Master Builders buffet to all even families, it is great value for money.

Good for family get togethers/birthdays when you are catering for a wide range of ages. In my case 6-82. Something for everyone. Set price for entire meal made thing easy. Only thing i would say is don't book online. Got confirmation email but when we arrived there was no table booked. Staff took care of this quickly and efficiently. They were great.

This was honestly the best all you can eat ive ever had. Being fathers day it was more expensive than any other day but we didnt have a reservation and they got us to wait and got a table for us within about half an hour. Food was fresh and a good selection, the only downfall is im not usually a plain cake eater and thats what most of the desserts were with assorted icing. We all enjoyed our food and will all definatly be back to dine again.

Huge buffet with so many types of food. They have roast, Chinese, pasta and pizza, soups and salads, and a dessert bar. I can't remember exactly how much it was, but I think it's around $30pp. No card at the cashier, so make sure you visit the ATM beforehand (they do have an ATM inside but it's a rediteller with the silly $2.50 fee).

We went for dinner tonight and when we went to pay they wanted to charge up an extra $40 for my family (2 adults &2 children ) because it was mothers day. That being said I understand charging extra on public holidays as they have to pay the staff penalty rates.....BUT mothers day is not a public holiday so why rip us off. When I complained to the manager about it not being a public holiday she was very rude and said "you don't have to come and eat here"

Much cleaner and fresher buffet than Sydney's restaurant. I have had many times in this place since I lived in Wollongong for half-year time a few years ago. I still visit here and eat every month. Quite busy at the weekend. You can find variety of food to eat there, including some Chinese dishes!

If you make a booking don't make it in the first sitting. Do expect them to crowd all the bookings into a tight corner. We had 41 people and they split us up put some in the corner the rest a few tables away and we booked 1 month ahead. Staff became rude and unhelpful when the lady who made the booking. The people next to us also complained because there was no room. They also received the same rude treatment by the Manager.

Great food - roast meats, Chinese food, fried food and seafood. Can sometimes be a wait if there is a large booking, but cheap all you can eat. Includes deserts.
