After enjoying dinner here for the past year I will no longer be returning due to the increase in price. I would understand a small increase of course, everyone needs to do this at the moment. Wests have taken it beyond a joke unfortunately. Looks like the board has used the increase to give themselves a bit of a pay rise if you ask me.

Waiting over an hour and counting for Tapas on Tapas Tuesday. Quiet bistro, heaps of tables so can't understand why it's taking so long. Really disappointing, first time visitor and don't think I'll come back.

My friend lived locally she was not able to eat there as she wasn't a member and would have to join the club.
My friend asked if they had a pensioner rate for joining they advised they didnt. She had already had a bad week with her car not starting then her hot water wasnt working her internet was down and she had dental problems this refusal of entry just topped it off.
We left and ate a delicious meal at a local Asian restuarant that had no such restriction in place.

Food was very tasty, but the young waiter didn't get one of the orders right because he was too busy worrying about his shoes. A bit more need of being attentive to their customers and not themselves.

Food we had was terrible had seafood baskets that were both cold and looked like they were made from frozen packets you get at Coles? I don’t think you would be happy with that especially if it’s a standard on the limited menu? Must have been a bad day in the kitchen. Won’t be back anytime soon. Sorry

Friendly and helpful staff, but geez the prices of the drinks is ridiculous. My wife's gin and squash was flat and had a peculiar taste. The food was definitely quantity over quality.

A young lady left her lights on while in the club. While I was helping her around 8pm another lady who was leaving the club came and told us she advised the girl at reception that someone left their lights on at 4pm and showed her a picture with the number plate, only to be shrugged off.
That lady walked back into the club, as did I, to ask why this girl didn't make an announcement over the pa.
Poor behaviour Wests, very poor!!!
That girl should be ashamed of herself, as with her parents for not teaching her better.

Food wasn't up to scratch for the money. This is a club trying to be upmarket and failing. Go back to the good old cheap club food that was always good and worth paying for!
