Today my husband and I went to The Coffee Club for lunch, our server Monica was wonderful. She was so welcoming, her customer service was impeccable, we were made to feel like old friends. Our meal was really good and the beers were chilled perfectly. I’d highly recommend TCC for a meal, my only problem was after my husband had paid another lady asked if he had the app because you can earn reward points, however it was too late to do it this time as we had already settled the account.

Staff friendly. As a strong suggestion..please get someone trained to make decent coffees (given the name The Coffee Club) I have been several times lately with friends and each time the coffees have been very weak, milky and last time not even hot. Also i had a sad slither of a piece of cake with a mega portion of cream. Please offer nicer slice portions and half the cream. Very disappointing of late sorry. Please get that coffee right if anything. (Constructive criticism intended).

I find the coffee is always hot and to my liking. The pricing of food at the Coffee Club does seem expensive but it what you would expect in today's world. The food is made to a high standard also, I enjoy coming here when I'm in Shellharbour.

Service by two girls behind the counter was horrible, not friendly and made me feel as though I had done something wrong when asking if I could order some cakes, I was abruptly told , it's table service. Coffee was okay, good spot to sit outside and watch the kids play, however workers from other shops were having a smoke break down the end and it was blowing on us the whole time!

I'm only putting this here because no one at the restaurant asked for feedback.
My friend and I went today for lunch and we both ordered the vermicelli salad. I had chicken and my friend had calamari. We waited 45min for our food and was told they had run out of the salad and was re making parts of it fresh hence the delay. We asked for the baby's meal to come out first as he was getting fussy.
My salad was very disappointing. There was no cucumber, no coriander, and no mint even though it was advertised on the menu.The chicken was dry and tough and the salad overall was bland. I couldn't taste the dressing either.
I didn't want to eat any more because i wasn't enjoying it. Such a shame!
