*amended* finally ate here for a meal and was not disappointed. The breakfast tasting plate - recommended for two - could have easily fed 2 adults and 2 kids. So much food! Amazing value! Well cooked, fabulous coffee, prompt service. Wow! Really blew us away for the first time in a long time.
Had a St Patrick’s Day Breakfast this morning. It was mahoosive �, tasty & staff were polite & on it! Ordered a tea & I got a tea pot that filled my cup THREE times! Will recommend all day long ��. Thank you
Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. We only popped in for a coffee but had a muffin too as they looked so good ! And boy were they fab!! One of the best I've had , we will be back for a proper meal at some point soon.
Then I found out they gave an all day licence and do cocktails too!!!���
To say that "when you come into Avoka cafe, you feel welcome" is an understatement! Every time I have walked into Avoka I have been greeted by the amazing Val and Derek and instantly find myself leaving with a great feeling! They not only have a passion for serving incredible food but they have a genuine care for others that is rare to come by today. The rest of the staff are so helpful and it's clear they have a love for making sure that every customer gets amazing service! I wouldn't believe someone if they told me that Avoka's prices were "a total rip off" as the amount of delicious food you get makes it well worth it! I'm a sucker for the huge breakfast! Perfect cure! Thankyou so much Val and Derek and the team at Avoka! You're killing it!
I don't know where to start, every single item of food/drink we had was amazing. The big breakfast was just big enough to satisfy, and not horrendously huge, everything was cooked to perfection and the hash browns had the most amazing crunch ever, and didn't fill your mouth with oil either. The pancakes were the perfect combination of fluffy and flat, and I've never ever tasted such amazing strawberries in my entire life, and I don't even like strawberries! 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be back! Awesome atmosphere and friendliest staff I've seen in a long time. Good prices too

Lovely friendly staff, good selection on the menu. The cakes looked lovely although I was too stuffed after my burger to try. Generous portions. Will definitely return. It is a wee bit on the pricey side but don't mind for amount of food I got. �

Heard so many good things about this place so tried it out today for breakfast and it didn't disappoint food and service both 5 stars..
The only thing that is better than their breakfast and coffee is their great staff. My son and I go for breakfast nearly every Sunday.
Took the family out for the Steak specials, of course, they all chose something different......but all dishes were absolutely beautiful ! Such good value and huge meals! My 16 yr old son described the Burger as ‘amazing - the best I’ve ever had’ and he’s had a few!!!! Service is great and so friendly, will definitely be back soon and you never know, they may all have steak!!!! Thank you.
A hidden gem, very pleasant staff & surrounds and the food was delish and not expensive. Very nice flat white also.

Love this little cafe in our neighbourhood. Please keep the pancakes and milkshake deal on Avoka. Such good value at $6.95. My boys are in heaven we’ve already had it twice this week �. Naughty but very nice.

Been coming here since it opened, great coffee and food however recently had the new fried chicken burger which looked absolutely amazing, shame it was not nice at all but the chips were nice at least.
Great breakfast location tucked away in the suburbs. Really friendly staff and are always welcoming. The meal sizes are generous and prices are reasonable. From meals to drinks i think this is a great place to catch up, hang out sms enjoy.
