Review Subway - Woodville

Extremely poor customer service. Rang to ask about our Uber eats order and the girl hung up on me. When I called back and asked why she hung up she said she was busy doing other things and didn’t have time to assist me. Rude staff who should not be working in a customer focused job. Will not be returning to this subway.

Average service, slightly below average cleanliness on tables & chairs and the sub itself was hard and stale on the ends. Subway needs to step up its game. Only reason it's 3 ☆ and not 2 ☆ is my fellow diners wrap was fresh and yum.

I ordered tuna and this what I got. Worst ever subway 😒

Fresh rolls and meat/salad, toasted, a healthy alternative and so tasty10 out of 10

The worst service in Australia. Staff had mean and a bad attitude and was very unhygienic, was touching the patty and the chease with bare hands. The food was a disaster. They should shut down.

very very disappointed did not made and packed properly by name of DUDE because he wanted to close the store went there at 10:30 it’s all spilit he did not even toasted it looks disgusting

This subway always make a good Sun with generous serves of your favourite salads. They actually listen too and give you exactly what you want. Many other fast food workers could learn from their customer service skills.

I am never odering from here again. I ordered online to end up waiting 40 mins for the food to been made... the delivery was good but that has nothing to do with the store itself. I undertand it would take time to make what i ordered but instead of what i ordered i got a very poorly made meatball sub.. no sauces no salad, not toasted, the complete opposite of a chicken teriyaki, with a list of salad, and sauces... the sub was completly wrong the meatball mozza melt pot was cold with unmelted cheese. The only thing that was right was the bottled drinks. pandemic or not if i am waiting for it to be made for 40 mims i expect the order to be correct. And no it wasnt just delivery beimg late, i tracked the order and the 40 mins was "your order is being prepared". TLDR Food was wrong, poor quality , poor taste, I couldnt eat it, but congrats on feeding the dogs.
