Review Redleaf Pool Cafe - Woollahra

Location improves a somewhat average beach-side cafe. Limited but tasty range of food, breakfast and lunch, accompanied by strong flavoured coffee. Usual ice confections and multiple fruit juices. Service a little slow on busy days. Sitting in the sun, or in a shady area, and overlooking the harbour a magical experience and the cafe's major selling point.

Staff were patient as it was my first time there. Bacon & egg was absolutely delicious! Almond latte was simply on point. Thank You

Great place to swim, sunbake and perhaps read your book. Downside? It's a bit small so it can get crowded and you need to get early. People tend to leave a bit just after lunch as there is only one cafe so it gets better. Also, there's an outdoor shower and bathroom and changing rooms next to the cafe.

Yummy food, refreshing juices, pretty beach and views of the bay.

Excellent location, and reasonable coffee and food selection. The spot is beautiful - as you can see in the pictures. There’s also heaps of tables and chairs, so you’re likely to get a a place to sit and eat. The cafe has potential to be amazing. The food and coffee are reasonable - it’s definitely better than a beachside kiosk normally is - but it falls short of the stellar cafe it could be. If you’re in the area, or visiting the beach, definitely check it out - but probably not worth going out of your way to (unless you’re mostly in it for the view).

Brilliant little cafe, super handy being right on the beach. Comes with a view too. Not overly priced either. Shuts at 4pm but kitchen closes at 2pm like a lot of cafes in Sydney. So get your food order in before it closes. I couldn't find a menu online so I took a picture for you all.

Great view, really nice food and gluten-free options! Go on a day of the week and just have a slow-paced morning. Soak in the sun and ocean at the table....or later, on the beach. So perfect. It left me feeling refreshed.

Great salad bowls, reasonably priced, amazing views. Recommend the Super Bowl ($19) which has smoked salmon, haloumi, egg, mixed veg and grains.

A swim and breakfast here was a regular start to the weekend when I lived nearby and it seems like the ethos of the cafe hasn't changed since then - grainy coffee and basic attempts at food, like the dry and uninspiring chicken burger for a whopping $17 without even any chips. The view of the harbour is wonderful, though, and the bay is a very peaceful setting, only ever getting crowded in the middle of the day on weekends.

I dropped my roll in he sand and I thought I could just get them to cut off the sandy bits. The owner just gave a new sandwich roll. This place has a new breakfast menu purporting simple, freshly prepared ingredients that ticks the satisfaction box to the T. It is by no means a gastronomic beacon, but in this location it doesn't need to be.

Set on a lofty balcony with ample shade overlooking one of Sydney's most picturesque and relaxing harbor beaches - this is not a place to miss - even if you just stick around for one of their really delicious freshly squeezed juices and a coffee.
