The standards have been slipping over the years (I don't even go to the other US hamburger chain any more) I watched the staff running around like it was doomsday even though it was just me in the restaurant & an order for 1 B&E McMuffin and another just for a coffee going through drivethru. I watch
Asked for a chicken wrap happy meal and got given a cheese burger. Only realised once I had gotten onto the free way. There was no one else around they weren't under the pump so I have no idea why it was stuffed up
Self serve machines are broken! I went to one of the self serve machines trying to buy a hot chocolate and a hash brown , it said payment error so I left McDonald’s , 20 minutes later it charged me 3 times and I didn’t even get my food
10 mins from paying to receiving order in waiting bay. 2nd time in 2 weeks.
2 of the most basic burgers on the menu, cold. Lucky I was on my way home so I could reheat them.

Very quick service Food was hot and fresh.Coffee was beautiful.Staff at F3Wyong Southbound call learn alot from the staff at Tuggerah.
Aioli wrap meal sprite tastes weak and had a coffee cup lid on top wrap was stale and chicken was hard and old not a good experience waste of money not the first time this store has been horrible
