Happened upon this bakehouse at Yarck on the way to Mansfield. What a pleasant surprise with such good quality pies at reasonable prices. The ingredients were generous and as advertised. We had the chunky wagyu steak with mushroom and the rosemary lamb in red wine. Piping hot on a cold day. Hit the
Very busy today, but worth the wait! Pies and pastries; savoury and sweet. Plenty 'Merch' too. You can even get Branded coffee beans or loose leaf tea. So many choices
The bakery has above average prices, however the quality of food was excellent. I had a Chunky Beef pie which actually had beef chunks in it, plus the Custard tart was really good. It can get busy at times, so patience is needed,but the food is worth the wait.
We’ll presented bakery with excellent pastries and a small shop attached. Very good coffee last time I was thru. I tried a Portuguese tart which was a decent version, they’re hard to perfect though. The covid setup is thoughtful and they’re careful. Thanks for the service.
Amazing!! Food & drinks are delicious, service is amazing and great atmosphere too. Quickly becoming my favourite lunch spot. Worth stopping in during your road trip or work commute.
Absolutely wonderful. Family business, super busy but worth the wait. Small general store as part of the bakery sold some very nice things. Beautiful coffee with all types of milk available. Enjoy!
I drove so many times pass Yack and today was the first time stopping for a meal. Boy did I miss this cafe for so long! I was very surprised to see Portuguese egg tarts were sold there. They taste very authentic and nice. All the food we ordered are quite nice. Well done!
Bloody good pies, coffee too! Loved the vanilla slice, my bad? Also purchased some other products, salad dressing etc Worth the stop Be aware, no toilet within 200 metres!!
