Burgers are servicable, I would rate a touch better than a regular Grill'd burger. Staff friendly and welcoming with decent beer selection.

The atmosphere and food were excellent! Drinks are varied and local which is nice. However the price can be up there if you're only buying a burger, chips and alcoholic drink will set you easily up to $40

Great wagyu burgers. Really nicely grilled. Nice selection of tap beers. Really attentive and friendly staff.

Great burgers and awesome beer selection. Food is usually pretty fast although it's pretty empty when I go in, usually after 8 on a weeknight. It was slow when we went with a large group on a Friday night, but that's to be expected. Staff are hit or miss, but have generally been a miss. Slightly on the rude side, and one time a girl didn't even check to see if my takeaway order was ready, which it was, so I just sat there like a chump for ten minutes. The great burger made up for it though.

While I liked the decor, and the staff were great, I'm afraid the food was quite bad, and way too expensive for what you get. I got a Hot Stuff burger. There was no heat, aside from some out-of-a-jar jalapenos on the side, and not much seasoning besides. Over-cooked and over-salted onion rings on the side, with a thin, but otherwise OK shake on the side. All this for $31? No thanks, I can't say I will be going back.

Has some potential but failed to deliver. One good staff member but the rest are lacking. Arrived with a pram by myself and was quickly accommodated but went downhill from there. Wine selection was poor and arrived as a tiny serve for the price. Ordered buffalo wings and a burger, and the waitress said she would ask for them to be brought separately so that the burger stayed hot. It was brought together, and when the waitress noticed she said 'oh kitchen didnt get the message'. They put it under heat in a box for me, and was delivered to my table in a paper bag when i was finished with the wings (which ARE NOT Buffalo wings). Cold, greasy, with soggy lettuce and a bun. Poor poor service. The burger was tasty and had potential to be good. Disappointing to have this sort of experience.

Great food but staff needs to pay a little more attention to the customers. Wrong orders and not responsive to customer calls even during off peak hr.

A year ago the burgers were "amazing" and have given it 5 stars, but recently the burgers have reduced in thickness and seem to be less tasty and juicy. We go 1-2 x per month as we are locals but my love of the place is dropping.
