If you are after the best pizza in south yarra you can’t go past gallery 324 It’s by far the best meat lovers stuffed crust gourmet pizza in town I highly recommend a order on Deliveroo or Uber eats but if you stop in say hi to the amazing chef Mariah food and venue a great place to start your night

Ordered food from this restaurant on the 26/12/2021 and it has left me with severe gastro that has lasted 4 days. Upon reading other reviews I was disgusted to learn that there has been rodents running through the kitchen. They don't even deserve a 1 star review and the management of this restaurant need to review their protocols in order to provide correct OH&S to ***PAYING*** customers. Never again can I order from this place.

This is a review based solely on a delivery order. We recently ordered a few pizzas as we had people over for drinks and we ordered: Bbq chicken pizza - large Cheeseburger pizza - large Nutella pizza for dessert Wedges $80 We then received A salad A pizza with just cut tomato on it 🤨A cream based pasta dish with pork in it which none of us eat A Diet Coke. We complained to the delivery platform to be told these guys told them we got our order - the delivery platform suspended our account accusing me of lying as this restaurant told them we got exactly what we ordered. No apology nothing. No refund ... take your business elsewhere people. Liars.

Have seen this place and thought of visiting to this place after seeing the reviews but after being there suddenly felt like coming off as we dint at all find it good may be because of the crowd or the ambience ..! They served us sisha which was overall ok not too good felt like having pizza ordered a peri peri chicken pizza and satay chicken pizza which is not at all worth for the price paid and the size was too small to share and even the taste dint justify the price so overall disappointing

Really nice and compact place to chill. Their chicken tandoori pizza is really good and the shisha is good too. Also for people who follow cricket, THEY ARE GONNA HAVE A BIG SCENE FOR EVERY WORLD CUP 2019 MATCH!

Waited 49 minutes for our food to only find out that they ran out of the ingredients. Really? I cannot rate the food for obvious reasons, however I can tell that while I was there the service was extremely poor, slow and unprofessional. All customers were feeling the same way. We’ll never be back for sure! Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ordered their lamb souvalaki , “grilled chicken skewers with their delicious peanut satay sauce and side of vegetables through MenuLog.<br/><br/>1. worst souvalaki Ive ever attempted to eat. Bland dry gristly diced meat that did not taste marinated whatsoever.<br/><br/>2. vegetables tasted microwaved from frozen<br/><br/>3. satay sauce was anything but and there were no skewers<br/><br/>Will not order from here again and recommend others avoid too.

Came for a groupon meal, the entree was fine. <br/>The main meal took over an hour to come out and was average. For a pizza place, the base tasted like a microwaved supermarket base, toppings were good. <br/><br/>We waiting for 45 minutes for someone to come and serve us dessert, there was no one out the front of the restaurant for that entire time so after waiting we had to call out to the kitchen for someone to come and serve us. <br/><br/>The dessert- Nutella crepes- consisted of two cold supermarket crepes and a chocolate sauce (definitely not Nutella) with a melted scoop of ice cream. <br/><br/>Very disappointing. <br/><br/>

Ordered pasta marinara and thai sweet chilli prawn pizza. The pizza though did not have much prawns and the cheese is on the plain side. The pasta was really good and tasty they used olive oil and spring onions which made it tasted great! Dessert was disappointing. Cold crepes felt like bought from Coles. Don’t bother. A must try for the pasta though!! I think they are going through changes so there’s a few items on the menu they did not have.

I  purchased a Groupon Three-Course Italian with Wine for Four People ($105) at Gallery 324, South Yarra  I used Groupon booking tool to make a booking for  Friday June 22 at 7 pm. Four of us travelled for 40 minutes to arrive and find Gallery 324 was closed for a week for renovations .There was no notification from Groupon or Gallery 324 regarding this.  No communication at all from Gallery 324. Groupon have refunded the money, no apology for the inconvenience, just said the booking has been cancelled. I made this booking on May 28, over 3 weeks before June 22, plenty of time for Gallery 324 to contact us.

We had a great night here with exceptional service and food. Calmari is amazing and great vegetarian pizzas. Our host Dean was a legend, helpful and entertaining and even went down the road to get me rose wine as they had run out. Will be back there sure!! Thanks for going the extra mile guys :)

Turned up for a 7pm booking on Wednesday 21st March to find them closed. I'm now waiting to see how I am refunded for my now useless Groupon voucher.

Had dinner there on a groupon voucher. Average in terms of food (quite salty) but disappointing in customer service.<br/>1. only 1 waiter serving the entire restaurant, initally ok when there are only 2 tables of customers but felt very much neglected when a big group came  in half way through our meal.<br/>2. Dessert took 40 minutes to come out of the kitchen, most likely impacted by the big group as mentioned above.<br/>3. Restaurant offers Liven as payment method but refused to honour it that day, citing it's not valid on public holidays. Liven itself has no such policy and there was no signage or notice at the counter barring Liven as a payment method on public holidays.<br/><br/>We had two small children (5 yr old & 2 year old), we ordered a separate pizza for the 5 year old, since the voucher was for 2 people. She had left two slices behind (only 5 years old after all) and I requested a take-away box. Waiter responded by saying no take-away is allowed on a groupon voucher. Firstly, her pizza meal was not part of the voucher and secondly, even if it was, it's not as if we're taking away entire dishes. It's left overs consisting of 2 slices of pizza! The waiter said it's the owner's policy, that if food cannot be finished on site , it cannot be taken away, which I equate to: owner prefers to waste perfectly good food  OR owner prefers people over eat and get indigestion, rather than allow customer to take it home.<br/><br/>I'd advise people to stay away from this restaurant/chain of restaurants. Mediocre food, arbitrary rules and draconian policy about no take-way.

Had several issues when I made a menulog order with this restaurant. I was offered a $15 credit so I arranged to order $15 extra worth of food the next time I ordered. I called the restaurant the moment I made the order and was assured I would get a Bolognese for free with my order, it never arrived. The food I did successfully recieve, which were 3 pizzas were not terrible however it was very obvious to me the seafood on my seafood pizza was expired and tasted disgusting.

Awful customer service by a male in the store. <br/><br/>I've been a constant regular at Gallery 324, until the 9th of March.  At least 2-3 times a week (sometimes more) for the last five months, as they have good pizza. <br/><br/>After moving all weekend and being sick, I didn't want to cook. I just wanted some nice, warm, tasty comfort food. So I had asked my partner to go get some pizza from Gallery, and he agreed as we were both exhausted from moving and we had a friend over as well. <br/><br/>My partner went in, because they weren't picking up their phones. When he got there, he found out why. They were ignoring the phones. My partner placed an order of a SMALL basil pesto and a LARGE tropical, paid and proceeded to walk outside to wait for the order for the next 20 minutes.<br/><br/>When he went back in to pick up the order, a guy had given him only a large pizza box. When asking about the small pizza, the guy claimed they had ran out of small pizza dough bases because they were so "busy" and only had large pizza bases, and was giving us a refund on the small pizza. My partner went on to say he would like a LARGE basil pesto, and the guy said he doesn't have any more bases for large now and it would be an hour wait. My partner left with the large pizza, and the refund. <br/><br/>My partner called me to explain what had just happened. I had called the shop, and the shopped picked up on the first call with "Pick-up or delivery". I'm sorry, but I just got off the phone with my partner, who said they had no pizza bases. I thought to myself:  How do you magically have pizza bases ready? Are you going to make customers wait an hour for their food?<br/><br/>I told the guy on the phone that my partner had just left with a large pizza and a refund, and no small basil pesto. I asked him why wasn't he informed of this when placing the order,  you can't just be instantly busy. The guys response to me was that my partner ordered, paid and left too quickly for him to be informed of the lack of pizza dough available. I told him that wasn't the case, and that if you had time for him to pay, then you ou had time to take his money but not tell him the order isn't available. <br/><br/>I was getting highly upset at this point, as he kept cutting me off, telling me that they were busy and couldn't do anything about it. I tried to tell him that he could have made a large one and we would have paid the price of it, or better yet, given me a large and charged me a small because it's not my problem they can't make the right amount of dough. But he wouldn't hear a word of it. Also, I like how when I call, you magically have dough to make an order? But not for someone that is standing in the store and has already paid for the food that has been ordered. <br/><br/>I went on to tell him, that I was now left with no food and that I'm a vegetarian, so I won't be eating the tropical pizza and time wasted on his mistake and he hung up on me. Granted I was upset and in a highly raised voice on the phone. I called back, and he kept picking up the phone and hanging up. <br/><br/>I didn't even get an apology from the guy, he just stated that they're busy, and have no dough for small pizzas. Utterly disappointing service, from the male server. Not once have I ever had a problem with anyone else at Gallery. I've taken friends over to Gallery, and heaps of takeaway with friends as well, never seen this kind of behaviour before. <br/><br/>I've only given a 2 based on previous experience. Always had good service, and good food. Based on this experience, you can have a -10. Oh, and when my partner got home, we threw the pizza straight into the bin, and got food from somewhere else. It took me a while to write this review, because I was deeply disappointed by one of my regular restaurants letting me down in such a simple way. <br/><br/>Brush up on your customer service.

I had never heard of this place before. I am a Liven user and found out this place in their promotional email. The ambience is good. No music in the restaurant though. The person waiting on us had a straight face all the while he spoke to us. The staff wasn't welcoming. The food was decent, a tad too much for the price, I felt. The taste was average for the price tag on it. Service was good and prompt. <br/>I might not visit the place again any time soon.

We ordered delivery and it came on time and it was absolutely delicious! So much so my partner always goes gaga about it! Mona Lisa fettuccine is to die for. Amazing pasta sauce!

I had never been a pizza lover, but loved the one I had from gallery 324 which made me try more of their food items. So yes, a big thumbs up for their great food and interior. With that, a cozy place, nice music with superb service. Definitely visiting again.

Thank you for a great meal. We had a coupon deal with 10 Tapas dishes (so we tried all ten on the menu) together with two bottles of wine - one of which we swapped for two cans of soft drink. Every course was delicious and the four of us left happy and well fed. Would do this again easily.

terrible place .... waiting for 2 course meal over 2hours. i dont trust it was cooked by chef in the kitchen and probably food delivered from other place.... something not right with this place. when you buy groupon for 49 dollars -keep in mind an extra 10dollars for reasonable dishes, otherwise typical indian set up.... not italian as advertised

Gallery 324 specializes in pizza, but also serves up a variety of pastas, risottos and other main course dishes. Food is cooked well, but portions are on the smaller side. Good to try out, but probably wouldn’t come back. 324 Wedges served with Crispy Bacon, Spring Onions and Melted Cheese. Served with Sour Cream and Sweet Chilli $10.50

It's great that you have gluten free and vegetarian options available. The simply vegetarian gluten free pizza was delicious as wax the peter peter pumpkin eater.

Came in for a afternoon snack ordered the fatty chips and extra meat pizza, both were quick to come out and tasted amazing! Defiantly will be back!

Have been waiting over 2 hours for takeaway. Called twice and it's just been "sorry sir it's 5 mins away..." How long does it take to mix in some cooked pasta with some sauce and drive it to a house around the corner on a Wednesday night? Such a joke. <br/><br/>Thought I would try a new pasta place, never again. Topilinos is a million times better and even throws in free garlic pizza. <br/><br/>Terrible service.

Went here for a Groupon, $39. Tapas and a main each, pizza or pasta. 50 min wait for entree and 40 min wait for main. The entrees were nice especially the dips. The garlic prawns cooked well in the spaghetti, 10 in the dish. The waitress was quite stressed being run off her feet. This place is over catering for their takeaway customers. Hire more staff if you want to have this place as a dine in. Shouldn't be a stress catering for 10 - 15 people eating in! The waitress was lovely and did her best.

Was not really a fan of this pizza to be honest. Got takeaway - the base was fairly soft and soggy. The pizzas ordered were Italian meatball, vegie supreme and the Hawaiian... The meatball was covered in really fake looking American style cheese and the meatballs had no flavour, a real letdown. The vegie one was ok without being great, and the Hawaiian (which is usually a type of pizza I don't like much) was actually good, with some very tasty ham on it. Pizza is about a few quality ingredients, not smothering a piece of dough with bad cheese, bad sauce and average toppings!

Nice quiet place to have a casual dinner. We came in tonight at 8pm and there was only one waitress and one table dining in, so this place probably gets most of its business through home delivery orders. Ordered nachos and fried calamari rings to start off, the calamari was well-fried and the nachos were quite good but the guacamole was a bit of a brownish green which didn't look very appealing. We were already a bit full after we finished the entrees so when our mains arrived we had trouble finishing them. The marinara and carbonara pastas were both flavoursome and the noodles were al dente and springy, the garlic bread that came with them was also delicious. I found that there was a bit too little seafood in the marinara though, there was basically only one mussel, one prawn, one scallop, a few pipis and the rest were just shrimps. Apart from the minor criticisms it was a fairly good meal overall.

Absolutely enjoyed our meal! Although well known for their pizzas we opted to try the pastas and we loved it! We had the chicken and mushroom risotto and the lasagna, with sticky date pudding. yummy!

Excellent opening stroke bythe renovated Gallery324 in South Yarra.<br/><br/>The warmth of their welcome on this chilly Melbourne evening complimented by the delicious food was all we needed.<br/>The ontrays of satay chicken and garlic prawns started the eveni g folowed by a genuine Mexicana piza. The ingenuity of using nacho ingredients on a thin base was accentuated with the full bodied spices.<br/><br/>House wines are as good as any I have tasted.<br/><br/>Well Done <br/>

For the love of Pizza! P.S. And pork ribs too! Unlike any other pizza place, you can feel the distinct taste and the superior quality of the ingredients used the moment you have your first bite. Very relaxing ambience and a perfect location!!! And dont forget to try their burgers too!!!

Really great place in regards to local home delivery take away. Quick and reliable and food in consistent each time. Meatballs in sauce, mash potatoes, the nachos and steak really nice.

Very disappointed tonight. Had ordered 2 pastas, one of them had a big dark rubberband in the pasta. As a nurse i know this can be very dangerous to ingest. I called them immediately to let them know my concerns, barely took notice of what I was saying, then was put on hold for a lengthy period of time while they took another order . Their response was 'oh ok'. I enjoy their pasta, but disappointed that they really didn't care a rubber band was in my food.

It's the first time i'm having pizza from this joint..& as per my taste i think they are quite promising..the impressive part of this bistro is their fine thin crust as a pizza base & yummy mozzarella cheese.as i've ordered for home delivery so i can't conclude about their ambience or other services.but may be i'll bite another slice of pizza from this counter next time.

Hardly any topping. Ordered 1 veg and 1 chicken pesto pizza. For $36 I expect more than a single slize of mushroom and a bit of olive per slice. With so many other pizza places, no reason to try here again.

Just got take away delivered. They stuffed up the dessert.... And the chocolate mousse is not set. The food is usually pretty good... You can tell when different chefs are working because the product changes dramatically. Risotto and burgers are great!

If you are a connoisseur of bland, dry yet somehow sickeningly soggy cardboard, this is the restaurant for you! I have never felt compelled to tell of a heinous dining experience until this meal. The menu looked so insanely exciting we decided to just order enough to feed a small country for a week. However, it was all rubbish. Entirely rubbish. Now it seems we'll have to resort to cup-a-soup for a week due to spending an inordinate amount of money on this alleged food. We're now left hoping that they WON'T return with the cold items they forgot to deliver. Oh, the gastronomical despair.

I had a half Peri Peri chicken and half Gallery 324 special and almost made out with the box. <br/><br/>Can't recommend this place enough - they even threw in a free garlic bread upon arrival! I may be doing cardio for a month but it was 100% worth it!

Dying from starvation. Great local pizza bar!. Been ordering here for a year or so now and this place is just a great little local. I mix it up as they have a large menu but when I feel like indulging you cant beat one of their pizzas especially my favourite being the American Cheeseburger Pizza. Handy they deliver desserts and beer too.<br/><br/>I have eaten in and if your the fussy type do this as their pizza is amazing straight out the oven!

Great Pizza!. The taste of Pizza was really excellent with traditional Italian home made tomato sauce!

Disgusting food!!. I ordered the Swiss chicken burger, garlic bread and a can of diet coke. I received a confirmation sms saying my delivery would arrive in 45 mins. My food and a can of normal coke (yuck) arrived an hour and 15 mins later and was just warm. I have to say that this was one of the most revolting meals I have tried to eat and was unable to stomach even a few bites of the burger and the garlic bread was burnt and quite disgusting. What a waste of nearly $30! Never will I order anything from this place again!

Truly terrible pizza. Who ever set this business up clearly has no idea about food as it's borderline inedible. Pizza base was cardboard, toppings were sparse and manky and the prices are ridiculous. After reading several negative reviews due to long delivery times I went for the pick up, still no good waited 45 minutes. <br/><br/>Don't bother with this establishment as it probably will be shutdown by the the you've read this.

Outstanding.....Plain and Simple. Wow! Gallery 324 was an "over the top" restaurant. We loved it. The menu is simple, and refreshing. Great Food Here!!!. I see this places yellow scooters all around south yarra but tonight decided to eat in. I ate their healthy choice keg ham pizza and my friend had their huge chicken parma. We both said this place is highly underrated. Best pizza i have had and my friend said the parma quality was fantastic. Not just a delivery business but an awesome place for casual dine in. We will be back.

A sublime experience. As a New Yorker, I consider myself a connoisseur of Pizza and ethnic foods in general. Gallery 324 was an exceptional choice while on vacation. I was uncertain at first but the menu provided an exquisite and delectable choice of options. The gourmet offerings will easily satisfy the most discerning among us. I recommend the Margherita or the Basil Pesto offerings. Great place and cozy atmosphere. I definitely recommend the place.

Felt right at home. Being halfway around the world from my home it was nice to find a place to eat and relax that felt right at home. The pizza was excellent. Felt like i was eating pizza right from New York. The atmosphere inside was just to match. Glad I found this restaurant. Would definitely come back next time i'm around.

Much improved... like the new menu!. I'd pizzas delivered from Gallery 324 in the past which were quite bad. This was almost a year back and I'd stopped ordering from them. Recently I tried this place again and pleasantly surprised by some of the excellent offerings in their menu. They just made into my list of pizza takeaways places.<br/><br/>Recommended items: 324 Wedges - Potato wedges with crispy bacon and melty cheese!!! Yuuuummmm. The Designer pizza menu offers some great ones.

One of the best past I had. I ask from the staff abt the best pasta and they recommend me the Mona Lisa pasta. Jesus what a great pasta. Made my day.

Disapointed. Took almost two hours to deliver. Pizza was cold and over priced. The ribs were a joke. I honestly thought they gave me an empty container but I wasn't too far off. $9.50 for three and a half ribs which were smaller than my pinky.

Great Pizza Down Under. Pizza is my favorite comfort food. While in Sydney, The pizza places I went to were just average. However in Melbourne we stumbled upon a pizza restaurant called Gallery 324 that Amber and I really liked. We both shared the Queen Margherita Large Pizza with Thin Crust. The ingredients of Mozzarella, Cherry tomatoes, Parmesan and Basil were of the finest quality. The cherry tomatoes especially seemed so fresh. It was baked just right and the crust was tasty.<br/>We found the ambience really pleasant, the prices decent, the service cheerful and the diner very clean.

Mighty Fine Pizza!. This is a great little find. Casual little pizza place with a funky feel without the tosser factor.<br/>Staff were pleasant, food was fast, well priced and delicious! Hubby loved his huge ribs and me the marinara pizza. Love love love. Will be here again and they deliver. Yay!

The best pizza in Melbourne! Good crunchyy base. Plenty of topping, had the hot tropical. Just a treat for my tastebuds. Will not stray after continually meeting my high standards

Dissapointing - ordered online which was very easy and delivery was prompt. But Caprese salad was just a bunch of rocket, couple of bits of tomato lumps of bocconcini and some greasy pancetta - not sure what happened to the basil!!! Salmon pasta was very bland and the fettuccini was badly cooked and stuck together - wont be wasting money there again!!!

Left hungry and disappointed. I ordered a couple of the healthy pizzas at $18 each, expecting a hearty feast. What I got was 2 entree size pizzas (barely a small size), not what I expected from the online ordering system, or for the price. Prawns were tasty, but overall an underwhelming pizza. I will stick with Ticino Pizza next time.

My local Pizza place. This is a good pizza joint. Delivery doesn't take long and their website is soo helpful. Have been there to eat in as well and there was a nice vibe.

Gallery 324 "LOVE IT". I have lived in South Yarra for years and had never tried it until a friend told me that it had changed hands recently. The owner Emil was extremely friendly and was so happy to please, a friend had recommened their Gluten free pizzas, all i can say is that they were unbelievable!! I will never go anywhere else again and my husband had a normal base Ham and pineapple pizza and he still raved about it. Thanks Gallery for finally bringing some great Pizzas to South Yarra!!!

Absolute joke of a business! After a 2 hour wait for our meals on our first experience 2weeks ago, we were gullible enough to give them a secon go- nearly 2 HOURS later I call the restaurant to check where our meals are at. I was spoken over and told it was on it's way. I was told that because it was wet outside, the driver was a little slow & I was then hung up on. I asked how long & was told 5 minutes. 30 minutes layer It arrived. As I tried to tell the driver, we weren't angry with him personally, but to know, we'll NEVER order from there again. The driver proceeded to tell me that he had only just started his shift. Our meal was piping hot so it's obvious it was no fault of the driver! They just didn't seem to care about keeping our custom, therefore it's an easy decision...they no longer have it!

Never again. I ordered delivery, 1 caprese salad, one chicken wrap and a herb bread. After waiting an hour and a half I rang (had to call twice), only to be told it had closed. I told them I had ordered online and already paid and had attempted to call many times. They said it would be there in 45min. The delivery arrived an hour later, I was told "here is your pizza" and handed a warmed up caprese salad, melted and stuck to the bottom of the packaging with browned leaved and rancid procuitto. The wrap was inedible too (I am not fussy), the chicken was hard and burnt, the pineapple off and the lettuce cooked in. Herb bread cold. Disgusting.
