Best coffee in Yarraville, and the lemon curd little cake is to die for!! Awesome for share plate dinner too. A total fave for hubby and I with a bottle of red to share. Fantastic outdoor area too, even in winter.
Love how my favourite Yarraville cafe/restaurant has now re-opened for dinner. Great atmosphere and service and the food is always fantastic
Amazing food, great atmosphere. My fav coffee shop in Yarraville!
my favourite coffee/food shop in Yarraville :) the coconut poached chicken salad is the business!
Great service and a great spot to hang out in the village
Great coffee. My meal was tasty and served quickly. Service was extremely friendly! Awesome vibe and was nice and warm on a cold blustery Melbourne day!!
OMG The Waffles! 💗
I’ll be back for these alone.
Best coffee in the Village. Friendly staff. Food is always to a great standard. Missing the mushroom and gruyere baked eggs though! Bring them back!! Its my go to place to feel at home xxxxx
Best Breakfast, lunch and dinner in town.
I’ve had coffee here a few times and the brew is always great. Lovely atmosphere right outside Sun Theatre. I bought a falafel burger for takeaway during lockdown and it was pretty delicious- creamy hummus like sauce balanced with tangy pickles. Quality bread from Cobb Lane.
Came to The Cornershop for the first time today with my pup. Ordered the Puffed Grain & Oat Granola with almond milk and my goodness it was delicious. After Alfa removed the granola from their menu, I had been in search of a good replacement and I think I have found the one!
One of my go-to cafes that I’ve been to a million times. Coffee is always lovely, staff always nice, and it’s always busy but not crazy so the vibe is great. Food is always delicious and the chai here is one of my favourites too.
The Cornershop impressed me with their unique flavour combinations. I ordered the smoked salmon with savoury donuts and beetroot purée. I didn’t know what to expect as I hadn’t had “savoury donuts” before. I thought they were delicious but could have been a little bigger and fluffier. However, I really loved every other element on the plate even the dressed greens!

Came here to get a take away coffee during Sunday afternoon. Their coffee was pretty good! Even though the cafe was super busy the service was really fast. The cafe ambient is very relaxing having a lot of seats both inside and outside.
This place is my go to whenever i'm in Yarraville and the food is always great and the coffee even better! The service is lovely, they are very attentive and i absolutely love this place.
I only live around the corner from this place, but if I lived over 30 minutes I’d still drive to this place ! It’s worth the drive if you ever want to come down here and try the amazing experience!
They put such effort into the dishes and everything tastes so lovely :) 5/5 for sure
Everything was insane, best cafe I’ve ever been.
Every dish was cooked so well and so freshly made. 100% recommend this
And Get the Jaffa hot chocolate👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Three of us arrived with no booking on a busy Friday lunch time. We were greeted warmly and some space was soon found for us.
A really eclectic and healthy menu. Nice to see the breakfast and lunch menu overlap which certainly expands one’s lunch choices.
We had the Zucchinni and mint fritters, which were expectedly really green and healthy, along with interesting cumin yoghurt, sumac and pine nuts. It was good to share this with the Lebanese salad, with cherry tomato, cucumber, herbs and small pieces of toasted Lebanese bread. The two mains complemented each other. Our friend had the Dahl, dosa and eggs, with mild chilli and herbs, beautifully presented in a small fry pan.
Both the soft drink and wine menu have a really local, Victorian base. Two enjoyed the non-alcoholic ginger beer from Daylesford and I enjoyed a glass of Provenance ( not far from Geelong) Golden Plains Pinot Noir. The small wine menu is from smalll interesting wineries from Victoria and Italy and all available by the glass or bottle.
A wonderful place for a light meal or something more substantial. Highly recommended.
Good menu, functional and varied space (outdoor and indoor), great coffee and the scrambled eggs were delicious! Service was attentive. Nice little spot to drop into before the movies or in between wandering the cute little shops close by. Worth a visit!

Appreciated the Consistency in quality of dishes and service over past couple of years I’ve been meeting a friend here.
Just amazing. The food was incredible, but I'm more impressed at how they handled dietary requirements; my extremely lactose intolerant friend got to go home without a sore stomach because staff were so kind and catering towards her needs. Beautiful location and interior, but next time I definitely want to sit in the courtyard out back.
I don’t often venture to Melbourne’s inner-west, which is to my own detriment as there’s so much good food out there. On this particular occasion, I was catching up for a spontaneous Friday night dinner with Biltong Babe – my South African friend who is an ambassador for the country’s cured meat as well as my (biltong) supplier – and she suggested we meet at Yarraville.
This was highly recommended by a friend for brunch.
Staff is really polite and friendly.
Great ambiance and an ideal place both indoors and outdoors for a cold winter day.
Quality and quantity of food was average.
We ordered the Salmon, the Chicken Salad and the Waffle.
Will definitely go back for the ambiance and experimenting with their menu.
Eggs poached nicely, two slices of toast for two eggs (so many cafes get this wrong). Adequate serving is smoked salmon and the mushrooms were roasted nicely. Good atmosphere and there is a nice courtyard at the back.
Favourite date night restaurant. We are so pleased it is back open for dinner. Great service always friendly & let you how much to order.
Last night we have the meatballs & lamb as the main. Meatballs were my favourite last night delicious. Broccolini & potato were great side dishes.
Atmosphere is always good.
This is an awesome cafe. We've gone in 3 times and tried different things each time and everything has been great. The balsamic mushrooms are incredible. I love the ways they bring different things to a brunch menu, like Indian-style eggs with dosa. The coffee is great too!
Friendly service, and willingness to extend the breakfast menu after cutoff time, was a hit. Amongst the many options in beautiful Yarraville, we’re glad we stopped by The Corner Shop for a bite.
Great courtyard area at the rear which is covered and heated. Accessible from door at side of building.
Coffee was ok. Brisket sandwich was great.
This place is a very nice cafe and I always get a fantastic coffee when ever I go. One of the only things I can say negatively about this place is the prices on most items and portion sizing other than that it is very good .
My absolute favourite Cafe! The Coffee is constantly fantastic and the food always tasty.
Staff are always friendly as well.
Bring my friends here to show them what quality really is.
Thank You. 😻
Pretty good food. Their chilli scrambled eggs was a bit bland but the bacon steak, or whatever its name was, was very flavourful. So combining both of them were pretty good. Not sure if you just ordered one separately. Their coffee was not bad too and the tea is okay.
Good food, good atmosphere, good people watching spot. We had sardines that had been pan fried and expertly combined with other textures and flavors. All the staff were very friendly too, we felt very comfortable sitting just chatting for a while after we'd finished our meal. Great place to enjoy a bite and a drink before or after a movie.
I have been to cornershop many times. The dining experience which this establishment provides is faultless. The cafe, tucked into the heart of yarraville is absolutely beautiful inside the out. The meals are all delicious, reasonably priced and the perfect size. Shared one the the breakfast meals w my mother and was full !! All together w ordered the spiced pumpkin on rye, a kids waffles and malt milkshakes (my favourite😋)
Always recommend coming here after a dinner sesh with friends or whoever. I recommend coffee, drinks and cake in the back beer garden as it's warm and inviting. The staff are always friendly too! Their creme brulee with boiled plum surprise at the bottom is great
The staff were friendly and they produced wonderful food, as I had the meat balls with toast defiantly a star dish in my opinion! However the pricing for some of the meals was abit ridiculous as they were overpriced and what cafe doesn’t serve hollandise sauce with eggs! but besides those minion issues most defiantly be visiting again soon!

My husband couldn’t eat his scrambled eggs - he said it tasted weird so only ate half his breakfast. I had the smashed avocado dish which I really enjoyed at first but it had way too much oil through it and became a bit sickly half way through so I too only managed to eat half of my breakfast. Not terrible but I don’t think we’ll go back.

Went here for lunch on a nice sunny Sunday afternoon. Lucky we got a table straight away. Not many choices to pick from for lunch but loved what we had ordered. We got the slow cooked lamb with cracked wheat, fish in the bun and beetroot juice. Friendly staff and quick service.
Unique breakfast menu that's well executed in a cozy spot in yarraville that allows for indoor and outdoor dining. Enjoyed the pumpkin smash but hard to know how to best work with the poached eggs (bread is hidden on the bottom). Unfortunately breakfast menu isn't available all day. Service is friendly and plenty of people watching opportunities!

Before I started my new job, I thought I’ll take mumsy bear out for a brunch date since we never really do that often. I thought I should take her to Yarraville since that’s where all the cool kids were at. We got to The Corner Shop and she absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, the decor was just very Melburnian and she felt oh so comfy in there which was the most important part. We were seated and was handed a menu to have a flick through to decide what we were going to devour!
Just had the most amazing scrambled eggs with chilli - what a ripper meal! The pea fritters looked delish and the Avo smash looked Fantastic!
Staff were super friendly with a relaxed country town feel - a lovely little corner shop !
Ratio decidendi: Easy to understand why the Cornershop is a hit with the locals. All the brunch staples you know and love, without having to cross the West Gate. Certainly worth a stop if you find yourself heading west and peckish, but going out of your way to visit might be a bridge too far given how spoilt for choice we are in the south-east.
Ill start by saying it was a really good coffee. Thats the most important but the fact that the food was delicious made it great. Great atmosphere, great location and good customer service. Got the baked eggs and wife got the smashed avo. Loved them both equally. I live in spotswood and i wish we had a cafe like this one. They could probably learn a thingor two from the cornershop.
Love their smashed Avo with poached eggs, pomegranate, sprinkled corn kernels, feta on sourdough, and for me heaps of fresh hot chillies, and by the way good coffee in one of my favourite cozy locations.
The warm service and friendly staff were a real stand out for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good coffee!
BREAKFAST
Another great Melbourne cafe, tasted great, fast service, more yuppy then kid friendly, great coffee. Warm enough inside. We went Sunday and it was so full there was a 10min wait. Defiantly need a reservation. Glad we went there. Very good.
Stopped by at the Cornershop Cafe during my stay in Melbourne to try out more of the city's famous cafe culture. . We arrived somewhat early in the morning and there weren’t too many people around. Seating was spread between inside and outside, naturally we took the inside seating to get out of the chilly weather.
LIT⭐️!: Beautiful store with great great. The pumpkin dish with eggs was so good, I could come back purely for this!
NOT SO LIT: customer service was very off. My friend ordered her latte and then I ordered my soy chai latte and the lady literally assumed I wanted the huge tea pot of the soy chai latte which serves 3 people. It apparently come sub small or large. they were also slow to ask for order, serve and take our food away.
But still an enjoyable experience! Come for the food.
Right next to the endearing Sun Theatre, the Cornershop is Yarraville's best kept secret for one prodigious, "smashing" dish.
A bristling breakfast atmosphere is what you will find here, with a hit of vintage furnished chairs and tables to the nostalgic decor that greets your wandering eyes, it's the perfect setting to start your day.
It's often mad in here, it's busy, busy and the breakfast loving crowd cheer, but they can't slow down the staff. They do a great job with the Mad Hatter party going on in the dazzling courtyard, which was impressive. There's always an elusive table under the ladder that's always free when I embark on my breakfast adventure, so I haven't had to wait yet.
The menu is inspired with a kick of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern wonder, but if you left without ordering the Smashed Avocado with spring onion, coriander, chilli & fetta (add bacon and one or two poached eggs for a complete hit), then you haven't had breakfast yet!
I'm not sure what sorcery of herbs and spices is in this dish, but the fetta plays a cheeky role in making the amazing flavours seduce your tongue and makes your stomach fall in love.
With the romance aside, the coffee is smooth without adding sugar and the experience you're left with is whimsical.
A great restaurant in the corner. Really like waffle and zucchini balls, great taste! Lamb is good as well, all cream are tasty and special! Nice service and plates.
✅ Nice atmosphere, lots of seating for tables of two to four.
✅ Good menu, broad choice, typical Melbourne cafe menu.
✅ Coffee is very good. Hot chocolate comes in a bowl, has anyone seen this before. I thought it was strange 🤔
🚫 Staff aren't super friendly. They aren't rude, but they aren't terribly cheerful.
Lovey cafe in the heart of yaraville, friendly staff. The bacon and egg butty was very enticing, toasted to perfection with crisp bacon and the hot chocolate was huge - the only way you should have one.
On a cold Sunday morning, the warmth of a cozy little cafe is the best place to be. And The Cornershop in Yarraville was our choice for one of the coldest morning of the year. And it delivered on almost everything we expected. First, the coffee: the magic as well as the latte were smooth and easy to drink without any hint of bitterness and simply in great balance. For brunch, we chose the oven baked eggs (similar to Shakshouka) and smash pumpkin. The menu has a strong Mediterranean feel to it and for someone who has been to this beautiful area of the world quite frequently I must say that the chefs definitely execute well on that mission. The flavours were bang on and the exact thing you'd need for such a cold day. Menu is overall well priced as well. Only slight downside was the slower than average service. Will definitely be back though. Seb
Good coffee is no longer an indicator of a good cafe in Melbourne anymore. Swing a cat (fake one of course) and you can get good coffee. So the benchmark for a good cafe has changed and the indicator that shows this is one that pays attention to detail is now the Chai latte. Do they make their own loose leaf blend? Do they serve it with milk in a pot? Do they serve it with a side of honey for taste? If yes to all of these then that is your benchmark. Corner Shop is now the benchmark for a great cafe in Melbourne. Sure the coffee and food is great, and alfresco in front of the pop up park really works if you have kids, but their Chai sets the tone. Try it and see. The benchmark has been reset.
I love the location of this café allowing for people watching in a busy area. We shared a big pot of soy chai. The chair is delicious with honey on the side to add to your liking. Will return.

Up for coffee, a snack, catch up on your reading or friends and clients alike? The Cornershop facilitates the lot. Coffee is good, the muffin arrives warmed up with softened butter on the side. The dishes are tasty from classics to current choices. What's not too like? It's not a secret location so they are often buzzing. Clearest sign of great place. Many thanks.
Amazing everytime ! Food to die for . This place goes above an beyond my expectations in a cafe for breakfast , brunch or lunch. I highly recommend the blueberry waffle .... yummo
Slightly too early for lunch my friend and I enjoyed brunch outside. Toasted sourdough with bacon and mushroom was magnificent. Bacon was generous and cooked perfectly, crispy but not too dry, and the mushrooms were large whole ones drizzled in melted butter, and the sourdough was both perfectly toasted and buttered. Hot chocolate and the chocolate milkshake were also really good. Great location opposite the Sun Theatre for some people watching, and the service despite being very busy was exceptional. Really friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. Not ideal for larger groups, but perfect for a morning catch up with a friend (or your emails). Of the many similar establishments populating Yarraville Village that can be really hit or miss, The Cornershop was a definite hit!
What a wonderful day in football history, starting off with breakfast in the western suburbs at The Cornershop in Yarraville’s cute village strip.
With thousands of fans and members that would’ve found it impossible to get a Grand Final ticket, a live site had been set up in the mall. As the atmosphere grew we walked in for a midday breakfast not long before the kitchen closed, with the staff having a chance for their own grand final celebrations. This time last year we had already finished an enjoyable breakfast and were on our way to the MCG, but it was not to be for the West Coast Eagles this year.
Despite an early close, The Cornershop is brimful. With this place recommended by more than one we knew we were in for some good food. There were several options that appealed to us, but I settled on the chilli scramble with parmesan, cavolo nero, and soft herbs; and Catherine on the cauliflower and potato hash.
A rare visit to the Western suburbs! Aiming to start exploring the area, The Cornershop nestled amongst a busy street mall was a great place to start.
The bustling cafe had a great vibe and our coffees were delivered immediately. Unfortunately the food took over 40 minutes and we had to enquire. They did sincerely apologise saying they were a chef down - acceptable and likely an isolated incident. I had the spiced cauliflower and potato hash which was excellent! Overall great lunch experience
Yum!
Great coffee, excellent brekkie (even their porridge is good), great staff, well priced - reliable and what you'd want for a relaxed weekend brunch out.
Would recommend!
Came here with a friend and we ordered pretty much the same thing - cauliflower and potato hash with poached eggs and beetroot raita. Based on what we had, we really enjoyed our meal. The flavours all married together nicely. Coffee was good. Hot chocolate came in a bowl which was a cute surprise.
Was in the neighbourhood visiting and popped in with my friend, I got slow cooked lamb grain salad- delicious!!! Very nice surprise and potatoes were yummy too. Would just say drink your green tea quickly or it over brews and has slightly poisoned taste not that it is, just heads up. Would definitely go back and recommend trying !
Same here for baked egg but they took it off the menu and still had the old menu on zomato. When I first saw the dish I wasn't sure if j was going to like it. But it tasted amazing !
Food was very good though it took a while for it to arrive. Don't know if service is usual slow or it was a busy day. The courtyard is good for the winter if there are no tables indoors. Sitting outside is a good option if you go with kids because there is plenty of space for kids to play but it's too cold in winter and there are no outdoor heaters like some other cafe s around.
7/7 update: went again for some lunch. Still nice, still busy. Food was nice as well!
Nice cafe in the center of Yarraville. It's always busy here. Friendly service, good food, nice coffees. Can be hard to get a spot sometimes.
Love the feel of this place whether you're sitting on the long benchtop up against the window or the big table in the middle of the indoors area. Meatballs & the chicken salad are very nice quality, and the service (admittedly
from the guy who I felt may be the manager) was fantastic and fun. Located perfectly too, just near the Sun Theatre and the grass outdoor area!
Good vibe, friendly staff and easy to understand menu. It was full house on a sunday morning (11am); however staff was very attentive and was told it shouldn't be a long wait. I had a long black which was excellent but unfortunately my scrambled eggs was abit on the dryer side. Overall a good experience and will return for dinner. There is also a good range of alcohol behind the bar.
Been here twice now and I definitely see us going back to this place! The best dip and bread ever! Great salads and perfect for a happy light meal :) they also have a great beer menu..
I feel this place could be given a better rating on a different day. Came here with high expectations for the food and wasn't let down. Had a very nice breakfast that was not only tasty but very filling. Although I was disappointed with the coffee which was served only warm and it took quite a long time to get our meal. The positives outweigh the negatives though.
Lovely little spot to go during the day. I'm often seen brunching here mid week on my day off. Cute cosy and right in my neighbourhood. I enjoy and food and coffee here, seating inside & out. Great service. Good price. Highly recommend :)
Delicious although the portion is small. Nice atmosphere too. If you're bringing a toddler, I would suggest that you bring your own booster seat. They do not have high-chairs and their booster seats are old.
"This is Yarraville," I said almost squealing in excitement while my husband tried to park on the exceptionally narrow street. I had been nagging him to take me to Yarraville, telling him how it's such a happening place and we should consider moving here. He didn't look entirely convinced that this was our next home but he warmed up to it when we walked to the Cornershop. It was such a cute setting with faux grass and a retro cinema and bookshops. We could smell popcorn already.
It was busy, but there were still some empty seats outside. We took the last one. The children's book shop had just moved and there were tiny footprint stickers leading a few metres up the path to the new location. How adorable.
We ordered our coffees and breakfast but 20 minutes later we still didn't have our coffees. Even the people that came after us had theirs so we asked where they were and turned out, they forgot. Oh well, when it did come it was great.
The husband had the omelette, which was nice. 4/5
I had the bacon steak with eggs... Which was better than the omelette. 5/5
Overall, it was a great experience and we will be coming back again. Still trying to convince the husband we should move to Yarraville. ;)
We were lucky to get a table at this popular restaurant on a
Saturday night. The food here is great, three
of us shared a plate of capsicum dip which was a very generous serving and
delicious. My companions had pork belly
for main meal and eton mess for dessert.
I had ribs panacotta. The food
was delicious but I can’t elaborate as I’m unable to find the dinner menu on
line. The service is not the worst ever,
neither is it the best, but the place is bustling and the food is delicious so
my advice is just go there.
Came on a quiet afternoon, service was attentive. The meatballs were nice and filling but nothing amazing. Really enjoyed my chai tea though which was in a pot so there was a lot. Would come back and try dinner there some time.
We were interested because of the "Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired" label this place has given itself. We came for dinner and had a pleasant time with good service, sitting against the large window and watching the road outside. However the food was not all that impressive - the flavours weren't distinct or memorable and overall everything tasted monotonous. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't particularly delicious.
EDIT 13/11/2017: We were in the area and decided on a whim to try The Cornershop for brunch, and were so impressed compared to the dinner visit (granted, that was a long time ago). The scrambled eggs I expected would be a pretty standard "boring" dish, but omg it was SO AMAZING. The eggs were exceptionally smooth, creamy, fluffy and packed an explosion of flavour. I don't remember what was in there, but WOW. Probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. The fish burger was really tasty and well balanced in flavours and textures. Am gladly changing my rating from 3 to 3.5!!
Absolutely lovely service. The staff are so welcoming, genuine and lovely. We had a relaxingly long and extended dinner. Everything we had was delicious. Zucchini fritters were the best. Eton's mess never disappoints. Overall lovely dining experience, really enjoyed it.
THE GOOD
> Good coffee, well prepared, smooth and quite nice. Not strong when taken without sugar. I really liked it.
> Interesting menu overall. That always gets me excited.
> They plate their food nicely.
> Great location.
> Nice settings and layout with an ample seating area and backyard. The place has a retro sort of vibe that I like and it is very pleasant.
THE OK
> The food I got. Just average food. I had the pantry smoked salmon, three tiny peas croquettes, a dollop of thick creme fraiche on a bed of salsa. The salsa was really good and full of flavour. The rest was forgettable.
> The staff is matter of fact in the service, the older guy being the nicest.
THE BAD
> S---l---o---w service even though I visited on a weekday at a time where the place was not full. It took 20 minutes for these guys to put a simple dish, which barely any cooking required, on my table. A girl who arrived 10+ minutes after I did was served before. I ogled the waiter and he told me that my order was coming. That was way after this girl had arrived. I thought, he had completely forgotten. Then the food of the other girl was served. I complained. The oldest guy told me that sorry, they had run out of croquettes and they had to "roll them out". Really? It sound like a bad excuse to me, because, 1/ this is one of the all-day items in the menu, 2/one of the staff members was having his lunch outside, so I wondered if he was the cook, and, most importantly, 3/ they did not tell me upfront that this was the case. Otherwise, I would have changed my order. There is a sign on the door about kitchen staff being needed so this might be the reason of the bad service. Yet, they charge you full bucks. You know, the other day something similar happened at another cafe and they offered the item for free to the customer.
> Inexcusable behaviour during the mishap. The oldest guy apologized, the one I complained did not.
> Small portions. I was hungry after eating my dish, so I went elsewhere to finish my lunch.
> Expensive place for the quality of the food and the poor service you get.
> No mugs available for coffee, they want you to pay for two mini-cups.
A totally overrated place. I have found people waiting in weekends and, truly, I don't think is worth the wait. Not bad, just an average cafe.
Great atmosphere, funky crowd, delicious and reasonably healthy dishes, friendly and quick service and plenty of eye candies to accompany your dish 👍🏽😍
A Yarraville institution. Across the board breakfast, lunch or just for a drink. Very Versatile, excellent outdoor area out the back. From the mint and zucchini fritters to ham, cheese and pickle pide. Excellent service with the right amount of attention.
Came here on my lonesome for brunch before work on a Monday post-Christmas when many places were still shut-up-shop and rubbing in the fact that they didn't have to work on a Monday post-Christmas just yet.
The Cornershop was admittedly very busy given that so many other venues nearby were still closed for the summer break, and being a Monday several more would not have been open regardless.
Got a table without too much fuss. The inside of the cafe is decked out very nicely, with a few seats out the front, and a courtyard out the back that isn't quite as purdy. Nice long wooden bar where they serve coffee from, and a rustic wooden communal table add to the vibe.
Unfortunately on my visit they had run out of salmon and bacon, which was a bit of a disappointment. It was kind of like going to Luna Park and finding out the roller coaster AND the Gravitron are both broken down. I tried to move on and enjoy myself, but it wasn't the easiest thing I've had to do in the relatively hard life I've lived.
Ended up having the Standard-Melbourne-Cafe-Fare aka smashed avocado on toast, which was up to scratch. Accompanied with some fine black pudding, so a win on that end.
Coffee was also good, although I ordered when I sat down and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to realise they had completely forgotten my order. Food came out promptly though. Service was friendly if a little slack.
Would have no problem eating here again, as it was overall a good experience. Don't really see myself going out of my way to come back again, though. Reasonable choice if you are in the area...on a Monday...post-Christmas.
A decent spot for a lazy morning coffee and breakfast or for lunch. The menu is always interesting filled with modern cafe options. Portions are on the small side so don't come if you are hungry. Service can be a little slow so just make sure you are in eyesight of the waiters. Location is great and plenty of options inside, in the courtyard or on the footpath next to the pop up park, perfect when you have your puppies with you.
One of the best brunch spots on this side of town and one that doesn't only serve egg and toast. There's usually a short wait, but soaking up some vitamin D in the cute courtyard at the front for 15-20 minutes really isn't bad, especially when there are people with their puppies. My personal favourite dish is the meatballs, which are served with a killer Napoli sauce, a roquette salad and fluffy Turkish bread. Other yummy items on the menu include the chorizo baked eggs and the ham and cheese pide. Coffee is good, too!
Great little established Cafe in Yarraville that complements all the other amazing venues in the suburb.
Went there for brunch and food was extremely tasty with top quality coffee to boot.
Menu has the usual crowd pleasers but also a few wildcards, for instance I had the Dahl curry bowl for brunch with dosas and it was rich in curry goodness and definitely something a but different for a Saturday morning.
Service is friendly and efficient, definitely a brunch place worth coming back to.
What a beautiful little cafe! Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere and lovely staff! Here I am to review the Smashed avocado dish! 🥑 Having to add the egg and bacon 🥓, it was a big meal and different compared to the usual smashed avo I've had.🍳 With the Salsa ingredients the dish gives off a quite unique taste, if you're into trying different avo smashed meals.. I recommend trying this one! The toast was very crunchy, the Bacon was pretty good. I had a chai latte with my meal, not my favorite but went down well with the whole meal.🫖 Overall I would rate this meal's taste, price and presentation a 6.8⭐
I had the falafel ciabata with cheese and beetroot relish. Very, very delicious. We ordered chips that they forgot but when we mentioned it, they brought it out fairly quickly.
Best fritters I've eaten in a long time. Lebanese salad is fresh and filling

Delicious coffee (as per hubby) and loose leaf chai (as per me)! The food looked amazing too but we just stopped by for takeaway as we were driving though. Nice spot to sit outside and enjoy the winter sun. Hopefully we’ll be in the neighbourhood again soon and will make a longer stop. Thanks team :)
A beautiful little cafe with delightful food. Chai was very good.
Really lovely food, great atmosphere. I had the egg and bacon butty and chips which was delicious and had food envy as the person I was with ordered scrambled eggs, bacon and tomato.
All in all a great experience, will be back.
