Review The Crusty Loaf - Yarrawonga

Being a Pie connoisseur, I had to pop into this little gem of a Bakery. Starting with the great customer service from Roz. I brought Egg & Bacon, Cheese & Bacon Pie and a Sour dough. I ate the pies at my car as we were passing through the town. I had to go back and get the ladies name. Now for Pies, •Pastry was spot on. •Bottom was firm, not soggy. •Filling had great flavour and lots of it. •Pies we’re a perfect temperature. Just cut up some Sour Dough, fresh as. Good onya Guys, great bakery

So we booked in to get the tyres replaced and had an hour to kill so we wandered down to maccas only to be told that we couldn't sit down to eat. We ended up here which worked out very well indeed. We both ordered the snitzel roll, chips and drink for $12 each which was very fresh and tasty. There is always people sitting outside eating which is a good indicator of a decent eatery. This will be our go to place in the future

We often come into crusty loaf for something quick to eat. Almost every time we come in the customer service is horrible. We are standing there waiting and they always serve someone who pushes past us when they have clearly seen us standing there. Today we walked out. I get in busy times this happened but we were standing there for a few minutes while staff were in the kitchen talking rather than serving, then when staff came out a couple walked in behind us and they got served straight away.

The staff here are extremely nice and friendly to you which leads to a great service for the customer. There is a wide variety of foods and drinks to choose from which is awesome, the food I did have was of very good quality! Next time I’m in Yarrawonga on holiday, I’ll be sure to come back here!! 10/10

The rolls i think are the best in yarra they are not the cheapest the only think ì will say is they are getting more expensive and smaller. But the service is great and very friendly i really like the place if you're in Yarra give it a try.

15 minutes for a pie. 25 minutes for a sausage roll. Overcharged for a pie/coke and chips deal because I didn't mention as a combo. Got refunded $1.60 and told it has been a long year and should have gone to the other bakery it would have been $25. Pathetic attitude. Will not return
