Review Mcdonald's - Yarrawonga

I committed the mortal sin of ordering tea at the McCafe, instead of the main counter. I was told off by a staff member with the countenance and the attitude of a soviet jail warden. I went to the toilet after drinking my tea, to find out there was no toilet paper. No mention of the manager's name inside this place. Charming experience, indeed...

If I could select zero stars I definitely would!! The staff are extremely rude, they even scoffed at us when we asked for them to fix a mistake in our order not to mention we had to ask them 3 times to fix it! You can tell that none wants to be work there!

The dirtiest Store. I felt sick as employee was wiping the tables with the smallest cloth and no rinsing the cloth. So the dirt that was picked up on outside tables,keeped putting who knows what gems was on that cloth?? They wiped baby's high chair? Shame they didn't scrub the top of legs?? Bins over flowing. Toilets OMG.

I came from melbourne for a little getaway, and walked in to a extremly clean resturaunt. With a lovely greating from a middle aged gentleman cleaning dining floors, very pleasent experiance. Beats melbournes McDonalds.. And my fillet chips was spot on. keep up great work yarrawonga.

Food is never fresh and you quite often don't get what you order. The staff clearly don't care about presentation or quality of food. The service is nowhere near the standard it used to be. The franchisees of this place should be extremely disappointed in the lack of pride these people have for their jobs.

What has happened to this place? It has gone downhill so much, the place is so dirty. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, wrappers and cups laying around, there were a couple of holes in the roof, windows were all dirty and toilets were a mess, we wish we ate somewhere else. Seems like they have absolutely no cleaners whatsoever. Also for some reason there wasn't anyone taking orders, one of the workers had to yell out asking for someone to serve customers.

Worst coffee ever. May as well have ordered frothy milk. The service was pleasant at least.

Went there on Sunday morning. Ordered a sausage and egg muffin and when my number was called I was given my food and left my ticket on the counter, as I walked off the young lady abruptly said " it goes in the bin" (the ticket) then screws it up and throws it in the bin. Never shall I return to this store. Do McDonald's do any training? Shocking customer service.
