Review Yazzbar - Yass

Outstanding lamb puffs (sorry it had a cool Spanish name which escapes me now), salted cod croquettes and pizzas. Chef Simon and his muso brother Lou are true gems. Thank you for a really lovely and memorable evening!

We visited as the reviews looked good. I love tappas. The staff were nice enough and wine was good. Spicy meatballs were good. Meat and cheese platter was just ok. Zucchini fritters were horrible, being way overcooked. Not in a rush to come back.

Fabulous night in Yass at the Yazzbar listening to a great Canberra band - 'Crossbenchers'. They played a wide variety of well known songs plus some of their own. We enjoyed pizzas and wine. Great venue full of character.

What a great little venue!! Awesome interior, fantastic outside area at the back. A top shelf wine selection and really good quality meals.

What can I say! The whole experience here has been fantastic. We arrived in Yass for an overnight stay and stumbled on this bar for lunch. The food was amazing, the wine brilliant and Jack was the best host! His knowledge, friendliness, attitude is amazing!! So much from such a young man! I would highly recommend a visit and would definitely be back! Have already booked for gin tasting in October 22

The pizza was tasty and healthy. Staff fantastic and great atmosphere. However open on the last Sunday and later in the week so please do check what time and day would work best for you.

Must visit in Yass.A beautiful venue with amazing gardens for a relaxing experience.The gourmet food, tapas and drinks are of the highest quality. Caters well for vegetarians as well. Yazzbar is a wine bar/restaurant where the ambiance and service is on point and welcomes doggos.Bookings are a must as this venue is very popular.Well worth the drive from Canberra, with frequent live music ensures a great day out.

Awesome place with a great small plates and fancy pizza menu.. lovely selection of local wines too..

Cannot recommend enough! Dropped in for dinner tonight, live music was good, food was excellent, but what really made the experience special was the hosts! I felt thoroughly at home and look forwards to visiting again!

Lovely little winebar with a great atmosphere. This place would be just as at home in downtown Melbourne as in sleepy little Yass.

Great place to catch up with friends to have a couple of drinks and listen to local artists.

The decor is lovely and looks like an inviting place to have a late evening drink. Unfortunately on every occasion we've been there (bar one, when the host attended to us in a bright and friendly manner), the hostess appeared to be unhappy in her customer service/hostess role.

Lovely little bar excellent food and wine list, Harvey and Penny are so welcoming and have great music playing into the evening.

Brilliant wine bar! .. Relaxing environment. Live music, lovely wine.. Great service!! Must visit :) x
