Review Mcdonald's - Yass

Nice, but service is slow, but the Staff are very friendly. Very busy on day as most of the Truck Drivers come for the meals. I love the Big Brekkie Burger 🍔 😋, in the morning 🌄, come and have some breakfast. Very busy around the lunchtime, the Truck Drivers come for the Big Mac and have a hot coffee or tea 🍵, as well some cold 🥶 drinks. Come again I hope the service is good.

The service was friendly, food arrived as ordered and coffee very good. The young man who took our order was polite, friendly and showed interest in us the customers. Our food was hot and exactly to our requirements and the coffee made quickly but good quality in taste and hot. Toilets clean and soap at hand basin full and ready for use. Altogether a place you'd want to stop at in the future. 🥰

You have set the bar high with your customer service. My family were traveling to Melbourne for a sad occasion And the lady that serves us at the drive through was absolutely lovely and made our day. She was happy and had such a good vibe about her. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but we spoke to the manager and told him she deserves employee of the month. Manager said she already got this. Well she needs to get the employee of the Year. Thank you lovely for giving us a good start to our trip.

We turned up to this Maccas with over 100 people on our busses. In hindsight it would have been polite for us to phone ahead and warn them, but they smashed through our orders without complaint. The food was fresh and the staff were friendly and we were back on the road in no time. Would definitely stop here again, but promise to give a heads up next time! Thank you all.

Honestly such a bad experience here. Walked in and should have known not to order. Firstly they were severely understaffed and I only saw one guy in the kitchen whilst two people were just standing around at the front counter. Manager can not manage and was packing orders instead of helping angry customers. I ordered one hot chocolate and was told that there would be a 30 minute wait. At a Maccas?!?!? Now i’m sorry but like what. I tried to get a refund and waited 10 minutes while manager was in the back area doing who knows what. Honestly upset by this and had to leave without my hot chocolate or refund. Either get more staff or shut the restaurant.

Have to say food hot and fast ... workers being watched and told to clean ...Good service today . The place still needs a clean but getting better. Need to ask how it's done in Ipswich uk best McDonald's I've ever been to spotless.

Absolutely disgusted in the change rooms for the babies, as soon as I pushed that door open all you could smell was dirty nappies - the nappy bins are near overflowing! Definitely won’t be coming back here! Yuck! And just to top it off I ordered 10 nuggets, all rock hard!! The cook put new ones in and even they came out as rock hard! Imagine feeding your child rock hard chicken nuggets!! Disgusting one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!

Just stopped here for breakfast on the drive to Melbourne. Service - 1 Food 1 - despite waiting 20 or so minutes due to it being so busy the food was still cold Coffee 1 - again waiting over 20 mins for coffee that was like warm milk at best Cleanliness- 1 - used the bathroom while there and pretty sure the toilets hadn’t been cleaned for the morning service Should have walked out once we saw the chaos and business of people waiting for orders but with hungry kids we had no choice, would not stop at theirs maccas again not for anything
