I live on a boat and we are currently at their Marina...the staff are really lovely..nothing is to much trouble..and the restaurant doesn't disappoint.. Food and staff are top notch (eating my way thru the menu..lol) every dish I've tried (with the exception of the Spanish egg breakfast) has been delightful. No wonder they have so many awards on the wall...Waterline Marina and Restaurant are well worth experiencing.x
We went while on holidays. The food is amazing. The service is exceptional. And the pineapple martini is to die for. I had the duck and mushroom rice amazing. My husband had the steak it was cooked perfect and the sauce was delicious. I will totally be going back. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.
Spent Mother’s Day here and it was hands down one of the best places I have been to in CQ. The service was amazing on such a busy day and the food was delicious. To make the atmosphere 10/10 the live music was on point.

Went for a snack at Waterline the ignorance of some staff (A.........) in particular had to be observed to believe orderd 2 scones and tea arrived on 1 (one) plate and was treated with disdain when asking for a second plate and knife ......wont be going back unless service improves number of star food 4....ambience 5 .....service 2

Have been for breakfast lunch and dinner. So many amazing meals to choose from. Favourites would have to be the crocodile spring rolls and steak sandwich. Amazing service every time from the friendly staff! Beautiful spot!

My friend Nora and I enjoyed a Barra Burger and Steak Sandwich today along with a bottle of wine at our favourite lunch spot in the Coast! A delicious afternoon at the Marina. As usual the service was excellent and friendly! Highly recommend Waterline.
I love Keppel Bay Marina and the Waterline Restaurant. The staff are magic and the coffee is awesome, and just quietly the view is gorgeous. A top spot for any meal with a great menu. Kids can play in safety and it is pet friendly. What more could a person want? Well done guys.

Great place any time of day. We had a late lunch on Sunday. Service was great, staff are friendly and efficient and as usual the food was superb. Music on the lawn on Sunday afternoon is a lovely relaxing enjoyable bonus.
Lovely breakfast, even if mine was stolen by the seagulls. LOL. Staff were lovely and brought me a new one. They were both delicious!
I absolutely love the multicultural food served here. I brought my golden retriever daisy with me for breakfast, there was a dog bowl with fresh water. Staff are very friendly, ordering is easy from the table.
I had the Okonomiyaki breakfast and it was so tasty and full of flavour, great chef!

Super accommodating of my allergies to give me a safe meal dining out and pet friendly, so the furbabies got to join us. My son took me here for my 40th birthday dinner.
As Google won't let me post another review I shall add it here. I recently returned to The Waterline on Saturday May 7th whilst out with some ladies for International Female Ride Day. The Waterline had squeezed our booking in late minute for 10 people however the rain kept a good portion of those away and just 4 of us attended which I notified the restaurant of as well as our need to arrive earlier just a few hours prior to our actual booking. Yet again the staff went above and beyond to ensure this could happen on a busy Saturday (day before Mother's Day). I had the eye fillet without the prawns due to anaphylaxis and GF (I'm Coeliac) and absolutely adored my meal, the steak was cooked perfectly as well. The only niggle was a wish from the other Coeliac person at the table that the chicken on the GF chicken burger be cooked in a similar coating to the non-GF version and that hot chips be available from a separate fryer to allow safe consumption (this could also be used for any other GF alternative menu item as well).
All in all we all enjoyed our meals and most of us have indicated we will return again.

The meal was amazing! We started with a variety of entrees that would satisfy the most discerning palate. Followed by grilled salmon fillets and noodle salad … Asian fusion at its best.
Delicious desserts to finish us off. Panacota and tapioca pudding with a twist. Incredible!
I should also compliment Costa, our attentive waiter Jackson and the talented chefs.

The food at the Waterline is absolutely unbeatable along the Cap coast! I love the consistency of the Waterline and I have never been disappointed in my many visits. It has its marina/boat life charm with exceptional food and is very reasonably priced. Love the live music on Sundays and can bring the dog to enjoy a meal out together. A lovely, quaint view over the harbour is stunning and has an all round welcoming and homely atmosphere. Hands down the BEST restaurant in the Yeppoon area!

Excellent Japanese food, and a good range. We ordered using "Mr Yum", a site reached by reading the QR code glued to our table. A little unusual, but quite efficient. The setting is very pleasant, with some views of the marina. Prices are ok, and the staff were helpful.
Really though, if you like Japanese, go there for the food.
