If your in Yowah and are looking for a bite to eat. Then this is the place to be with excellent service and mouth watering meals. Along with knowledge of opal that they are happy to share. Be warned the loveable kelpie will steal you’re heart looking for a belly scratch.
By far some of the best chips you'll have. Full stop. The tea range was quite large and the atmosphere can't be beat. We will definitely be back!
Great little place. A magnificent meal of barrimundi salad and chips. Perhaps the best we’ve ever eaten and a great price, especially all the way out at yowah. Lovely fire, cold beer, nice tables outside. I could have stayed there all evening!
Lovely coffee served to us by a beautiful couple in a very interesting little town. Right at the end of the season but still so happy to serve us. Thanks for the little luxury of a cappuccino on our travels. Will most likely see you another time.
If you are passing between Cunnamulla and Thargomindah do yourself a favour and call in to the Blue Wren Cafe in Yowah. Best coffee you could ask for made with love and the famous Yowah artesian water.
Burgers are huge and the Vege burgers are amazing being home made. Coffee to perfection and amazing friendly service, what an interesting place to see a real highlight of the outback.
Great breakfast! And the accompanying serenade from Princess the guinea fowl just added to the atmosphere.
Highly recommended.
Awesome coffee and friendly service. A real ‘gem’ in the outback. You must try it, we will be back for lunch on our next trip to Yowah.
