Great coffee. Great service. Purchased 2 coffees and walked around the corner and tripped over and lost the coffees. Came back to purchase two more and they refuse to charge me for it. Great people!

Nice cafe its building is made of brick. Takeaway coffee was served with cute cup. So popular in this area!

Came here and ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee! Tasty and during my visit, the service and prompt and very friendly. 🥰 It would be nice if they had their drinks up on the menu though (I didn't see any during my visit).

#throwback to when we went on our sunday walk to Yarra Bend Park and saw this cute cafe called Loosie Grind on the way back home. We were drawn towards the pastries and cookies they had as they were massive and looked so delish. We got some Iced Coffees to go and the Lotus Biscoff cookie. They’re both yum! But the one thing that I will forever keep with me about this place is the friendliness of the people who were working there. The moment we came in through the door, we were greeted as if we were a part of the family and the neighborhood. When we got our cookie, she was asking if we want it warmed up. Also, when I asked for sugar for my coffee, she offered vanilla pumps instead as she said it’s better for the coffee than the normal granulated sugar, with no extra charge. Idk why but I felt that these actions were just so nice!! I wish we could spend more time there, perhaps to taste their brunch menu. Anyway, if you’re in the area, make sure to check out this cafe! I hope you’ll be treated as good as how we were treated 🤗

What a wonderful surprise it was finding this place! Staff are SUPER friendly, food was delicious and the food prices were very, very affordable. We had a full veggie brekkie, a big brekkie and two coffees and paid less than $37! Totally unheard of these days. Coffee snobs probably won’t love this place but I’m not one of those! Will be back for sure.

A cute little corner cafe in the leafy streets of Abbotsford, Loosie Grind is really popular with locals and nearby workers. I came here recently for a mid week coffee and the place was packed with diners and people grabbing takeaways.<br/><br/>There is a great display of pre made dishes as well as pastries and cakes, and the ambience is light and airy with a friendly vibe. My coffee and carrot cake were really good, and the service was lovely and quick even though it was quite hectic in there. Busy is a great sign though, and I would agree with the locals that Loosie Grind is a fab little spot for coffee and cake, or a yummy home cooked meal.

There is cute little undercover bench outide and they can pass your coffee through a little window, that way you dont have to sit inside on a hot day, what a great idea. This is my kinda place :)

I thought this was a trendy-ish cafe from the outside but the inside is more of a takeaway sandwich shop selling bottled drinks and lollies. I ordered a coffee anyway which was super milky and frothy and not very strong. But it was made really hot as I'd requested. Still didn't feel worth the $4 I paid though.

Great value for money, great food and lovely staff with a real homely vibe. A real breath of fresh air from typical uppity Melbourne cafes. Will definitely be back.

Seriously can't fault this place. The staff are wonderful and provide the warmest service, the food is awesome and really great value, the coffee is great. We live two suburbs away but Loosie's is our go to place if we head out for breakfast with the two kids. We always feel so welcomed, and it doesn't send us broke.

Cute and busy little cafe with a variety of food! From meals, to fresh salads and pre made meals, to foccacias and even rice paper rolls. There's something for everyone! Only had the Moroccan chicken salad and it was very tasty.

Good food cheap. Busy lunch spot. $7 for small pasta which was great. Not so great was every spare seat having empty dishes on the table. I moved things around, sat down to lunch & saw the cutlery I was given was dirty. Will come back for take away.

Best place to go to grab a quick lunch on the go. Very reasonably priced. Very fresh and delishious food. Caters for everyone. From hearty comfort food to really yummy sandwiches and healthy salads. Staff is always very friendly and really great customer service! Definitely one of my favourite places to grab lunch.

This place has really nice burgers. I highly recommend the bacon and egg brioche bun for breaky! <br/><br/>The coffee is ok. I once ordered a latte on a busy morning, and when they gave it to me it felt really light like it was full of froth. So I opened the lid and saw that it was 3/4 full. I showed them, but they looked at me like as if there was no problem. Once I explained what had happened (and said my previous coffees were filled to the top), they said that they'd fill it up for me. <br/><br/>I'd only come back for the food tbh.

Seriously good value lunch deal in a convenient location. The generous fritters, advocado, haloumi and 2 poached eggs came with a hot chocolate for $13.50. We've skipped this place a few times in favour of more appealing looking places nearby with more comfortable seats. The place looks like a cheap burger joint so the decent food and wonderful service was a pleasant surprise.

Hey brioche buns no that's not my nickname but @loosiegrind #melbourne have a breakfast bun filled with egg, relish, bacon and a hash brown. Wait my heart just stopped nah there it goes filled with all it's glory only negative is it's a bit salty. @third_wave_coffee served up is spot on for the coffee lovers. I will be back later today to inspect and taste their lunch menu. Nicely presented place with helpful staff. The large coffee is a perfect size. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and it was made perfectly. Lovely fresh food that's not over complicated. A good little neighbourhood spot for a quick coffee and bite to eat. <br/><br/>Back several times since my first review and very happy to say the coffee, food and friendly staff have remained consistently great! My biggest disappointment is this place isn't open on Sunday too!

Nearly there ....<br/><br/>What a spot, one of the busiest corner and across from La Marzocco, what could be better.<br/><br/>The interior and the outside are furnished perfectly, bright, funky, classy; Green tiles, Yellow chairs and solid Timber top.<br/><br/>Coffee, they have their own blend, from some supplier in Coburg, can be smoother with a lot more kicks, a bit mellow. <br/><br/>Food are okay too, breakfast deal is fantastic.<br/><br/>Enjoy.

Great for a quick, hearty, unpretentious feed at a fraction of the price of local competitors. <br/><br/>Plenty of healthy,and naughty, options to choose from, brioche burger and chips is a always a fav.<br/><br/>Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. <br/><br/>Coffee dropped off for a little while however the new barista seems to have rectified the issue (helps that he's always smiling).<br/><br/>Keep up the good work!!

The chai here is fairly average, as it is very sweet and there is minimal spice. I cannot comment on the food, as I am yet to sample it, but based on drinks alone, there are far better options nearby. However, the staff are very friendly, so perhaps my opinion may change after trying food from here.
