Loved this place. Cristina has set up the old Doctor's residence with a real sense of style, while retaining it's character. Hard to find coffee this good in regional areas and creative, delicious patisseries. Cristina was very friendly and open and was very generous with her time and anecdotes of life in the area.

My Sister Read about this place in RACQ magazine sounded interesting so we made the trip out to Adavale. Well we were pleasantly surprised. We had the high tea and it was a standard you would expect in a well known patisserie in a city. Christina’s hospitality was great and loved her stories of her experience moving here. Thank you and enjoyed our experience at Adavale.

We travelled to Adavale & Hell Hole Gorge National Park, but were urged to try the Elegant Emu Patisserie at Adavale. We did & had a lovely coffee & delicious cake on the afternoon we arrived. We immediately booked a Premium Morning Tea for the morning we were leaving. As before, the assorted patisseries were delectable & the coffee was perfect. Christina was a delight & we highly recommend anyone travelling to Adavale to try the Elegant Emu.
