The dumpling soup hit the right spot 👌. You can tell the food is good when the line is long and people are willing to wait to get a seat. Small and cramped interior but worth waiting for!

would recommend getting takeout so that you don't have to stand in the long queue to get a table. The zomato menus are out of date as they've upped their prices. But nonetheless it's delicious food and still of great value.

I haven't been here for about 4 years because it's gotten so popular however, I have now figured out that takeaway is the way to go and the dumplings are just as good to eat. The dumplings are still as huge and as tasty as ever. Love the homemade pickles that you get to tuck into. The pork dumplings and kimchi dumplings are my favourite.

• Mandoo’s interior design makes me feel like I’m in Korea. When I came (around 1pm), the restaurant was fully occupied, which made this small space even cosier. Although the menu only has a few dishes, steamed dumplings and bibimbap are definitely worth a try.
• I ordered a portion of steam dumplings (half kimchi, half vegetables) (~$17) and bibimbap (~$16). The steamed dumplings (만 두mandoo in Korean) are very delicious. The wrapper is thin, whereas the fillings are generously packed with meat and cabbages, etc. Also, their soy sauce goes really well with the dumplings. I especially love the kimchi dumplings.
• Bibimbap: It has lots of ingredients (beef, eggs, bean sprouts, etc.). There are also a complimentary jar of pickles and a bowl of soup. My friend kept eating the pickles so I assumed it must be good right? Also, the soup is a bit salty, it’s probably because I did not have it while it was still warm.

Just the best dumplings in Australia I have ever had. Even the place was crowded, the staff were still friendly and helpful.

Dumplings. So. Good!
We ordered their dumpling soup (comes with 6 dumplings or so..) and a plate of fried chicken dumplings. It was a #mandoo feast ❤

The mandoo in soup were just the right texture. Generous filling, really nice dumpling skin, tasty broth and rice cakes.

The fried mandoo though were stunner. Almost a hint of sweetness on the outside, just the right level of chewiness and generous dose of yummy chicken. They provide this complimentary soy chilli condiment and pickles which I believe is a must for every customer. You can't miss out on this chilli condiment!

Service: 4/5
Decor: 3/5 (yeah it's small but honestly I don't mind. good service + food #ftw)
Food: 4.5/5 (best mandoo I've had so far)

This place is so busy and I understand why. You have to queue up especially during lunch break. Eventhough, it is such a small place the turnover is pretty quick. Because of the size of the place and how busy it is unfortunately, you can't have a good catch up with friends if you want to dine here. I had opted for the fried dumplings and the beef Bibimbap. The portions are huge. The pickled that comes with the dumplings is so amazing.

Little gem tucked away in bank street. Pretty friendly service. Huge dumpling portions. Would definitely come back here and eat again. Just wish they had more tables and space.

Absolutely delicious and consistent as always, I love how fresh the dumplings are and you can do half/half with the dumplings so you can try a variety. I’m always opting for the soup dumplings with kimchi/veggie & pork 🤤🤤🤤 and pairing it with a plate of fried dumpling. The owners and staff are always so happy and seem so grateful that we are enjoying their food you can see it in their smiles 🥺🥺 📸📸: @deelycious_

Yum! Absolutely delicious Korean dumplings. We ordered takeaway (restaurant was set as closed on doordash so we had to go into the restaurant but that's ok, they served us quickly). We got steamed kimchi dumplings and fried chicken dumplings. Both were awesome. $16 for 8 dumplings and it came with sauce and a yummy salad with pickles.

A bit of a wait but so worth it, had the steamed chicken and fried pork dumplings - superb! Crunchy, savoury and slightly sweet with the dipping sauce to match - liquid sesame goodness - really enjoyed lunch and the friendly service - thank you!! 😍

Amazed by these little chicken/pork/vegetables filled pots of happiness called mandoo! Steamed or fried, the mandoos are to die for! The sesame and chilli sauce on side, with pickled veggies- onion and cucumber is a great combination. Dumpling soup is also something to look out for. The fish stock with 6 mandoos, sliced carrots, spring onion, boiled egg and topped with sesame is soul food. Their beef bi-bim-bab is pretty good as the veggies and meat tastes fresh and is palatable.

Yummy!! Hidden away on Bank Street in Adelaide, is this gem of a restaurant that will leave you satisfied and happy if you are a fan of Korean dumplings. Cooking, serving and eating all happen in one small room with barely 6 tables. There is often a small queue, and customers wait outside to be seated, but the service is fast. I waited for about 10 minutes during lunch rush. The menu is straight forward; order your dumplings steamed, fried, or boiled and served in soup. Other than these, there is an Udon soup and Bi-bim-bap. Dumplings are served piping hot, along with a spicy sauce and ample pickles. Some dishes include a salad, mash, or glass noodles. The dishes are generous in size and offer great value. These are some of the best Korean dumplings (mandu) I have tasted. The delicacy of the thin flour dough is second to none, the meaty filling is absolutely delicious, and the folds are expertly made. The people at Mandoo are courteous and well organized. The chef and staff members made us feel special, and were very helpful.

Awesome. One of the best place for Dumplings. Loved it. A must try at Adelaide CBD. Bibimbap was very delightful. Staff was most courteous and humble.
