The decor is pretty much as you would expect, but it's clean, neat and tidy. The service was attentive and very polite. We had one of the banquets. We were impressed following the soup and entrees to be asked if we would like a break before the mains came out. Sometimes in similar genre restaurants, banquets can be served far too quickly. We (two of us) had the $33.00/ person banquet. There was plenty of food and it was generally very good. In fact, despite being pretty peckish when we arrived, we couldn't eat all the food. We were asked if we would like a container to take the leftover food home, we didn't even have to ask for one. It's also BYO bottled wine if you wish at a very fair $8.00 per bottle. Did we love it ? Yes. Will we go back ? Yes.

My usual Chinese Restaurant was closed so gave the Lotus a go for takeaway. We shared entrees, main courses and rice. It was all delicious, couldn't fault any of it. The meals were ready quickly and it was great value for money. Will definitely be back.

The lady at front of house was so lovely and friendly, the food was so delicious. I had the sizzling steak and it was so tender and flavoursome, hubby had the curry chicken and loved it. The fried ice cream was also delicious . I will definately be coming back for dinner with the rest of the family next time . Highly recommend a meal at Lotus
